    Cong van so 3999/SGTVT-XD ngay 06/6/2014 ve y kien cac van e ton tai cua D an au t xay dng 4 tuyen ng chnh trong Khu o th mi Thu Thiem theo hnh thc hp ong BT.

    II GII THIEU CHUNG

    II.1 Pham vi cong viec (1) anh gia bao cao khao sat a chat hien co:

    Chu au t a cung cap cac bao cao di ay: Quy hoach he thong c s ha tang chnh ty le 1/500 cho Khu o th

    mi Thu Thiem vao thang 12/2007 (t ay goi la bao cao Sasaki). Bao cao khao sat a chat cho giai oan TKBVTC vao thang 3, 2013

    (t ay goi la bao cao TW). Bao cao khao sat a chat bo sung vao thang 7/2013 (t ay goi la bao

    cao TW2). Can c cac bao cao khao sat a chat noi tren, ieu kien at nen trong khu vc d an a c anh gia trong giai oan TKBVTC. ong thi, khao sat a chat bo sung cung c tien hanh e thu thap cac thong tin can thiet cho thiet ke x ly at yeu. T cac khao sat hien co va bo sung nay, ieu kien at nen trong khu vc d an a c lam ro va cac thong so a chat s dung cho thiet ke x ly at yeu cung a c quyet nh.

    III HIEN TRANG KHU VC TUYEN NG

    Theo so lieu Bao cao khao sat a hnh, a chat va thuy van do Cong ty TNHH The gii Ky thuat thc hien thang 03/2013, hien trang t nhien a hnh, a chat va thuy van khu vc d an nh sau:

    tong, oan con lai la ket cau be tong nha.. Cao o mat ng hien hu: trung bnh +2.10m +2.27m.

    Ngoai ra co mot so tuyen ng hien hu bang be tong nha rong 3m 4m cat qua tuyen.

    III.2 ieu kien va thong so a chat

    III.2.1 ieu kien a chat khu vc d an Hai khao sat a chat di ay a c tien hanh tai khu vc d an. Bao cao Sasaki: khao sat a chat phuc vu thiet ke quy hoach chi tiet

    ty le 1/500 va thiet ke he thong c s ha tang chnh trong Khu o th mi Thu Thiem (Thang 12/2007).

    Bao cao TW: Bao cao khao sat a chat trong giai oan TKBVTC (Thang 03/2013).

    Theo ket qua cua cac khao sat a chat nay, cac lp at set yeu en rat yeu 1a va 1b (t ay goi la lp VSC) co o day thay oi t 10m en 39m xuat hien trong cac khu vc c anh dau trong Hnh 1. Trong Hnh 1, cac khu vc c anh dau mau tm la cac khu vc co lp VSC vi o day ln t 30m en hn 35m. Cac lp at ben di lp VSC la cac lp set na cng en cng 3, 5a va TK2 (t ay goi la lp MSC), lp cat ri en chat va 2 va TK1 (t ay goi la lp LS) va lp cat chat va en chat 4a, 4b va 6a (t ay goi la lp MDS).

    (1) Khu vc A

    Khu vc (A) nam tai pha Tay Bac cua cong trng d an. Lp VSC tai khu vc (A) gom lp set tng oi ong nhat va lp cat xen ke nhe. Lp VSC co o day thay oi t 15m en 39m va lp VSC quanh khu vc cau so 6 tren tuyen R1 co o day t 30m en 39m. Da tren ket qua cua th nghiem trong phong, lp VSC trong khu vc (A) c chia thanh 6 lp nho trong lp 1a va 2 lp nho trong lp 1b.

    (2) Khu vc B

    Lp (B) nam tai pha Tay Nam cua cong trng d an. Lp VSC tai khu vc (B) gom lp set tng oi ong nhat va lp cat xen ke nhe. Lp VSC co o day thay oi t 20m en 30m va lp LS, TK1 co o day t 2m en

    5m xen ke trong lp VSC. Lp VSC trong khu vc (B) c chia thanh 4 lp nho trong lp 1a va 2 lp nho trong lp 1b tng t nh khu vc (A).

