auxiliary technologies, representing an industry worth 64 billion euro, on more than 345,000 square meters of surface at the fieramilano premises. This year’s exhibition will mark the debut of additive technologies, a fast developing sector yet to be fully explored, which has chosen EMO as the ideal stage to present itself to the metalworking industry.

A special area will be exclusively devoted to additive manufacturing. There, exhibitors will display machines along with other products designed for the mechanical engineering industry. A whole series of meetings, workshops and conferences will take place during the exhibition, including an event organized by UCIMU in cooperation with AITA and CECIMO, aiming to highlight the competitive edge arising from the use of additive technologies for specific manufacturing processes and processing techniques.

It is said during the conference that 1,200 companies have already registered at EMO MILANO 2015. The leaders in the ranking of the companies which already registered are the "masters of the house", Italians, closely followed by the Germans; the Taiwanese are ranking third for the number of applications in the tradeshow, followed by the Chinese and Swiss exhibitors.

Additive Manufacturing debuts at EMO MILANO 2015

(IETCPO) held a press conference at Room 502, Nangang Exhibition Hall at the second day of TIMTOS to promote EMO MILANO 2015, the world's number 1 metalworking exhibition.

D o n a t o S c i o s c i o l i , I t a l i a n representative from IETCPO, Luca Pellegatta, marketing department officer from UCIMU, Alan Lu, Chairperson of Machine tool committee of TAMI and Walter Yeh, Executive vice president of TAITRA all attended the conference.

Luca Pellegatta made a presentation about the EMO MILANO 2015. EMO, biennial travelling exhibition sponsored by CECIMO, the European Association of the Machine Tool Industries, is considered to be the most important occasion for the world’s manufacturing industry operators. This year it will be held at fieramilano, Milan from October 5 to 10. It is expecting 1,600 exhibitors and 150,000 visitors from 100 countries.

The exhibition’s comprehensive offer on display has always greatly attracted operators of all user sectors, such as carmakers, aerospace manufacturers, engineering and energy companies, and representatives of other sectors including producers of household appliances, biomedical , nanotechnologies and earthmoving machines.

Next industrial Revolution: Intelligent Factory Forum

Computers and technology have continued to transform production

processes. But now the 4th Industrial Revolution is upon us, representing a giant leap for manufacturing innovation, characterized by “smart devices” that can actually take control of machines on the shop floor by communicating autonomously “device-to-device” to manage manufacturing operations and distribution.

Germany, USA, Japan, and Mainland China are working hard to keep up with the trend, and manufacturers around the world are also aware of this. In order to assist Taiwanese manufacturers in delving into the latest industrial trend, organizers of TIMTOS arranged an important seminar, titled “New Idea in Manufacturing: Intelligent Factory Forum.” The forum covers intelligent factory. Subject topics include: green manufacturing, cloud computing, security surveillance, communication, robots, and other important issues. Through these points participants are educated about the future of manufacturing.

Advanced and intelligent manufacture

In the morning of March 4, Dr. Yuliang Chung from Industrial Technology Research Institute discussed about the global trends in intelligent factory. After Dr. Chung, it was Mr. Cai from Autodesk, whose lecture is about building connected production lines with digital technology; and another one on the advancement in manufacture. These three lectures were all about the manufacturing trends, thus attracting about 150 visitors attending the lecture.

ITRI leads domestic manufacturers

Dr. Yul iang Chung f rom ITRI indicated that Industry 2.0 is far from

Industry 4.0. In Industry 2.0 onsite operators must come to the production line to operate in a fixed manner, while in Industry 4.0, the production line model is much different. The 4.0 promotes the computerization of traditional industries such as manufacturing. In 4.0 products are expected to be equipped with digital internal computer memory that allows both production lines and onsite operators what to do, making the production line more efficient. The products include all the necessary information integrated in the production model.

Dr. Chung showed a concept vision in which jumping delivery system is shown. By the jumping delivery system, products under different processing circumstances are delivered to different sites to maximize performance.

According to Dr. Chung, about 84% of the production issues come from people rather than machines. Aside from the advancement of the production itself, the visualization of the data manufacture must also be clear. In the previous days, only experienced workers can process multiple data, which looked un-related to each other but in fact it is so important to the corresponding production. Those data and other information are hard to understand by a non-expert, and causes heavy reliance on personnel. In the future, visualized production data is transformed into integrated information in charts and forms to assist onsite operators to conduct instant judgment on their next step to increase efficiency and quality, simultaneously.

Since its industrialization, Taiwan manufacturers are running after the latest global manufacturing trend. Now in the 21st century, Taiwan government works together with the academy and manufacturers to upgrade the production sector. With efforts in system integration, cloud computing, and intelligent machines, Taiwan is expected to be more competitive in the near future.

Promising machine tools sector in 2015

Speaking of to the depreciating RUB, senior specialists in the Taiwanese

machine tool sector stated that the RUB depreciation will not affect Taiwanese exports since all Russian importers face the same predicament in dealing with international machine tool manufacturers. Furthermore, Russians cannot produce all the machine tools themselves to replace the imported machinery, so the current price difference between Taiwanese equipment and its competing counterparts, such as Japanese and German machine tools, may have increased. Taiwanese machine tools are well known for their high Cost - Performance ratio and lower prices compared to their Japanese and German counterparts.

Aside from the price difference issue, many Russians with capital are currently seeking other commodities to hedge against inflation, such as foreign currencies or imported goods; in this situation, Taiwanese goods can be recognized as one investment to hedge against the inflated

RUB. Specialists claim that, unless sanctions against Russia and international oil prices change, the Russian economy will remain in a severe state. Under these international circumstances, Taiwanese machine tool manufacturers should take advantage of the opportunity to export excellent MIT machinery to the Russian market and hence help local industry to grade.

Taiwan machine tool manufacture elites root deep into aerospace industry

Directed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, ROC, domestic high end machine tool and corresponding component producers in Taiwan together orchestrated a significant project titled "High Value Processing Equipment League for Aerospace Industry", which is expected to inspire tens of billions of order requests for Taiwan, specifically in the global aerospace OEM sector. The project is led

by GOODWAY and elite members include AWEA, Chevalier, Victor Taichung, ROYAL, and other leading Taiwanese companies.

Shinning star GOODWAY & AWEA prevail globally with high quality strategies

Taiwan five axis machines and other machine centers are well developed and are in a mature state regarding in-house technology. Now Taiwanese equipment can be utilized to process aerospace-class work pieces. For instance, vertical milling, production bridge milling, high speed bridge milling, 5-face bridge milling, horizontal milling, horizontal boring mill, 5-axis milling, and tapping machines made by AWEA are highly evaluated in the market. The company insists in the independence of technology, hence it can have comprehensive control of its quality and create many advantages. At TIMTOS 2015, the company is located at booth I0816.

