    hu hn (FEM) nhm phn tch cc qu trnh to hnh v s l nhit khi to hnh kim loi v cc

    cng ngh lin quan. Bng vic m phng qu trnh sn xut trn my tnh, y l cng c tin

    tin cho php nh thit k v k s:

    Kim nghim cc iu kin trn my tnh m khng cn c nh xng (workshop),

    D dng, nhanh chng vi cc gi lp Nu-th.

    Ci thin vic thit k dng c v khun mu nhm h gi thnh sn phm, tit kim vt liu.

    Rt ngn thi gian tung sn phm mi ra trng.

    Cc sn phm ca h thng DEFORM

    1. DEFORM -2D (2D)

    S dng trn nn UNIX/LINUX (HP, DEC, LINUX) v chy rt tt vi my tnh c nhn

    trn nn cc window XP/Vista. C kh nng gii cho m hnh bin dng phng hoc cc chi tit

    i xng vi mt m hnh 2 chiu.

    2. DEFORM-3D (3D)

    S dng trn nn UNIX/LINUX (HP, DEC, LINUX) v cng chy rt tt vi my tnh c

    nhn trn nn cc window XP/Vista. DEFORM-3D c kh nng gii c cc bi ton phc tp

    vi m hnh 3 chiu v cc c tnh dng chy. N rt l tng gii ci bi ton phc tp khi

    bi ton khng h n gin vi m hnh 2 chiu.

    3. DEFORM -F2 (2D)

    Chy trn nn cc my tnh c nhn ci t Windows XP/Vista. C kh nng gii cc bi

    ton vi m hnh 2 chiu i xng hoc bin dng phng. Rt thun li gii vi cc cng

    on t nh n trung bnh trong m hnh phn t hu hn.

    4. DEFORM F3 (3D)

    Chy trn nn cc my tnh c nhn ci t Windows XP/Vista. Gii rt tt trong m hnh 3

    chiu v cc bi ton to hnh tri thi thng, m v nng.

    5. DEFORM HT

    L chng trnh ph tr cho DEFORM-2D v DEFORM-3D. Nh vic b xung cho cc m

    hnh bin dng, DEFORM-HT c th m hnh ho cc nh hng ca x l nhit gm c

    cng, c ht ca t chc kim loi, bin dng, ng sut d, v hm lng cc bon.

    V bin dng.

    M hnh gm bin dng v truyn nhit cho m phng cc qu trnh to hnh trong iu

    kin ngui, m, hoc nng.

    v ph hu do.

    Cc m hnh vt liu cng tuyt i, do v do nht, c coi l cc m hnh vt liu l

    tng cho bin dng ln.

    M hnh vt liu n-do cho cc bi ton ng sut d v n hi.(2D, 3D).

  • 1. M hnh hnh hc:

    T yu cu kch thc ca sn phm-> a ra cc khun mu, dng c gia cng, phi thch

    hp cho qu trnh to hnh. Cc m hnh hnh hc (gi l m hnh v n l o, khng c thc) c

    th xy dng trn cc phn mm khc nh solidwork, Catia.. v lu di ui *STL sau nhp

    vo DeForm thit lp m hnh bi ton.

    2. M hnh vt liu.

    M hnh vt liu(Material Model-MM) cho cc i tng c nhp vo DEFORM. i vi

    nhng loi vt liu ph bin, th MM c sn trong th vin ca phn mm v ch vic chn v

    a vo s dng. i vi mi loi vt liu mi, MM phi t xy dng v a vo nh l mt

    iu kin bt buc. Th vin vt liu ca phn mm c trnh by nh hnh bn di

    3. Chia li cho cc i tng trong DEFORM (Meshing)

    Sau khi nhp cc i tng vo trong DEFORM cn chia li hu hn cho cc i tng y.

    Tc l chia i tng ln thnh cc phn t nh (element) vi s lng hu hn. S phn t ca

    mt i tng nh hng rt nhiu n chnh xc ca bi ton v thi gian gii. Do ty

    vo tng bi ton, v tr ca tng vng trn i tng... m ly s phn t cho ph hp (ci ny

    ty thuc vo kinh nghim v trc quan ca ngi dng).

    Phn t y c nhiu dng nhng thng thng ph bin loi phn t khi su mt

    (hexahedral) v khi bn mt (Tetrahedral).

    4. iu kin bin

    y l cc iu kin gia cng to hnh vt liu, x l nhit cho vt liu... nh ma st, iu

    kin cng ngh (lc, tc bin dng, t dng c...), iu kin nhit... t vo bi ton sao

    cho gn vi thc t nht.

    Cc bi ton khc nhau s c iu kin bin khc nhau.

    y cng l bc rt quan trng trong bi ton m phng v ngi lm phi hiu bit, nm r

    c cng ngh mi t c iu kin bin chnh xc.

    5. Gii bi ton

  • Sau khi thc hin xong cc phn tin x l (pre-processor) 1-2-3-4, cn phi xut ra mt file

    lm u vo cho phn mm t gii.

    Thi gian gii bi ton c th ch my pht, c th my gi, c th c tun hoc lu hn ph

    thuc vo s lng phn t, quy m bi ton, phn cng ca my tnh.

    ( gim thiu thi gian gii v ti nguyn ca my tnh cho vic gii bi ton ngi ta

    xy dng cc phn mm ti u vic chia li, theo nhng vng c coi l quan trng s

    chia li dy hn nhng vng km quan trng).

    6. Kim tra kt qu

    Sau khi gii xong bi ton, phn hu x l (Post-Processor) l kim tra kt qu. Nu tt c cc

    bc 1-2-4 chnh xc m kt qu xa vi thc t th do vn chia li qu th, do cn chia

    li li v gii li.

    Tip tc nhn vo work piece, nhn vo Geometry ti hnh dng ca phi, nhn vo

    import geometry chn vo th mc deform/v 6_1/Labs chn hnh dng theo tn ca chng

    di dng ui STL, v d ta nhn chn Tool_wear_lab1_workpiece cho Workpiece. Tng t

    cho Top Die v Bottom die.

    c. Chia li.

    Nhn vo Mesh v chn Workpiece, chn nh hnh bn di:

  • Nhn generate Mesh kim tra (xc nhn).Tng t vi Topdie.

    d. Xc nh vt liu.

    Chn General, chn vo phi v chn vo biu tng khi hp nh pha di (bn cnh

    Temperature) v ti vt liu cho phi l AISI 1035(1650-2200F) (sau khi nhp vo steel)

    e. Xc nh nhit ban u

    Nhn Assign temperature t ch nhit chn nhit cho phi l 1700F, chy l 68F.

    f. Xc nh i xng hnh hc

    La chn cc mt i xng v nhn vo biu tng Add

    Nhn biu tng nh mu xanh pha trn cng tng hp u vo, nhn check

    V Generate. Nhn OK. Nhn biu tng mu nu pha trn exit khi pre processor.
