มวลมิตรโรแทเรียนที่รัก

เดือนสิงหาคมเปนเดือนแหงสมาชิกภาพและการขยายสโมสร

โรตารี ซึ่งเปนงานที่สําคัญยิ่งสําหรับองคกรโรตารีของเรา และเปนงานที่

ทาทายยิ่งสําหรับภาค 3330 ของเราเชนกัน ดวยเปาหมาย 3 ปของภาค

เราที่จะมีสมาชิกในภาค 3330 คนภายในป 2555-56

สําหรับเปาหมายภาคในปบริหารนี้ 2554-55 เพิ่มสมาชิกสุทธิทั้ง

ภาคที่ 555 คน โดยแตละสโมสรจะตองรักษาสมาชิกเดิมในสโมสรไวใหได

อยางนอย 95% และหาสมาชิกใหมเขามาในสโมสรอยางนอย 20% พรอม

ทั้งมีการกอตั้งสโมสรใหม 5 สโมสร ขอความรวมมือรวมใจจากมวลมิตร

โรแทเรียนทุกทาน ชวยกันทําใหเปาหมายของภาคเราเปนจริง โดยการ

แนะนําบุคคลที่มีความพรอม มีคุณสมบัติดี เขามารวมอุดมการณของ

โรตารี เพื่อเสริมสรางใหสโมสรมีความเขมแข็งยิ่งขึ้นในการรรวมบําเพ็ญ

ประโยชนเพื่อผูดอย โอกาสในชุมชนของเรา

ขอขอบคุณทุกสโมสรที่หาสมาชิกใหมเขามาในสโมสรไดแลวเปน

จํานวนมาก ขอบคุณผูแนะนําสมาชิกใหมเขามาในสโมสร ซึ่งภาคยินดี

มอบเข็มกลัดเพื่อเปนการยกยองผูแนะนํา ดังนี้ เข็มกลัดเงิน เมื่อแนะนํา

1-2 คน เข็มกลัดทอง เมื่อแนะนํา 3-4 คน และเข็มกลัดเพชร เมื่อแนะนํา

5 คนขึ้นไป พิเศษสําหรับเดือนสิงหาคมซึ่งเปนเดือนแหงสมาชิกภาพ หาก

สโมสรใดสามารถเพิ่มสมาชิกไดอยางตํ่า 5 คน ภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม

มีรางวัลพิเศษจากภาค 1 ชิ้น และจาก อน.วิธีวัสส เลิศสิริสรณ (สโมสร

โรตารีสนามจันทน) อีก 1 ชิ้น ตองขอขอบคุณ อน.วิธีวัสส เลิศสิริสรณ

เปนอยางสูงที่มีนํ้าใจ หวงใยภาคในการสนับสนนุเรื่องการเพิ่มสมาชิกภาพ

ภาค

เมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม นี้ ภาค 3330 ของเราไดจัดอบรมสัมมนา

สมาชิกภาพภาค มูลนธิิโรตารีภาค และ ผูฝกอบรมสโมสรภาค มีสมาชิก

เขารวมอบรมกวา 400 คน ตองขอขอบคุณประธานจัดงาน อน.ทรรศนีย

จิตตวิสุทธิกุล และสโมสรเจาภาพจัดงาน สโมสรโรตารีพระปฐมเจดีย ที่ได

ชวยกันอยางแข็งขัน ทั้งกอนจัดงาน และในวันงาน ทําใหการจัดอบรมครั้ง

นี้ประสบความสําเร็จอยางดียิ่งตามวัตถุประสงคทุกประการ

หลังจากการอบรมครั้งนี้ ดิฉนัก็ไดเริ่มเยี่ยมสโมสรอยางเปน

ทางการ เริ่มดวยสโมสรในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 5 สโมสร ใน พื้นที่ 27

และ 28 คือ สุพรรณบุรี เพชรสุพรรณ อูทอง สองพี่นอง ปาเลไลย ตอง

ขอขอบคุณ ผชภ.ณฐัพล ศิวะพรชัย พื้นที่ 27 และ ผชภ.เซียมเดช สิงหา

อาจ พื้นที่ 28 พรอมทั้งนายกสโมสรและมวลสมาชิกทั้ง 5 สโมสรที่ใหการ

ตอนรับอยางอบอุนและใหความรวมมิอเปนอยางดี ทําใหการเยี่ยมครั้ง

นี้ เปนไปอยางราบรื่นและประทับใจยิ่ง ดิฉนัจะเยี่ยมสโมสรในพื้นที่ตอน

บนใชเวลา 2 เดือน (สิงหาคม และ กันยายน) และตอนใตอีก 2 เดือน

(กันยายน และ ตุลาคม) สโมสรโรตารีภูเก็ตเซาทเปนสโมสรสุดทาย

ขอทุกทาน มีนํ้าใจ หวงใยสโมสร หวงใยภาค หวงใยโรตารีสากล

ดวยการ “มีนํ้าใจ หวงใยเพื่อนมนุษย”

