應用學習課程（2020-22 年度）學生甄選安排（模式一） Arrangement for Student Selection (Mode 1) for Applied Learning Courses (2020-22 Cohort)

學校及學生須知

1. 應用學習課程（模式一）的學生甄選安排將於 6 月 20 日（星期六）至 6 月 27 日（星期六）期間舉行。教育局將由 6 月 12 日起透過網上校管系統 (WebSAMS)的聯遞系統向學校發送個別學生的甄選安排資料，以派發給有關學生。

2. 為預防傳染病擴散，課程提供機構會安排非面對面模式的甄選，例如網上面試／評估等，詳情見下表。如學生參與網上面試／評估遇到技術問題，請學校提供協助，例如開放校舍及安排有關上網設備／電腦讓學生使用。個別課程提供機構（如在下表註明）亦會為有

需要的學生提供場地及／或設施，以支援他們進行網上面試／評估或面試，學生須攜同學校派發的學生通知書及身份證明文件於甄

選開始前十五分鐘報到，並遵從有關院校的衛生防護措施。請注意，學生任何時刻都應保持個人和環境衞生（例如戴上口罩、保持適當的社交距離等），預防個人受感染和防止病毒在社區擴散，詳情請瀏覽衞生防護中心網頁（www.chp.gov.hk/tc/healthtopics/content/24/102466.html）。

3. 倘若天文台發出八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號或紅色／黑色暴雨警告信號，而（ a）該警告信號於甄選開始前兩小時仍然生效，或（ b）該警告信號是在甄選開始前兩小時之內發出，則受影響的甄選將會延期舉行，並會由個別課程提供機構另行通知學校。若上述警告信

號於甄選開始前兩小時取消，則甄選將如期舉行。

4. 甄選安排如有更新，個別課程提供機構會另行透過學校通知學生。學生如因特殊情況未能依時參與甄選，請透過學校與課程提供機構聯絡（課程提供機構的聯絡資料見第 18 頁）。

Notes to Schools and Students

1. Student Selection (Mode 1) for Applied Learning courses will be held from 20 June (Saturday) to 27 June (Saturday). The Education Bureau will inform schools about the selection arrangement of individual students via the Communication Delivery System in the WebSAMS from 12 June onwards for distribution to relevant students.

2. To prevent the spread of infection, course providers will arrange non face-to-face mode of selection such as online interview/assessment, with details specified in the table below. Should students have technical problems in participating in the online interview/assessment, schools please provide support such as opening the school premises and arranging relevant equipment/computers accessible to the Internet for use by the students. Individual course providers (as indicated in the table below) will also provide venues and/or facilities for supporting students in need to undergo online interview/assessment or interviews. Students must then bring along with the “Notice to Students” distributed by schools and their personal identification documents, report their arrival 15 minutes before the scheduled time and follow the health protection measures of the respective institutions. Please note that students should maintain at all times strict personal and environmental hygiene (such as wearing masks, maintain appropriate social distance with other people, etc.) for personal protection against infection and prevention of the spread of the virus in the community, please refer to the following website for more details (www.chp.gov.hk/en/healthtopics/content/24/102466.html).

3. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, and (a) the Warning Signal is still in effect two hours before the selection session, or (b) the Warning Signal is issued within two hours before the selection session, then the affected selection will be postponed with further notice to schools by the course providers. If the Warning Signal is cancelled two hours before the selection session, the selection will resume.

4. If there are any updates to the selection arrangement, individual course providers will notify relevant students via their schools separately. In case students cannot participate in the scheduled selection due to special situations, please liaise with course providers via schools (Contact information of course providers are specified on page 18).
