TIME MANAGEMENT PER PROFESSIONISTI IT
Alessio Bragadini – @abragad Incontro DevOps Italia 2014

“TIME MANAGEMENT”
![Page 4: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
SIAMO DEV O OPS?
![Page 5: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
PIANIFICAZIONE DEV
![Page 6: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
![Page 7: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
“PIANIFICAZIONE” OPS
• Parte di risoluzione di problemi immediati
• Parte di lavoro pianificato ma con scadenze
• Parte di lavoro di analisi, ricerca, miglioria
• Spesso comandato dalle pure interruzioni
![Page 8: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
![Page 9: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
LIMONCELLI “THE CYCLE SYSTEM”
• A inizio giornata il piano per “Today”
• Liste di “to do” con semplice priorità e durata task
![Page 10: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
PRIORITÀ SECONDO LIMONCELLI
• A: da fare subito/entro oggi
• B: scadenza “vera” vicina
![Page 11: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/11.jpg)
![Page 12: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/12.jpg)
• Come gestire progetti grossi e lunghi?
![Page 13: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/13.jpg)
“GETTING THINGS DONE”Il metodo GTD è una pratica codificata per mettere ordine tra i
progetti lavorativi e di vita
![Page 14: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/14.jpg)
COS’È GTDTenere traccia di tutto! In liste appropriate e organizzate, in
![Page 15: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/15.jpg)
GTD IN CINQUE PASSI
1. Raccogliere tutte le informazioni sparse (“Inbox Zero”)
2. Chiedersi cosa fare di ciascun “pezzo” di informazione
3. Organizzare ogni cosa nella sua lista
4. Fare una revisione periodica delle liste
5. FARE! Ma con un senso di controllo
![Page 16: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/16.jpg)
CONTESTI E LISTE SEPARATE
![Page 17: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/17.jpg)
![Page 18: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/18.jpg)
![Page 19: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/19.jpg)
EMAIL MA NON SOLO“Inbox” indica tutto quello che arriva come contenuti: email,
posta cartacea, SMS, feed di notizie, telefonate…
![Page 20: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/20.jpg)
“TOCCARE UNA VOLTA SOLA”La chiave di Inbox Zero: ogni pezzo di informazione va gestito
![Page 21: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/21.jpg)
RAPIDITÀ ED EFFICIENZALa quantità di comunicazioni importanti è molto minore di quel
che crediate!
![Page 22: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/22.jpg)
IL “POMODORO”
![Page 23: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/23.jpg)
POMODORO E ALTRE METODOLOGIE
• Concentrarsi su task → ogni metodologia!
• Non farsi interrompere → Inbox Zero
• Lista di task con durata → Cycle
![Page 24: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/24.jpg)
AGILE & LEAN
![Page 25: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/25.jpg)
![Page 26: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/26.jpg)
![Page 27: Time Management per professionisti IT](https://reader034.vdocuments.pub/reader034/viewer/2022052523/55642d2ad8b42a6e298b57ea/html5/thumbnails/27.jpg)
