Our work in Downtown Far Rockaway for the revitalization of the area includes a
series of long- and short-term investments as well as a neighborhood-wide rezoning
and the creation of an urban renewal area.

A competitive response to the RFP must describe a plan to accomplish the

Factors we will consider in making our selection include:

Respondents must submit a completed copy of the pro forma Excel template that accompanies this
RFP and must follow the instructions within it.
- The pro forma should be submitted in Excel on a flash/thumb drive.
- All Excel files must be in original formatting, contain all original formulas (i.e. no hard coding) and
have no hidden or locked sheets or cells.
The following should be completed by any developer that believes it should be categorized as an
