Kronos Development is a bou=que development and investment management company with a vast experience in Turkey, Kazakhstan and Dubai. Our Investment Approach
Fee based Development Management Target investment returns take account of the risk profile of each investment and are focused on achieving 18%-‐25% IRR (or beVer) for bulk investors (post-‐tax). We work with selected corporate partners (including developers) chosen for each market sector to acquire and manage a wide range of investments. Project Sales We op=mize the returns of developers by managing the income side of property development projects with our own team. Residen=al developments with communal retail is our specialty. Eng. Samim HaJpoğlu, M.S. Managing Director & Founder Key Role: Investor Rela=ons, Agreements,Development Process Execu=on of Project Sales & Marke=ng He was born in 1966 at Istanbul. Axer gradua=ng from Istanbul German High School & Bosporus University Mechanical Engineering, he did his masters in Portland State University Engineering Management Program. He started his professional career in 1992 at Alarko Holding's Treasury & corporate finance department. Then at the same group he has joined property development group as marke=ng & sales manager. He had worked at Alarko =ll 1999. He has par=cipated in the IPO & road show of Turkey's first REIT (ALARKO Real Estate Investment Trust). Then he has worked in World Trade Center Istanbul project at EGS REIT and SUZER Real Estate company in The Residences at the Ritz Carlton project. In 2002 he went to Sydney, Australia to con=nue his career in the interna=onal property development arena and worked in several projects (Bramson Beach Resort & Rex Apartments). In 2005 he joined Yapı Merkezi as General Coordinator to lead the highest residen=al tower in Istanbul, Şişli Plaza and Arkeon Residen=al Complex. In 2006 he was the founding partner of FTG Development. FTG has developed world famous Khan Shatyr Shopping and Entertainment Complex in Kazakhstan, Residences at the Khan Shatyr, managed expansion of Rixos Suits and Residences in Istanbul, acquired francize of Debenhams from UK and MUDO of Turkey, formed Property Management joint venture with Bilfinger Berger, enabled a partnership with GL Events of France and many other projects.