My Fellow Rotarians

This month of August is Rotary Membership and Ex-tension month which is one of the most important things in our organization and also the challenging job for our District 3330 with a 3-year goal of 3,330 members in the Rotary year 2012-13. Our annual district membership goal for the year 2011-12 is 555 members net gain: Every club must retain current club members to at least 95% and recruit new members to at least 20% with fi ve new clubs to be organized. So I need full cooperation from every Rotarian to fulfi ll our goals by introducing persons in good standing and good qualifi cation to share Rotary’s ideals and make club strengthened by joining service projects for the less-opportunities in our communities. Thanks to each club which has already got many new members. Thanks to all introducers who help recruit new members into their clubs. I shall gladly give my recommenda-tion pins to honor these introducers: Silver pin to an introduc-er who got 1-2 new members, Gold pin to every 3-4 members introducer and Diamond pin to every 5 or more new members introducer, and especially in this month of August, Member-ship Month, any club that has recruit at least 5 new members by 31 August 2011 will get a special award from the district with an additional prize from PP Withiwat Lertsirisorn (RC Sanamchan). Thank you PP Withiwat, for your kind attention to support our district’s membership program. On August 6, 2011 our district had organized Member-ship and Rotary Foundation seminar with Club Trainers’ Train-ing which had 400 attendants from nearly all clubs. I must thank PP Tassanee Jittiwisuttikul, Chair Organizing committee and Host Organizer, RC Pra Pathom Chedi who help organized this successful seminar before and during the event. Also thanks to all visitors from other districts and all participants who made this seminar successfully happened. After the seminar I have started my offi cial clubs visit beginning with 5 clubs in Suphanburi, Area 27 and 28 - Suphanburi, Petch-Suphan, U-Thong, Song-Peenong and Pa-Laelai. I must appreciate AG Nattapol Siwapornchai Area 27 and AG Siemdej Singha-art Area 28 with all club Presidents and club members from 5 clubs who made my visits impres-sive and successful with warm welcome and full cooperation. I shall have 2 months (August and September) to visit all upper-part clubs and another 2 months (October and November) for lower-part clubs visit with RC Phuket South as my fi nal club visit. May each of you reach within to embrace your club, your district and our Rotary organization by “Reach Within To Embrace Humanity”

Orachorn Saisrithong District 3330 Governor - 2011-2012

เมื่อวันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2554 ที่ผานมา ประเทศญี่ปุน ไดประสบ

ภัยพิบัติจากสึนามิ และแผนดินไหว ที่คราชีวิตประชาชนนับหมื่นยัง

ไมนับรวมผูสูญหาย อาคารบานเรือนไดรับความเสียหายอยางยอยยับ

ภาค 3350 ซึ่งมีสัมพันธภาพอยางดีกับภาคโรตารีในญี่ปุน จึงไดมี

ระดมทุนจากโรตารีและชุมชนตาง ๆ เพื่อชวยเหลือในภัยพิบัติที่เกิด

ขึ้น โดยการทําโครงการทุนสนับสนนุสมทบ และมีแนวคิดที่จะจัด

คอนเสิรต “โรตารีไทย รวมใจ สูภัยพิบัติโลก” ในวันที่ 24 เมษายน

2554 เพื่อหาทุนในการชวยเหลืออีกครั้งหนึง่ นอกเหนือจากการขอ

บริจาคไปในที่ตางๆ แตในโอกาสเดียวกัน ในปลายเดือนมีนาคม

ภาคใตของประเทศไทย ซึ่งอยูในภาค 3330 ไดเกิดอุทกภัยครั้งราย

แรงเปนบริเวณกวาง ครอบคลุมจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช สุราษฎรธานี

กระบี่ ตรัง และพัทลุง อุทกภัยครั้งนี้ นํามาซึ่งความเสียหายอยาง

มากกับพี่นองในจังหวัดภาคใต จากการที่ภาค 3350 จะจัดคอนเสิรต

เพื่อชวยภัยพิบัติที่ญี่ปุน จึงไดมีมติของคณะกรรมการจัดงานออกมา

ใหนําเงินรายไดไมหักคาใชจายในการจัดคอนเสิรตครั้งนี้มาชวยเหลือ

พี่นองที่ไดรับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัยดังกลาว รวมถึงเงินบริจาคเขา

