VIDEO/FILM MAKINGDigital Film Making for Youth青少年數碼電影製作 (Ages 9 & UP)Whether your student is an aspiring filmmaker or YouTube lover, this course will give them the opportunity to explore the different paths in video production. From script writing, story board, tutorials, and reviews to short films, your student can express their vision. They will start by learning fundamentals of pre-production and composition. Then, it’s time for action: shooting with professional cameras or using screen capture software to gather their footage. LOOKING FOR A C AREER IN EDUC ATION? Part Time REAP 2018

• Do you enjoy supporting children and youth with special needs?• Are you compassionate?• Are you a life-long learner?• Are you a team player?• Are you passionate about inclusive learning communities?

Richmond Education Assistant Program (REAP) is rigorous, intense and rewarding. It is designed by the Richmond School District to prepare adults who have the passion to work with children and youth with special needs as an Education Assistant.

REAP students will learn how to work with Kindergarten to Grade 12 students with physical, behavioral, sensory and learning needs in schools.

Part Time REAP 2018 is schedule to start in February 2018 and end in February 2019.

Students in Part Time REAP 2018 will study two evenings per week, Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm and Saturdays, 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. There will be a three-week and a four-week practica during school hours, Monday through Friday.

Joining REAP will open the door to job opportunities in this challenging and fulfilling career field in education.