ROYAL spindle adds more value to machining

Recognized as the heart of machine tools, spindles are the key issue that ensures processing accuracy. Spindle manufacturers are the heroes behind the scenes that support the machine tool sector. ROYAL company specializes in agile manufacturing and market exploration; hence it is one of the leading spindle companies in Taiwan. The common built-in spindles usually encounter high temperature issues with lower rigidity. ROYAL engineers have adopted excellent oil lubrication systems to master the bearing operation temperature that helps the bearings work more steadily. A Cooling requirement is adjusted to a special condition, as that reinforces the axial stiffness at a certain level. These improve the wide bearing span of shafting in heavy cutting situations. Around 70% of ROYAL products are milling spindles and around 28% are turning spindles. ROYAL engineers have thorough knowledge of the different kinds of spindle products.

Based on the data of Taiwan's Ministry of Finance, exports in Taiwan from

January to October reached 261.53 billion USD, a rise of 3.2% compared to 2013. Regarding the machinery sector, the growth rate is rather clear as +6.3%; inside the machinery sector, the machine tool sector growth is +6.0%.

Regarding the total 261.53 billion USD export value, machinery exports reached 17.24 billion USD, a rise of 1.02 billion USD compared to year 2013; Inside the machinery sector, the machine tool sector has grown by 180 million USD, and machineries other than machine tools

Taiwan machine tools export rise in 2014have grown by 840 million USD (+6.3%). Totally speaking, exports from Taiwan to the primary markets in the world is very positive: +5.9% growth in the US market, +4.3% growth in Europe market, +4.2% growth in China & HK, +2.0% growth in the ASEAN. It has been observed that regarding the trade expansion of Taiwan, the situation is recovering despite the many tariff walls and the depreciation of Japanese Yen which keeps going to 1:121. Taiwanese industries remain competitive in the global market despite the two main menaces mentioned above.

It is worth noting that, according to

the news issued by The Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT) in November, it has been observed that in North America the consumption of cutting machines reached 176.5 million USD in September, a rise of 7.7% compared to 2013. The recovery of manufacturing in North America is seen in the consumption of machining equipment. Similarly, according to the statistics report issued by the European Association of the Machine Tool Industries (CECIMO) in November, it has been shown that the industry production of 28 members of the EU (EU28) grew 0.6% due to the increased

production of capital goods, as the growth rate in the Euro Zone is 2.0% and in the EU28 is 2.1%. The two developed markets are getting out of the recession; even though recovery speeds vary, recovery is certain.

Taiwan machine tool and component manufacturers shall take advantage of this growing trend to promote the fittest equipment, accessories, components, automation solutions, and intelligent manufacture design. These services are very practical in both developed nations and emerging markets and Taiwan's technology is prepared.

Apart from Taiwanese metal forming companies, the EXPO Dome also

houses several overseas exhibitors like the Turkey brand Isitan Makina San. Tic. Ltd. Established in Bursa, the so-called Turkey metalworking hub, Isitan Makina has 35 years' experiences in producing sheet metal forming machines.

Oguzhan Genc, sales and marketing representative of the company, said that the company exports 90% of its products and this is their first time to attend TIMTOS. Genc expects to meet more new potential buyers in TIMTOS as it is one of the most important metalworking shows in Asia.

Safely Machining Composite MaterialsSandvik Coromant’s Mats Hedberg talks about efficient solutions for leaving one health risk in the dust.

The range of products made from composite materials like carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRPs),

and their newer cousins, carbon nanotubes, is growing rapidly. While CFRPs are the elder statesmen of carbon manufacturing materials, they continue to find new applications as lightweight but strong materials, especially in aerospace and automotive component manufacturing fields. Meanwhile, applications involving carbon nanotubes have spiked as of late, and are expected to continue on an upward trajectory. Carbon nanotubes are primarily used as polymer reinforcements, i.e., in composites, but there is considerable potential for use with other applications.

In addition, nanoparticle properties may be substantially different from those of larger particles of the same material. In fact, parallels also have been drawn between the fiber-like shape of carbon nanotubes and asbestos.

There is a great deal of uncertainty around work environment issues when machining both CFRP and carbon nanotube, because instead of metallic chips that fall to the ground, machined composites emit dust. The general principle is that no employee should be exposed to this dust. If the dust particles are small enough, they can be inhaled into an operator’s lungs, and in the worst case, be hazardous to employee health.

When it comes to composite material, we know very little about how hazardous

the dust can be. A Swedish study completed by Per Gustavsson, Maria Hedmer, and Jenny Rissler in 2011, “Carbon Nanotubes – Exposure, Toxicology and Protective Measures in the Work Environment,” states that in several studies conducted on laboratory animals, a clear correlation has been seen between the dose of carbon nanotubes and the biological effects that occur. Still, the study states, due to the lack of sufficient studies examining people, “the effects on humans after exposure to carbon nanotubes are more or less unknown.”

The potential for danger, especially in high dosage situations, or over the course of a long exposure, clearly exists. An initial priority in combating it ought to be organizing the work environment limit or eliminating potentially lingering dust. This can be achieved by installing a vacuum system to extract it. Handheld machines are perhaps too commonly used when drilling composite machining, and they make it difficult to eliminate the dust directly in the system. In such cases, personal protection equipment (i.e., protective gear, eyewear, etc.) is necessary.

Different Ways of Protection

A poll held in April of this year on http://compositemachining.org, a blog hosted by Sandvik Coromant and dedicated to new methods of machining composite materials, revealed mixed results on how operators protect themselves during CFRP

machining. While some respondents use full personal protection plus a vacuum solution, others reported not using any protection at all. Using a vacuum system was the most commonly referenced solution, followed by coolant as a safety solution. Though research is scarce around this issue, Per Reinholdsson, Ph.D. and composites specialist at Exova in Linköping, Sweden, was able to shed some light on the subject.

“When machining any material, such as CFRP, emission of airborne dust will usually be formed. This dust can irritate the skin, eyes, and lungs in different ways. The smaller the size of the particles or fibers that form the dust, the higher the risk to enter the lung system,” Reinholdsson says. “The body can usually take care of the dust, but inflammatory reactions often leave scars on the lungs. So, we need to protect our eyes, skin, and lungs from the dust. Ventilation, vacuum system, dust-binding coolant, and personal protection can be used to avoid the dust from entering our bodies.”

The use of a vacuum system is the most efficient solution to eliminate dust. It’s also always recommended to measure

the amount of dust to make sure that the selected solution is sufficient. According to the study, “For most work processes and handling operations the emission of carbon nanotubes into the air can probably be controlled through different types of safety and protection devices (enclosures, fume cupboards, drawbenches, local extraction, etc. One recommendation is that all processes that use nanoparticles should be enclosed and that these enclosures be designed to fit gaseous substances. Another recommendation is that safety and protection devices that are effective against dust in general are also suitable for the elimination of nanoparticles and ultrafine particles.”

