We completed our Drug-Take Back program. 32 lbs. of prescription medicine was collected and taken to the DEA check-in station in Little Rock.

We have received some of the equipment that we ordered under the recent LLEBG Block Grant. Some of these items are now in the cars and are being utilized by the Officers. Additional items have been ordered and should arrive soon.

Ordered temporary/portable speed bumps. Will allow us to slow people down in areas where reports of excessive speeding have been received

  • Plans

We have finished our outline of the bicycle safety course that we will be hosting on June 3rd. Flyers are going out and we hope to have additional advertisement done very soon. We are doing our inventory. This is taking some time, since we are cleaning

out storage areas at the same time. We are planning a class for parents for later this summer on social media

safety for children. This will include safety on sites such as face book, twitter, and snapchat. The class will be geared towards helping parents and guardians better safeguard minors from on-line predators.
