美國女攝影師安娜.克里斯丁.拉森（Anna Christine Larson）有兩個膚色不同的女兒，一個是她的

親生女兒海文(Haven)，皮膚白皙，只有三歲。另一個是賽門奈茜(Semenesh)，皮膚黝黑，今年

五歲，是安娜五年前從衣索比亞領養的黑人小孩。雖然兩個孩子膚色不同，出生地不同，但因為

“愛”，她們每天形影不離，情同親姐妹。兩年前，她們的母親開始為她們拍照，記錄下她們一

起睡覺、洗澡、玩耍的歡樂時光，畫面十分溫馨。

I’m Anna Larson, Owner of Anna Christine Photography in Olympia, WA. I unknowingly began this

photo series of my daughters two years ago by photographing them at play. Semenesh was adopted

from Ethiopia five years ago, while Haven is my biological daughter.

Their close connection was evident through the images and I saw a similarity that had bloomed from

friendship. They are their own individuals with very different personalities, yet I see so many

similarities because of their closeness. Two souls birthed on opposites sides of the world were

brought together through adoption and they’re now inseparable.