Potentially Dangerous Materials

Composites may be comprised of different types of fiber reinforcements, – e.g., glass fiber, carbon fiber, and aramid fiber composites. Dust from fibers that are classified as “crystalline” is usually more hazardous to health because the fibers decompose into thinner fibers and can therefore enter into the alveoli in the lung system. Aramid fibers can be considered as crystalline but are softer and more flexible than other crystalline fibers, such as asbestos fibers. This makes it easier for the body to handle the aramid fibers. Generally, you can say that small and very hard dust that easily enters the body can irritate and give inflammatory reactions. However, the knowledge around the nature of composite dust is still very limited, Reinholdsson admits.

Carbon nanotubes are an even bigger question mark. Composite materials like CFRPs typically don’t break into the hazardous small, hard, crystalline fibers that characterize asbestos. For that reason, the limitations are not as strict for composite material as they are for asbestos-like

materials. Nano-particle composite material, on the other hand, is an area of great interest for many industries due to its unique properties.

The material is not widely used yet, and knowledge in this area is still very limited when it comes to impact on health and environment. These materials represent an entire class of nanomaterials instead of one material, as there are many different diameters, lengths, chiral angles, chemical functionalizations, purities, and bulk densities (which are often related to dusting propensity).

According to the study, “a characteristic of a carbon nanotube is that its mass is small, but the number of nanoparticles is very large because of the low density. Most exposure measurements where carbon nanotubes are produced or used have been traditional dust measurements, determining mass concentration. The measured levels have typically been 0.1mg/m3 or less, but even higher concentrations have been reported. Results from this type of measurement are uncertain, because the method does not specifically measure the carbon nanotubes but also includes other airborne particulates in the determined mass dose. To date, the measurement methodologies that have been used have mainly provided exposure data for

emissions and possible exposure to carbon nanotubes at workplaces and supporting documentation for the evaluation of safety and protection devices. Measurements have been made over short periods and of a few number of work operations/exposure situations. Furthermore, different types of sampling equipment have been used, making it difficult to compare the results.”

Don’t Cut Corners

Quite a few of the respondents to the composite machining poll referenced the use of coolants as a means to encapsulate dust particles and eliminate them from breathable air. Reinholdsson says that might be one solution, but be careful.

“Specific dust-binding coolant can in some cases be sufficient, but to be sure, you should make a risk analysis and measure both the amount of dust and the nature of it,” he says.

When it comes to dust, you can’t trust what you see or feel, as the particles and/or fibers aren’t visible. Measurements can be made through an instrument that gives you the dust density and through filters that can give you the exact characteristics of the dust.

“To avoid the dust, I know that it’s sometimes easier said than done. When

you work all day with a hand-drill or similar where a vacuum system doesn’t apply, you probably don’t want to go overboard and wear a space suit. You need to be aware of the risks, though, and

eve ryone m a c h i n i n g composite material should definitely perform a risk analysis and measure. When you understand the risks, it is much easier to find an appropriate solution. That’s the most important message,” Reinholdsson says.

When working with composites, CFRPs, or carbon nanotubes/nanoparticles, the study agrees that a precautionary principle should prevail: “If working with carbon nanotubes, a high level of

elimination controls should be used so that occupational exposure is reduced to the lowest possible level. Personal

protective equipment in the form of respiratory protection equipment, gloves, and protective clothing may also need to be used when there are limited capabilities of measuring and assessing occupational exposure to carbon nanotubes.”

ます。この会場には、Lien Chieh (LCM)

も出展しています。LCMは世界の自動車

展示会情報

2014年台湾の輸出は工作機械ビジネスと共に成長

台湾財政省によると、１月から10月

までの台湾からの輸出額は2615億3

千万US$に達し2013年比で3.2%の増

加を記録した。機械分野に関して言えば

成長はさらに明白で＋6.3%となっている。

その内工作機械分野の伸びは＋6.0%。

トータル2615億3千万US$の輸出額の

うち、機械の輸出は172億4千万US$で

2013年比で10億２千万US$の増加。機

械分野のうち工作機械分野の伸びは1

億8千万US$で、工作機械を除く機械分

野の伸びは8億4千万US$ (+6.3%)とな

った。全体的には台湾から世界の主要な

マーケットへの輸出は大変堅調だ：米国

市場では＋5.3%の増加、欧州市場では

+4.3%の増加、中国と香港で4.2%の増

加、ASEANでは+2.0%の増加である。台

湾の貿易の拡大について言えば、多くの

関税障壁や1:121をうかがう勢いの日本

の円安にもかかわらず状況は改善してい

る。台湾の産業は前記の二つの厄介な脅

威にもかかわらず、世界市場で競争力を

増している。

行の11月号の記事によれば、北米での切

削機の消費は９月に 1億7650万US$に

達し、2013年比で7.7%の増加を見せた。

北米での製造業の回復はマシニング機

器の消費に見られる。同様に、European

Association of the Machine Tool

Industries (CECIMO) が11月に発表し

た統計報告によると、EU28ヵ国 (EU28)