บัญชีโดยตรงสวนหนึง่

ภาค 3350 โดยการนําของ อผภ. สุชาดา อิทธิจารุกุล ผูทํา

หนาที่ผูวาการภาค 3350 ในขณะนัน้ พรอม อผภ. ดร. ไกร ตั้งสงา

ไดแสดงเจตจํานงที่จะบริจาคเงินรายไดจากการจัดคอนเสิรต “โรตารี

ไทยรวมใจ สูภัยพิบัติโลก” และเงินที่ไดรับบริจาคโดยตรง ใหกับภาค

3330 ผานทางมูลนธิิโรตารีภาค เพื่อนําไปทําโครงการทุนสนับสนนุ

ระดับโลก ผานการทําโครงการฟนฟูโรงเรียนในจังหวัดที่ไดรับผลกระ

ทบจากอุทกภัยดังกลาว

การสงมอบเงินไดทําอยางเปนทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม

มีนํ้าใจ หวงใยเพื่อนมนุษย Reach Within To Embrace Humanity

On March 11, 2011, Japan had met with tsunami

and earthquake that killed tens of thousands of people

not including those still missing. The housings were ru-

ined. This is why District 3350 that has good relationship

with Japanese Rotary districts had gathered funds from

Rotary and various communities to help in such disaster

by doing matching grants and came up with the idea

of organizing a concert called “Thai Rotary gathers to

Help Fight World Disaster” on April 24, 2011 to further

fund the help apart from asking around.

But, in the same instance, in late March, the south-

ern part of Thailand which is in District 3330 had met

with disastrous floods that covered vast areas including

Nakhonsithammarat, Suratthani, Krabi, Trang and Phat-

thalung. This flood had brought about much damage to

those who live in the south. According to the commit-

tees of District 3350 organizing the charity concert to

help Japanese victims to bring income without deduct-

ing expenses from this concert to help the victims of

such flood disaster and also donate directly into a bank

account.

District 3350 under the leadership of PDG.Suchada

Itthijarukul who was the district governor at that time

and PDG.Dr.Krai Tangsanga had shown the intention

โลก จํานวน 4 โครงการ ใน 4 จังหวัดดังนี้ จังหวัดกระบี่, จังหวัด

นครศรีธรรมราช จังหวัดสุราษฎรธานี และจังหวัดตรัง จังหวัดละ

1 ลานบาท สวนเงินที่เหลือจะนําไปพิจารณาเพื่อชวยเหลือใน

โครงการทุนสนับสนนุภาคใหกับพื้นที่ที่ไดตองการทําโครงการ

ฟนฟูโรงเรียนตอไปในอนาคตโครงการที่ยิ่งใหญเหลานี้ จะเกิดขึ้น

ไมได ถาปราศใจนํ้าใจที่ยิ่งใหญของชาวโรแทเรียนในประเทศไทย

โดยเฉพาะภาค 3350 ที่เปนผูริเริ่มและดําเนนิการ ผมในฐานะ

ตัวแทนภาค 3330 ที่มีหนาที่ดูแลการใชเงินกอนนี้ จะดําเนนิการ

ทําโครงการที่ไดมุงหวังไวใหเกิดผลสัมฤทธิตอไป

to Help Fight World Disaster” concert and the money

received directly from donation to District 3330 through

the district’s foundation to use in World Grant projects

to refurbish schools in the provinces that were affected

from such flood.

The handing over was formally done on August 6,

2011 at the River Hotel, Nakhonpathom at the District’s

Foundation Assembly with DG.Orachorn Saiseethong

and PDG.Dr.Pornchai Boonsaeng as the recipient. The

money donated were

1. Money from the concert = 4,000,000 Baht

2. Money received through the Rotary District 3350

Kindness Project account = 423,909 Baht

The total amount was 4,423,909 Baht. The District 3330

will use such amount to do 4 World Grant projects in

4 provinces (Krabi, Nakhonsithammarat, Suratthani and

Trang for 1 million Baht each). The rest of the money

will be considered to be used in District Grant to the

area that need to refurbish schools in the future.

These great projects cannot happen without great

kindness of Thai Rotarians especially from the District

3350 that started and organized them. I, as the repre-

sentative of the District 3330 that is responsible in taking

care of using this funds will do the projects to the best

result.

Lots of e-news followers were asking about the origin of this money. How come PDG.Suchada donated so much for our dis-trict. I wanted the members in our district to know the origin of this money so I asked PDG.Wichai Maneewacharakiat who knew best as he is the District Foundation Chairman. He was so kind to write the origin of this beautiful number of money. Thanks to PDG.Suchada Itthijarukul and PDG.Krai Tangsanga from District 3350 RI that were so kind to donate this money to us and thanks to PDG.Wichai Maneewacharakiat who enlightened us about the usage of this fund in the Global Grants that you can read in this issue of e-news. Also, the offi cial visit from the governor to the clubs had begun. Any club that had not done their 3rd club assembly to plan to greet the governor’s offi cial visit please do so. It must be done at least 2 weeks before she comes. Last but not least, if any club wants to promote your activi-ties, please send the pictures and explanations to me at [email protected].

Following the successful Assistant Governor Training of Dis-

trict 3300 in Phuket last year, we are again priviledged to

co-organize the AG training of the Team of DGE Mansoor

Saat here in Hatyai. The date is from the 9th to the 11th

of September, 2011 at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel, Hatyai.

There will be a fellowship on the 9th of September, where-

in we are inviting interested rotarians to please come join

the fun and be a good host to our neighboring friends.

The venue is the famous Suan Choen Sook, offering a

sumptous dinner for the function. We are looking forward

that there will be signing of sister club agreements during

that night.
