युद्धरत आम आदमी पत्रिका की शरुुआत 1986 में हिन्दी की चर्चित लेखिका, कवययिी एवं जझुारू महिला नेिी रमखिका गुप्ता ने िमैासिक पत्रिका के रूप में िजारीबाग िे की थी। इिका यनबंधन 1988 में िुआ। इिका मुख्य उदे्दश्य आहदवासियों, दसलतों, अल्पिंख्यकों और महिलाओ ंकी िजृनशीलता को प्लेटफामि प्रदान करना था। बाद में इिका प्रकाशन हदल्ली िे िोने लगा और वर्ि 2013 के अक्टूबर माि िे इिे मासिक पत्रिका में पररित कर हदया गया। रमखिका जी अब 85 वर्ि की िो चुकी िैं लेककन अपने समशन के प्रयत आज भी उतनी िी िकियता के िाथ िमर्पित िैं

Ramnika Foundation is a trust. It is a non profit, non-political and a secular organisation. It was formed in 1995 and registered in 1997 at Hazari Bagh, Jharkhand. At present its work is carried out from its permanent administrative office at Delhi.

It is run by a Board/Committee comprising of 13 persons besides President.

The Board meets twice a year

The major force behind the Foundation is the founder member Mrs. Ramnika Gupta.