の工業生産は生産財の増加のお蔭で

0.6%増加し、ユーロ圏内での増加は

2.0%, EU28では2.1%の伸びとなった。二

つの先進国市場が景気の後退を脱出し、

回復のスピードは様々だが、回復は確かな

ものとなっている。

台湾の工作機械とコンポーネントメ

ーカーはこの成長傾向の潮流を逃さず、

最適な機器、アクセサリー、コンポーネン

ト、自動化ソリューション、およびインテリジ

ェントマニュファクチャリングデザインの販

売促進に力を入れていくであろう。これら

のサービスは先進国および開発途上国の

両者にとってメリットがあり、台湾の技術力

在汽車、電子、通訊及醫療等

產業不斷推升的需求背景影

響之下，全球金屬成型市場

保持著穩定的發展步伐。金屬成型是

採用模具透過沖壓的方式將金屬板材

加工成為所需的形狀。沖壓的實現可

以採用手動或者自動的方式。

有報告預測，從2014至2019年間，

全球金屬成型市場有希望保持4%的年

複合增長率。隨著交通、航空及精密工

程等諸多產業對金屬材料用量的不斷

提升，金屬工具機包括金屬成型機械

的需求受其拉動也將保持同步增長，

這也將進一步推動全球市場成長。市

場的驅動力主要來自於產業對金屬零

組件、低成本金屬成型加工機械，以

及金屬成型外圍領域如輔機需求的提

升。為了迎合市場對金屬成型機械的

需求，TIMTOS 2015首度採用「圓山爭

艷館」作為金屬成型工具機專門用展

覽館，為廠商爭取更多的展出空間。

臺灣金屬成型大廠如金豐、申琦、協

易、立興陳、富偉、興泰、瑛瑜等紛

紛出擊，各類產品爭艷鬥奇！

主辦單位委派記者前往視察前來爭

艷館的買主來源分類，發現多以新興國

家買主前往參觀居大多數，這些新興工

業國的與會人士絕大多數都對於臺灣成

型工具機及相關輔機設備如自動化收送

料與整平系統非常感興趣，因為臺灣產

品不僅能夠協助他們在境內的工廠中針

對生產製程減少成本支出，更重要的是

可以大幅增加他們的產線生產精度與穩

定性。

在展場內採訪到了來自南美洲西

北部地區厄瓜多爾國的Gaston Duran先生，他在厄瓜多爾境內從事能源產業

及一般性工業的廢棄物處理工程，他

表示這是第一次來到臺灣的TIMTOS，

對於臺灣所能夠提供的科技感到非常

好，已經在展覽中購置了三個泵產

品，在爭艷館的參觀中Gaston Duran表示他將繼續尋找能夠應用在工作領域

內的產品，並且也希望透過此次的參

觀，將臺灣產業的保貴經驗帶回厄瓜

多爾。

另外是來自捷克的 B o h u m í r a Horáková女士，她表示希望能夠在展覽

館中看到新的資訊，透過台北國際工具

機展進一步接觸到臺灣成型工具機的最

新成果與可能的購置機種，並且在會中

與伙伴等重要人士一同展望未來發展。

圓山爭艶館金屬成型工具機專場

第25屆台北國際工具機展覽會

評判一個展覽會是否具有國際性

不僅僅在於參展外商的數量和

比率（編按：今年外商參展比率高達

25%），還要看到參訪的國際買主數

量。TIMTOS集結國內外眾多優良工具

機產品，是全球工具機業者最重要的集

中採購平臺，平均每屆皆有超過90國的

外國買主前來參觀採購。

除了主辦方組織的「一對一採購

洽談會」吸引大量國際買主，今年也

有各國自動籌組的買主團到訪，包括

二度參訪的土耳其工具機進口商協會

（TiAD），以及首次籌組買主團的巴西

機械設備工業產業協會（ABIMEI）、

菲律賓模具協會（PDMA）、泰國工業

聯盟-工具機及金屬加工工業公會，上

述公會共籌組74家會員廠商來台。中國

大陸方面也有來自青島、北京、廣州、

成都及南京等119位會員一同前往共襄

盛舉，陣容可謂強大。此外，還有來自

印度、南非以及越南等國的買主團。本

屆共有來自9國14團來訪，是TIMTOS展覽有史以來，買主團數量最多的一次。

展會期間，各種膚色的買主隨處

可見，他們雖然來自不同國家，但都

因著TIMTOS和臺灣工具機業的強大

國際買主盛讚TIMTOS展覽品質佳，專業度強號召力而相聚。來自德國STURMER MASCHINEN GMBH總經理Kilian Sturmer已經與臺灣廠商保持了超過20年的合作關係，他經常來到TIMTOS來尋

