ESR--Electro Slag Remelting電渣重熔精煉製程VAR-- Vacuum Arc Remelting真空電弧重熔精煉製程VIM-- Vacuum Induction Melting真空感應熔煉爐

• 高速鋼：合金量約30%，具極高硬度與強度，適用於金屬加工用刀具、模具。

• 冷作工具鋼：合金量約 5~ 20%，具高硬度及適當韌性，適用於金屬加工成型用模治具及沖棒等。

• 熱作工具鋼：合金量約 5 ~ 20%，具高溫強度與高韌性，抗熱疲勞性極佳，適用於金屬鍛造模具及壓鑄、擠型模具。

• 塑膠模具鋼：合金量約 3~ 15%，具高溫強度與韌性、及適當之耐蝕性，尺寸穩定性佳，適用於塑膠精密射出模具。

• 6xx不銹鋼：合金量約 20%，具優異之耐腐蝕及高強度與低溫韌性，尺寸穩定性極佳，適用於航太扣件、石化用精密閥件、發電機葉片、手術刀…等。

• 4xx不銹鋼：合金量約 15%，具高強度與韌性，抗高溫氧化，適用於需耐蝕之轉動件、發電機葉片及石油探勘業之零組件。

• 3xx不銹鋼：合金量約 30%，具極佳之抗蝕性，強度低，一般用於家飾、民生、家電/3C器材零組件、食品機械及水處理器械…等。