    (3) Khu vc C

    Khu vc (C) nam tai b song Sai Gon pha Tay cua cong trng d an. Lp VSC trong khu vc (C) gom lp set tng oi ong nhat va lp cat xen ke nhe. Lp VSC co o day thay oi t 15m en 25m. Lp VSC trong khu vc (C) c chia thanh 3 lp nho trong lp 1a va 2 lp nho trong lp 1b tng t nh khu vc (A).

    (4) Khu vc D

    Khu vc (D) nam tai pha Nam cua cong trng d an. Lp VSC trong khu vc (D) gom lp set tng oi ong nhat va lp cat xen ke nhe. Lp VSC co o day thay oi t 20m en 35m. Lp VSC trong khu vc (D) c chia thanh 2 lp nho trong lp 1a va 2 lp nho trong lp 1b.

    (5) Khu vc E

    Khu vc (E) nam tai pha ong cua cong trng d an. Lp VSC trong khu vc (E) gom lp set tng oi ong nhat va lp cat xen ke nhe. Lp VSC co o day thay oi t 15m en 30m. Lp VSC trong khu vc (E) c chia thanh 4 lp nho trong lp 1a.

    III.2.2 Thong so a chat Da tren ket qua cua cac cuoc khao sat a chat noi tren, cac thong so a chat cua khu vc (A) en (E) e TKBVTC x ly at yeu cho D an c tom tat trong Bang 1 en Bang 5. Cac thong so a chat c quyet nh da tren ket qua th nghiem trong phong va gia tr SPT N.

    III.2.3 Cat doc a chat tuyen R3 Can c vao cac ket qua khao sat hien trng va th nghiem trong phong, a tang khu vc doc tuyen khao sat co the chia thanh cac lp at chnh nh sau:

    IV.3 Yeu cau thiet ke

    Cac yeu cau ky thuat, thong so ap dung cho TKBVTC ve nguyen tac tuan theo Tieu chuan Viet Nam. Cac tieu chuan, hng dan, ch dan ky thuat quoc te cung c xem xet tham khao.

    IV.3.1 Ket cau nen ng ap

    Ket cau nen ap va ao ng khi thiet ke ng tuan theo cac quy nh cua Viet Nam. o day ao ng thiet ke la ~1.0m. Mai doc cua nen ap c thiet ke la 1(V) : 2(H). Pham vi nen ng (ROW) bao gom phan ng xe chay, va he va dai phan cach nh trnh bay trong bang di ay. Cong tac x ly at yeu c thc hien trong pham vi nen ng, khong bao gom pham vi san lap 2 ben.     IV.3.3 Mc nc ngam

    Da tren cac ket qua nghien cu khao sat trc ay, khu vc chu anh hng cua thuy trieu vi che o ban nhat trieu. Mc nc ngam trong khu vc khi thuy trieu xuong la kha nong t 0m en 3m di cao o mat at. bc TKBVTC mc nc ngam s dung tnh toan bang vi mat at t nhien.

    IV.3.4 Tieu chuan ve o lun (1) o lun cho phep

    Bang 12 trnh bay ve o lun cho phep, tc la o lun xay ra trong vong 15 nam sau khi hoan tat thi cong ket cau ao ng theo Tieu chuan Viet Nam (22 TCN 211-06, muc 1.3.5), o lun cho phep c nh ngha la t 10-40cm tuy vao cap ng, van toc thiet ke va v tr nen ap tren at yeu.