找新的產品和技術，他認為臺灣工具機

發展速度驚人，產品品質可靠。來自土

耳其BALI MAKINA公司工程師及總監

Mehmet Turhan是TIMTOS的老主顧，他

已經參加了5-6次展會，他認為臺灣工

具機性價比高，是德國機械的最佳替代

品，在土耳其非常受歡迎。他觀察到臺

灣工具機也在不斷地提升和變化，其中

一個趨勢就是機械的尺寸越來越大，結

構越來越複雜，使用範圍越來越廣。他

預祝今年TIMTOS成功並表示會一如既

往地支持臺灣工機具業的發展。

烏克蘭WEBER COMECHANICS公司總監Volodymyr Ignatolia先生稱這是

他第三次拜訪TIMTOS，但是很驚訝臺

灣工具機業在全球的地位。“我希望可

以發現一些新的設備並將其銷售到烏克

蘭。過去幾屆我已經與許多臺灣廠商合

作，成功將他們的設備行銷到烏克蘭。

臺灣距離烏克蘭很遠，但是因為這裡的

設備具有可靠的品質，因此每屆展覽都

會參加。＂他如是說。

土耳其AKYAPAK公司採購經理

Mustafa Kemal Celik先生表示：“在加

入這家公司之前我已經到訪臺灣多次。

在這裡我發現了很多品質可靠的工具機

和零組件。這次參加TIMTOS的目的是

要尋找新的廠商、新的設計和新的材

料。臺灣工具機廠商在全球市場非常專

業且擁有非常好的口碑。雖然臺灣距離

土耳其路途遙遠，但是現在的交通也非

常方便。我期望通過臺灣的產品來提升

我們公司的業務。TIMTOS是一個非常

專業的展覽會，集結了大量機械和零組

件廠商，這讓我們的採購非常便利。我

希望透過此次展覽會，可以開拓更多商

機並找到更多的合作夥伴。＂

從展前預登記看，本屆展會已吸引

來自97國5,068名國際買主來訪，預計整

個展會海外買主數量可望達到7,000名，

PMC分享最新技術成果，推動臺灣機械物聯網發展

隨著工業4.0時代的來臨，製造業

正式邁入新紀元。透過物聯網

（IoT）的概念，能讓所有物件串連在

一起並形成智能網路，它是利用如無

線射頻識別、無線通信、實時定位和

傳感等技術與設備，使任何智能化物

體透過網路進行信息交流。尤其在講

求製造業服務化及智慧製造的機械產

業裡，透過網路傳輸實現智能識別、

定位、追踪、監視和管理，讓工作流

程自動化能在任何業務流程中實現與

完成。

有鑒於此，為協助國內製造業提升

市場競爭力，在臺灣機械工業同業公會

（TAMI）和中華民國對外貿易發展協

會（TAITRA）的協助下，財團法人精

密機械研究發展中心（PMC）在本次

臺北國際工具機展覽會期間（3月4日下

午）舉辦了一場專題研討會。

本次研討會包含四場專題報告，分

別為PMC精機中心姚克昌經理的“生產

效率再進化-工具機上物聯網(IOT)的發

展與應用＂、PMC精機中心劉育安工程

師的“掌握先機，創造價值-工具機設

計模擬的發展＂、PMC精機中心謝銘智

工程師的“全球首創主軸預壓定量控制

系統-主軸預壓量測技術＂以及PMC精

機中心黃韋倫工程師的“硬脆材料加工

利器-超音波主軸技術發展＂。

PMC期望藉由本次研討會專題理論

與實務分享智慧製造整合技術之應用、

物聯網（IoT）的特點與未來各種趨勢

之外，同時透過工具機領域最新關鍵技

術成果發表，以幫助機械產業展開新的

佈局，進而提升產品國際競爭力，再創

經營績效的高峰。

PMC技術負責人詹子奇組長在研討

會開始前表示：“臺灣精密機械研究發

展中心作為研究單位一定要和產業緊密

因應參展廠商需求，也新設相關交通接

智慧工廠被比喻為第三波的工業革

命，有德國、美國、日本、中國

等主要工業國相繼推出相關的政策趕

搭上此波潮流，全球製造產業大小廠家

也積極佈局。為幫忙臺灣工具機廠與整

體製造產業趕搭上智慧製造的尖端潮

流，在本次的台北國際工具機展覽中推

出了「製造新思維 - 智慧工廠技術研討

會」，主辦單位從近期的智慧工廠之重

要議題如綠能、雲端運算、安全監控、

通訊、機器人等不同面向逐步探討未來

的技術趨勢與面貌。

多場主題，聚焦高端生產與智慧製造

在主辦單位的規劃之下，此次的專

業論壇有從上午開始先有工業技術研究

院機械與系統研究所智慧系統技術組組

長鐘裕亮博士開頭，談論「全球智慧工

廠趨勢」，緊接著有Autodesk資深技術

經理蔡進忠先生所負責的主題「構築物

物相聯的數位產線」，再來是雷尼紹的

總經理賴時正所講演的「毫末之差成功之鑰---邁向高端製造之路」。上午的

工研院帶領產業邁向更好的製造模式

當中，工研院鐘裕亮博士在其精彩

的專題「全球智慧工廠趨勢」中談到，

工業4.0與對應的工業2.0有著極大的差

異。工業2.0的版本中，現場工作人員

要就近生產線，在固定的位置上進行加

工作業，但是在將來的工業4.0製造產線

上再也不是如此，而是產品本身即具備

有數位記憶體的功能，能夠主動地告訴

操作人員與加工機械設備必要的作業資

訊，以進行必要的作業動作。作業資訊

以整合的方式進行處理，可以減少生產

資源浪費，因此必要的資訊包括了整體

性的生產模式整合能力，鐘博士在簡報

中秀出了一張圖示，道出了跳躍式的產

線製程規劃如何能在未來的加工工作上

發揮更有效率的生產流程。

鐘裕亮博士: 84%的產品問題來自人而非機器

除了流程本身優化之外，生產流程

資訊及步驟的可視化(Visualization)功能

開發，對於加工線上的操作人員來說則

可以起到協助正確判斷的作用。在過去

的生產模式，必須要有老練的操作員才

能夠憑藉著經驗將獲得的各項數據在腦

海裡整理得當，做出正確的解讀，如此

的資訊處理方式對於人員倚賴度相對吃

重。然而現在隨著智慧工廠的核心技術

躍進，以後在未來工廠中，可視化的品

質與流程可以直接讓所有的操作人員透

過表格與圖型等整合資訊對製程進行即

時性的判斷，如此一來便可以在產線製

程中同時推升效率與品質。

自從工業化之後，臺灣產業界一直

不斷地追趕國際潮流並且多有斬獲，如

今在21世紀智慧製造當道的趨勢下，臺

灣工具機業者與有關政府單位將針對機

台智動、整廠線系統整合、雲端運算

感知能力等關鍵技術進行製造業體質改

造，讓臺灣的工具機更加地具有國際競

爭力。

一連兩天的「智慧工廠技術論

壇」在TIMTOS 2015舉行，吸引行業

專家、技術人員及企業高層決策者等

拓誠送料機實現高度自動化

Isitan Makina展示土耳其工藝

在此次TIMTOS 2015的新增場館，

圓山爭艷館中，除了臺灣在地

的金屬成型廠家，也有來自海外的展

覽者，其中包括土耳其知名品牌Isitan

Makina San Tic Ltd。該公司位於土耳其

