    1. Introduction

    1.1 JU2000

    To determine the finishing weight and center of gravity of drill floor, Weighing of the drill floor

    should be conducted.

    1.2

    The weighing method is to lift the drill with eight sets of hydraulic jacks which fixed with load

    sensor on and determine the weight of drill floor by the reading of load sensor by strain gauges.

    1.3

    Any weights those are included in wet weight of drill floor should be added.

    2. Items Required to Perform Weighing Process

    250t H2A-G2-3MN-5B8

    Eight sets of hydraulic jacks250t, eight H2A-G2-3MN-5B load sensor by strain gauges.

    Spare hydraulic jacks and load sensors must be on hand in case of any break down. All of these

    must be inspected to ensure correct safe operation. load sensors must be certified by approved

    vendor. Steel stools must be prepared to deal with the contingency state.

    5. Preparation For Weighing the Drill Floor

    5.1

    1

    The drill floor should be at the finishing status, any facilities that are not installed should be

    registered in Form 1, and the drill floor should be clean of superabundance to the best of ours

    abilities. The status must to be affirm before weighting test one day with ownerclassproject

    Any liquid weight should be registered in Form 1 and be conducted.

    Unload the three pipe of the Catwalk Machine and reload them after weighing of the drill floor.

    6. weighing procedure:

    6.1

    Training all handlers before test.

    6.2 100.

    Setting all hydraulic jacks and load sensors according to demand and ensuring stopcock

    protrude within 100mm.

    6.3

    All hydraulic jack should run step by step when drill floor rising on same time for avoiding any

    disbennifit.

    6.3.1

    Checking the drill floor rise actually and assuring the readings of all sensors can be recorded.

    6.3.2 2

    The drill floor should rise at 3 steps and recording all data at schedule 2 respectively. All hydraulic

    jacks offload, and all load sensors off load secondly before drill floor down.

    The drill floor weighing test report should be prepared for inspection.