    Tai Nhat, gia tr cua o lun cho phep c quy nh trong Hng dan x ly at yeu cua Hiep hoi ng Nhat Ban (2012). Theo hng dan nay, o lun con lai cho phep tai tim ng ap nam trong khoang t 10cm 30cm trong vong 3 nam nam sau khi hoan tat thi cong ket cau ao ng. Can lu y rang o lun con lai qua ln sau khi thi cong se gay tac ong en cac ket cau xung quanh nen ap va hoat ong giao thong.     V.1.2 anh gia chi tiet ve on nh va lun cua nen cha x ly bang DSMC

    V.1.2.1 anh gia chi tiet nen cha x ly Trong phan nay se tien hanh cac phan tch chi tiet oi vi ieu kien at cha x ly. Cho thay s can thiet phai ap dung cac giai phap x ly nen nham at c cac yeu cau chu chot sau:

    V.1.2.3 Tnh toan o lun Bao gom o lun tc thi va o lun co ket theo thi gian. Ket qua tnh toan o lun cho thay s can thiet phai x ly nen nham at cac yeu cau ky thuat ong thi e so sanh hieu qua cua giai phap x ly khi dung DSMC.

    V.1.3.1 Phan tch on nh mai doc Khi phan tch tong quan ve o on nh va o lun cua nen ng ap, khu vc at a x ly phai c xem la mot khoi lien hp. Cng o khang cat cua at a x ly co the c bieu dien bang he so cai tao ap nh sau:

    V.1.4 Kiem toan lp em au coc at xi mang Phan nen ng chnh au coc DSMC c tang cng bang lp em cat gia co xi mang. Chieu day va cng o lp SSIM c kiem tra ng suat choc thung va ng suat uon.

    V.1.5 Bo tr va kiem toan lp bn be tong C10 Phan nen ng di le bo hanh tren au coc DSMC c tang cng bang lp ban be tong C10. Chieu day va cng o lp ban be tong c kiem tra ng suat choc thung va ng suat uon.

    V.2 X ly nen bang bac tham ket hp bm hut chan khong (PVDV)

    V.2.1 Giai phap x ly PVDV Khoang cach bo tr: dang tam giac, @ 0.9m. Chieu sau cam bac tham: Chieu sau cam PVD da tren nguyen tac sau: chieu dai bac tham c thiet ke theo ieu kien a chat ben di lp at yeu, bac tham c cam xuong en ay cua lp at yeu khi ieu kien a chat di lp at yeu la set cng en na cng va ket thuc tai iem 2m tren ay cua lp set yeu neu a chat ben di lp at yeu la lp cha nc nh soi hoac cat. Chieu rong bo tr tren mat cat ngang: bo tr trong pham vi ROW.

    Chieu cao ap gia tai, d tai, bu lun; o lun tnh toan, bu lun the hien trong bang tong hp ket qua x ly nen phan PVDV.

    Ap lc hut chan khong: Ap lc hut chan khong can thiet la > 60kPa e cai thien toan khoi, cu the la phai duy tr ap lc hut chan khong la 60kPa trong cac khoi at gia cac bac tham. Ap lc chan khong tai au bm la 90kPa.

    Gia tai trc: e giam thieu thi gian bm hut bang ap lc hut chan khong va thuc ay o lun co ket, tien hanh chat tai trc, bao gom ca chat tai nen ng ap. Ty le chat tai c gia nh la 10cm moi ngay cho en khi at c toan bo ap lc hut chan khong theo tnh toan. Thi gian bm hut c gia nh la 6 thang. Sau o mc o co ket di ap lc hut chan khong va chat tai se la 90% tai thi iem at c o lun yeu cau.

    V.2.6 anh gia chi tiet ve on nh va lun cua nen cha va sau khi x ly bang PVDV

    V.2.6.1 anh gia chi tiet nen cha x ly Trong phan nay se tien hanh cac phan tch chi tiet oi vi ieu kien at cha x ly. Cho thay s cn thiet phai ap dung cac giai phap x ly nen nham at c cac yeu cau chu chot sau:

    (1) Phan tch on nh mai doc

    Bao gom cac tnh toan o lun theo thi gian trong qua trnh x ly nen tng ng vi cap ap lc hut chan khong, chieu cao gia tai, thi gian gia tai, chieu day d tai. Vi muc tieu la o lun con lai cua nen yeu trong 15 nam sau khi hoan thanh thoa man yeu cau. Cac ket qua tnh toan d bao o lun trong qua trnh thi cong x ly nen va ket qua quan trac, theo doi tai hien trng la c s e anh gia hieu qua cua bien phap x ly.