第四大城市，著名的金屬加工工業集聚

地布爾薩，迄今已有超過35年的鋼板加

工機生產歷史。

Isitan Makina的市場及銷售負責人 Oguzhan Genc在接受記者採訪時表示，

公司90%的產品銷至海外市場，遍及全

球。此次是他們首次在TIMTOS設立展

位，獨立展示公司產品。“TIMTOS是全球最為重要的金屬展會之一，每屆均

會吸引大量國際經銷商。我們此次參展

主要目的是結識潛在國際買家。＂

目前Isitan Makina研發和製造的

最新機器包括彎板機、剪邊機、咬口

機和圓盤切剪機。而此次展會，Isitan Makina重點介紹了其暢銷20年的產

品，IBKS 4系列的剪邊機/切邊機。

該機器採用全焊接鋼結構框架，前後

可調底輥，以及前後可調鋼板支撐，

且採用了青銅鋼軸殼套。此外，該機

器還配備了帶有制動系統的齒輪箱電

機，可通過腳踏板進行控制。機器滿

足EC安全指令且貼有CE標識。

Oguzhan Genc補充道，該機器生產

的產品主要用於空調和通風設備，已經

設備的評估提供支援文檔。已經在短期

內，對一些數量的工作操作/照射情況

進行了檢測。此外，檢測中使用了不同

類型的採樣設備，這使得結果難以進行

比較。＂

通過管道系統抽吸複合材料粉塵，

並進行過濾。

不要走捷徑

在有關複合材料加工的民調中，相

當多的調查物件提到了一種手段，就是

利用冷卻液來隔絕灰塵顆粒，並且將其

從可呼吸空氣中消除。Reinholdsson認為這可能是一種解決辦法，但是要小心

一點。

他說：“特定的粘塵冷卻液在某些

情況下是足夠有效的，但為了進一步確

認，應該對粉塵的數量和性質做一個風

險分析和測量。＂

“當說到粉塵的時候，你不能相信

你自己看到或感覺到的東西，因為這些

顆粒和/或纖維是不可見的。可以通過使

用工具來進行測量，知道粉塵的濃度，

而通過篩檢程式，你可以得到粉塵的準

確特性。＂

“為了避免粉塵，我知道有時是說

起來容易，做起來難。當你用手電鑽或

類似的東西工作了一天之後，而且在這

些地方真空系統不適用，你可能不想過

分武裝和穿上太空服。但你需要知道存

在的風險，而且進行複合材料加工作

業的人都一定要進行風險分析和測量。

當你知道了風險之後，就很容易找到一

個合適的解決方案。這是最重要的資

訊，＂Reinholdsson說道。

當所從事的工作涉及到複合材料

時，如CFRPs、或碳納米管 /納米顆

粒，該研究認為，還是應該優先考慮

預防性原則：“如果加工碳納米管，

應該採用高水準的除塵控制方法，

以使職業性接觸降低到盡可能低的水

準。當對碳納米管的職業性接觸的量

度和評估能力有限時，可能需要用到

呼吸系統保護裝置、手套、防護服等

形式的個人防護設備。＂

複合材料的安全加工山特維克可樂滿的Mats Hedberg先生談論了可以使人遠離健康風險的高效解決方案。

用複合材料如碳纖維增強聚合物

（CFRPs），以及它們的新類

別碳納米管制成的產品範圍正

在迅速擴大。CFRPs雖然是碳材料加工

領域的元老，但其作為輕巧而堅固的材

料，仍然不斷有新的應用，特別是在航

空航太和汽車零部件製造領域。與此同

時，涉及到碳納米管的應用已經開始飆

升，預期將呈現出繼續上升的跡象。碳

納米管主要用作聚合物的增強材料，也

即用在複合材料中，但在其他的應用方

面也擁有相當可觀的潛力。

此外，納米顆粒的性能與較大的相

同材質的顆粒可能有著顯著的不同。事

實上，在碳納米管和石棉的纖維形狀之

間也有發現類似的情況。

在加工CFRP和碳納米管的時候，

工作環境中存在很大的不確定性。因為

不同於掉落在地上的金屬切屑，複合材

料在加工時會排放出粉塵。一般來說，

員工不應該接觸這種灰塵。如果塵埃顆

粒足夠小，它們可以被吸入到操作者的

肺裡，而且在最壞的情況下，甚至會危

害到員工的身體健康。

談及複合材料，我們對粉塵的危害

程度知之甚少。由瑞典的Per Gustavsson, Maria Hedmer和Jenny Rissler在2011年完

成的一項題為“工作環境中碳納米管的

接觸、毒性及防護措施＂的研究闡述

道：在對實驗室動物進行的一些研究

裡，發現碳納米管的劑量和所發生的生

物學效應有著明顯的關聯。不過，這項

研究也聲明了由於沒有在人類身上進行

足夠的研究，“接觸碳納米管對人類的

影響仍然幾乎是未知的＂。

潛在的危險，尤其是在高劑量的情

況下，或者在長期的接觸之後，明顯存在

著。要減輕這種危險，最先該做的就是規

劃一下工作環境的各種限制，或者消除這

些潛在的經久不散的粉塵。這可以通過安

裝一個真空系統吸收粉塵來實現。在鑽削

複合材料加工時，手持設備或許使用得過

於頻繁，它們使系統中的粉塵難以直接消

除。在這種情況下，個人防護設備（即護

具，眼鏡等）是必需的。

不同的防護措施

2013年4月，在http://Composite Machining 網站舉行的一項民意調查

中，由山特維克可樂滿發佈的一篇關於

複合材料加工新方法的博客，透露了操

作人員在碳纖維複合材料加工過程中如

何保護自己，結果喜憂參半。雖然一些

調查物件採用的是全副個人防護再加上

真空的解決方法，其他的則報告稱沒有

採取任何保護措施。使用真空系統是最

常採用的方式，接下來的就是通過冷卻

液來作為一種安全的解決方案。雖然關

於解決這個問題的研究比較少見，但瑞

典林雪萍Exova的博士和複合材料專家

Per Reinholdsson先生，為該問題的解決

指明了道路。

“在加工任何材料的時候，如

CFRP，常常會形成在空氣中傳播的粉

塵。這種粉塵會以不同的方式刺激皮

膚，眼睛和肺部。形成粉塵的顆粒或纖

維的尺寸越小，進入肺系統的風險就越

大，＂Reinholdsson說道。“通常情況

下，身體自身是可以處理掉這些粉塵

的，但是炎症反應往往會在肺部留下疤

痕。因此，我們需要保護自己的眼睛、

皮膚和肺部，使其免受粉塵侵害。我們

可以通過通風系統、真空系統、粉塵粘

結冷卻劑，以及個人防護，來防止粉塵

侵入我們的身體。＂

為了改造現有的數控機床，粉塵提

取/收集公司應當參與進來，以確定安裝

和必要的管道工程。

為了消除粉塵，使用真空系統是最

有效的辦法。通常也推薦測量粉塵的

量，以確保所選擇的解決方案是足夠有

效的。這項研究表明，“對許多工作流

程和處理工藝來說，排放到空氣中的碳

納米管可以通過不同的安全和保護設施

來控制（罩、通風櫃、拉絲機，以及就

地萃取等）。一種建議是使用納米微粒

的所有流程都應該密封起來，並且設計

的密封罩應該適用於氣態物質。另外一

