Interazione promozionale• Essere inseriti all'interno di un gruppo significa aiutarsi reciprocamente,
scambio di informazioni, feedback reciproco, fiducia reciproca, accettazione di una influenza reciproca, motivazione al bene comune, ansia e stress moderati.
• Se metto insieme persone che hanno una interdipendenza di compito e do a ciascuna di esse un compito adatto, riesco a sviluppare una interazione promozionale, se faccio disegnare chi sa disegnare e scrivere chi sa scrivere, alla fine ognuno riconoscerà nell'altro una qualità.
• Però non ci si può limitare a questo. Ora posso far fare a ciascuno l'attività in cui si sente più debole. questo solo dopo aver fatto lavorare tutti sulla loro qualità. io ti riconosco per la tua qualità e mi faccio aiutare e ti aiuto perché so che tu sei bravo a fare qualcosa.

Valutazione• Valutazione individuale e di gruppo
• posso ottenerla o con una media ponderata, o con la tecnica del bonus. dopo una verifica individuale verrà dato un bonus al gruppo con la media più alta.
• Solo di gruppo
• rischio di inerzia sociale. se la valutazione è di gruppo, io che sono il meno bravo, mi affido al più bravo.
• Solo individuale
• il più bravo potrebbe abbandonare gli altri all'interno del gruppo
