Abstract

Using CA Application Performance Management (CA APM),

the IT team at Orange has implemented a process called the

LifeCycle Reilability Improvments (LCRI) that assesses the quality

of applications with a global maturity score that determines if it

is ready for production or not. Effective this year, every supplier

to Orange must be LCRI compliant and CA APM plays a critical

role in assessing and ensuring overall application quality. Join this

session to learn why Orange designed the LCRI process, how it

was implemented and the success it has witnessed to date.