個建議是對除塵比較有效的安全和保護

設備一般也都比較適用于納米微粒和超

細微粒的消除。＂

潛在的危險材料

複合材料可以由不同類型的纖維增

強材料組成，例如玻璃纖維、碳纖維

和芳綸纖維複合材料。纖維產生的粉

塵中，類別為“結晶性＂的通常對健康

的危害更大一些。因為該纖維會分解成

更薄的纖維，從而可以進入肺部的肺泡

中。我們可以認為芳綸纖維是結晶性

的，但它比其他結晶性纖維如石棉纖維

更柔軟，也更具有靈活性。這就使得人

體對芳綸纖維的處理更容易一些。一般

來說，你可以說容易進入人體的小的和

非常硬的粉塵可以刺激並帶來炎症反

應。然而，對於複合材料粉塵本質的認

識仍然十分有限，Reinholdsson坦言。

碳納米管則是一個更大的問號。通

常情況下，複合材料諸如CFRPs，不會

進入有危害的、小的、質地堅硬的，與

石棉纖維特性相同的晶體纖維裡。出於

這個原因，對於複合材料的限制沒有石

棉狀材料那麼嚴格。從另一方面來說，

納米粒子複合材料由於其獨特的性能，

受到了許多工業領域的關注。

這種材料目前還沒有得到廣泛的使

用，而且這方面的知識還非常有限。當

談到對健康和環境的影響時，這些材料

代表的是一整類的納米材料，而不是某

一種材料，因為材料有許多不同的直

徑、長度、手性角、化學作用過程、純

度，以及堆積密度（通常與粉塵沉積的

傾向相關）。

根據這項研究，“碳納米管的特徵

在於，其品質小，但由於密度低，納米

顆粒的數量是非常大的。絕大部分碳納

米管的接觸測量，測量其是由哪裡產生

或使用的，一直都是用傳統的粉塵測量

方法，以確定品質濃度。所測量的水準

通常是0.1mg/m3或者更少，但對於更

高的濃度也已有相關報導。由於該方

法不專門測量碳納米管，還包括了特定

品質劑量範圍內的空氣中的其他懸浮粒

子，因此這種類型的測量結果是不確定

的。迄今為止，已有使用的測量方法主

爭分奪秒去除更多切屑對

於在重切削和加工難切削材

料中的加工效率首先是意味

著應以盡可能短的時間，切

除盡可能多的材料。駐地在Traunreut的海德漢公司，在TNC數控系統中，集

成了“Dynamic Efficiency＂功能。當

在使用這項功能時，工具機潛力得以

充分利用。

“Dynamic Efficiency＂功能可以使

所有較大切削力和較高材料切除率的加

工過程達到最佳程度。這些加工通常以

粗加工為主，但也有加工諸如鈦、耐腐

蝕的鎳基合金（如Inconel）以及許多在

航空和航太、醫療及能源領域裡採用的

特殊性能的其他材料。

由於這種加工產生的切削力使工具

機和刀具承受著較高的負載，較高的切

削負載往往會在加工過程中由於工藝原

因而引起振動。因此對於重切削來說，

改善這種加工的目標在於具備最佳的程

序控制。

“Dynamic Efficiency＂包含了應用

於重切削的TNC數控系統的重要軟體功

能，這種功能的應用無需涉及到工具

機技術設備。簡單的操作和降低刀具

及工具機負載相結合證明了“Dynamic Efficiency＂的高效加工能力。如此一

來就能以較高的材料切除率及較長的

刀具壽命實現特別經濟的重切削。

“Dynamic Efficiency＂功能還能減輕工

具機操作者的工作，將高效的調節器功

能和創新的加工戰略相結合，大大提高

了切削效率，縮短了加工時間，使加工

過程在高效率的狀態下進行。

ACC——主動預防產生顫動

在粗加工時，特別是在加工難切削

材料時，會產生較高的切削力。因此可

能會出現有害的顫振，在工件表面上留

下瑕疵。同時也會給刀具造成較大的不

均勻磨損，最嚴重的情況可能導致刀具

斷裂。

對此，ACC功能作出了很好的應

對。ACC（Active Chatter Control，即主

動控制顫振）具備高效主動降低顫動的

調節器功能，由此可以顯著提高切削

能力。這就允許採用較大的吃刀量，從

而提高材料切除率。在大量不同工具機

上和採用不同銑刀所進行的銑削試驗表

明，即使出現了限制切削過程的顫動因

素，通過ACC軟體功能仍可以顯著地提

高材料的切除率（可達25%以上）。如

此一來，對刀具的耐用度和對工具機部

件的壽命（主軸、導軌、滾珠絲杠和軸

承等）產生了有利影響。

而作用在刀具和工具機上負載卻是下降

的。旋風銑削策略有利於切屑排除，從

而保障刀具和工具機不會負載。此外，

通過圓周切入工件減小了作用在刀具上

的切削力，這就保護了工具機的功能部

件，並避免產生振動。

通過多個軟體功能的聯合使用提高效率

無論是軟體的單獨使用還是聯合

使用，都特別重視工具機的動態特性

和精度問題，這與軟體功能使用策略

的最終目的不謀而合。 (譯注：包含

ACC、AFC和旋風銑削三種軟體在內的

“Dynamic Efficiency＂，聯合使用可提

高材料切除率，顯著縮短加工時間；如

果單獨使用AFC, 可對刀具進行監控；

聯合使用ACC和旋風銑削兩個軟體，則

可提高刀具的使用壽命。），這樣，例

如出現旋風銑削與AFC自我調整進給控

制的聯合使用也是很正常。因為在旋風

銑削時，刀具是沿圓周軌跡運動，這個

軌跡一部分刀具不切入工件。在這樣的

情況下，AFC就能使刀具保持最佳進給

速度。在加工過程中，通過聯合多個控

制功能，可節約大量工時，同時，材料

切除率也可增加20~25%，由此獲得可

觀的經濟效益。

容易，工具機工作人員只需在加工前，

確定主軸功率的最大和最小極限值，

TNC數控系統便會在切削過程中，對主

軸的最大功率進行記錄。而AFC則會將

主軸功率與進給速度進行比較，確保主

軸功率始終保持最大值。

除此之外，AFC控制功能還具有保

持最佳進給速度和自動換刀的功能。首

先AFC通過減少加工區的材料切除量而

自動提高進給速度，從而縮短加工時

間。當切削深度或材料硬度發生變化

時，在主軸功率和其他工藝參數作用

下，AFC始終保持最佳進給速度。

同時，加工過程中隨著刀具的不

斷磨損，主軸功率也隨之提高，當其

達到最大值時，AFC則會啟動自動換

刀，從而保護工具機的功能部件，避

免主軸超載。

旋風銑削—利用刀具的潛力

“旋風銑削＂加工戰略可顯著加速

任意輪廓槽的粗加工。加工迴圈的簡單

程式設計使刀具的圓周運動與一個直線

進給運動相疊加。當然這需建立在配備

一把能在整個刀刃長度上切削材料的立

銑刀。通過材料的“剝離＂從而可以採

用較大的切削深度和較高的切削速度進

行加工。由此顯著提高了銑刀每個刀齒

的材料切削量。

儘管加工效率得到了顯著提高，然

海德漢公司TNC數控系統的“Dynamic Efficiency(動態效率)”

