1972 Founded as engineering office for power transmission and distributor for German-made gear- boxes, geared units, geared motors and drive systems in Vienna in a rented building.

1985/86 Start of the project “Piesting”, planning of a flexible gear plant with ultra-modern high-tech production elements. Production methods like case hardened teeth, finished by skive hobbing and honing of tooth flankes, as well as different new developed grinding systems. The plant was intended for working in three shifts. The production should manufacture gears, housings and modular motor parts.

production of certain parts in low cost countries