功能，是專為提高重切削加工的材料切除率和過程可靠性而設計的。同

時，這個數控功能減少了機床和刀具上機械負載。

採用車銑複合加工提高生產率車

銑複合加工是採用銑刀加工旋轉

工件的加工過程。此加工方式綜

合了銑削及車削技術，有眾多優

點。隨著近些年多工機床的推廣，車銑複

合加工才更加展示出其優勢。

多年來，即使數控機床已經被廣泛

接受和使用，金屬切削機床的發展依然

過於傳統，特定機床都按照車削、銑削

和鑽削等各自的功能進行發展。如果夾

持銑刀或鑽頭這類旋轉刀具的加工中心

能整合用於數控車削加工，那麼通過減

少工件的裝夾次數以及從這台機床移至

另一台機床的次數，可縮短停機時間，

提高加工效率；這種增效訴求，引發了

在傳統數控車床上加裝旋轉動力頭的變

革，也由此實現了車銑複合加工。當今

的現代化多工機床帶有可使得刀具旋轉

與移動的B軸，先進的控制系統及前沿

的CAM軟體，令工件通過一次裝夾即可

完成主要的加工任務。

車銑複合加工有兩種主要的加工形

式：工件與刀具軸線平行時的外形輪

廓加工；工件與刀具軸線垂直時的面

加工。外形輪廓車銑複合加工類似於採

用螺旋插補銑的方式加工旋轉工件的內

外輪廓；而面加工式車銑複合加工僅能

加工外表面。儘管車銑複合加工看起來

與車削加工非常相似，簡直就像採用旋

轉的銑刀進行車削加工那麼簡單，但是

這兩種加工方式卻有著本質的不同。車

銑複合加工的切削速度由銑刀的轉速決

定；不同于車削加工的切削速度由工件

的轉速定義。車銑複合加工中工件的轉

速僅與進給相關。

車銑複合加工的優勢及其應用領域如下：

• 首先，加工非連續表面可導致斷

續切削，如加工各種槽及清根等情況

時。在經典車削加工中，此操作可產生

不利於加工的衝擊載荷，導致加工表面

品質差及刀具的提前磨損。在車銑複合

加工中，所採用的刀具為銑刀，銑削本

身就是在負載週期性地變化中進行斷續

切削。

• 被加工材料為長切屑材料時。在

車削加工中，切屑成形是難以對付的事

情；為車刀尋找到合適的斷屑槽也並非

那麼容易完成的任務。應用于車銑複合

加工的銑刀產生的是短切屑，這顯著提

高了對切屑的控制。

• 以加工帶偏心軸頸的曲軸及主軸

為例：在車削加工中，諸如曲軸頸，偏

心凸輪等工件的偏心品質可導致不平衡

力的產生，對加工產生不利的影響；而

車銑複合加工因工件的低轉速而避免了

這樣的負面影響。

• 同樣地，看看重型工件的加工：

在車削加工中，切削速度由工件的轉速

決定，受機床主軸驅動的限制。當主軸

驅動不能帶動重型工件旋轉至所需轉

速，切削速度則遠小於理論值範圍；並

拉低了車削加工的整體表現。而車銑複

合加工則有效避免了上述加工難點。

加工方法進行生產製造，需要明確刀具與

工件的相對位置，正確地選取刀片形狀及

在內燃機中，曲軸的作用

是將活塞的往復運動轉化為旋轉運

動。這就意味著劇烈的加速和減速，並

伴隨高彎曲變形、高扭矩和振動衝擊，

導致非常高且多變的應力。

如此極端化的應力需要精心的設計和

計算，並選擇合適的材料以及批量加工工

藝。這些應力集中于支承軸頸和平衡塊幅

板之間的圓角半徑處以及油孔上，因此需

要特別關注這些位置的加工。

當今市場要求汽車製造商供應更小

的發動機，同時又需要滿足更高的功率

和速度要求，這進一步增加了曲軸的負

荷和應力。於是，製造商不斷地為這些

提升曲軸加工技術水準

生影響；刀片形狀對被加工表面品質產生

影響。通常會採用帶修光刀片的銑刀獲得

最終的工件形狀。實施車銑複合加工需充

分考慮刀具的選擇及切削參數的確定，並

需要經過試切驗證。

在生產製造中引入車銑複合加工可

解決加工難題，並大幅提高產量。在擁

有適合的現代化機床及經過正確選擇的

切削刀具時，採用相對新的、代表未來

加工發展方向的加工方式提高生產率已

成為可能。

接從圓鋼上加工而成。

由於上述條件限制，曲軸加工成為

了目前要求最嚴格的大批量金屬切削加

工工藝。曲軸生產線也成為了整個汽車

製造過程中最大的硬質合金消耗者。

加工曲軸兩端和軸頸的一種簡單的

方式是，在傳統的車床或車削中心上進

行車削。這顯然需要從刀柄到加工軸頸

表面之間有充足的空間。該方法的好處

包括可以使用標準工具機、刀具和刀

片，以達到高靈活性和低成本。

一台專用工具機具備車削和車拉能

力，就可以在曲軸回轉中心上對軸頸進

行加工。用於粗加工和精加工的刀片可

以同時安裝在同一個刀盤上，一次完整

的切削行程就能加工出一個特別形狀。

其他好處包括重複定位精度、良好的加

工表面品質、較小的公差、延長刀具壽

命、減少換刀次數帶來的工具機高利用

率以及縮短加工時間等。車拉加工的缺

點是專用工具機和刀具的成本較高，以

及需要使用大量刀片。一個更專業的車

削方法是運用多齒車刀片，以實現有利

於鐵屑控制的降成本努力，以及不採用

拉削動作。

無論採用什麼方法，曲軸加工的整體

目標都包括鐵屑控制、延長刀具壽命、縮

短加工節拍和提高產品品質在內。

曲軸通常由幾台專用工具機組成的

生產線大批量生產。但是，單件加工的

方式也可用在一些特殊的交鑰匙項目

中，例如賽車發動機曲軸和船用柴油機

曲軸。

外部和內部銑削則代表了另一種方

法，特別是連杆頸加工。如果平衡塊有

大餘量需要去除，那麼裝配帶刀片的刀

塊的銑刀盤是極具吸引力的選擇。

在曲軸油孔中，通常孔深是直徑的

20 倍，因此這是非常困難的加工任務。

使用最多的工具包括槍鑽以及採用油霧

潤滑的硬質合金麻花鑽。高品質精加工

也必不可少，因為鑽孔周圍有可能形成

應力集中。

千島精密高性價比夾頭，2015進軍銑床市場

台灣的工具機產業聞名於世，在全

球廣銷，並在各高端應用領域佔重要地

位，台灣製造商對於產品性價比的高調

控能力領先全球，儘管缺乏內需市場支

持，然而艱困的環境反而讓台灣工具機

產業在創業開始就直接面對全球市場，

由此累積出的產業競爭力讓歐、日高端

工具機供應商在許多市場層面因其生產

成本而無法與台灣競爭，同時也讓新興

市場的中低端工具機供應商對於台灣所

產出的高度穩定水準望塵莫及。高性價

中心機等銑削加工設備較少把卡盤當作

標配之外，以上所提及的車床、深孔加

工、與研磨加工等類機型多在設備中至

少需要配置一個卡盤。因此一般來說台

灣所有的夾頭油壓供應商年產量加總

達8,000套，傳統手動夾頭則也有5,000個，其中千島佔了夾頭油壓總體的四分

之一，在手動夾頭佔二分之一強。能有

這麼高的市佔率，陳副總表示如此並非

來自運氣，乃是透過對關鍵零組件與油

壓缸的全檢測驗，紮紮實實地將基本功

打穩，才能夠有今日榮景。

陳副總表示"千島精密與大台中供

應鏈合作的同時，也強調自身的自製

率，我們的產品有七成是在自己的本廠

內完成。"在台灣千島的工廠內總共170位員工，約100位現場作業人員負責加

工，對各式卡盤與油壓缸的製作細節從

鑄件開始到銑削研磨一一把關，精益求

精。透過油壓缸與夾頭的完美配套，千

島成就高精度的夾頭油壓缸。

來自國際大廠的獨特偏好關於全球市場方面，千島的對日銷

量驚人。在合作上有直接銷售及OEM代

工，有一些則是直接賣給日本的主機廠

做為設備配件，如知名的日本三豐與東

瑞士Tornos 的CT 20工具機

Tornos展出了一款創新的縱切自動

工具機— CT20。CT20是一款加工直徑

20mm的車床；對於中端車床來說，它

的靈活性極佳。這款車床由瑞士和中國

工程師在西安聯合設計開發，具有優秀

的加工性能，同時價格具競爭力。CT20是款帶有移動式主軸箱的自動車床，有

4軸和5軸兩款產品。它可按照需求裝配

兩個C軸來提高其加工能力。CT20的5軸車床可以安裝多達26把刀具（可選配

多達10把動力刀），此一規格乃是市場

上同類產品中配置最佳的車床之一。與
