2019 年度会员及雇员子女学业优良奖励金准则

本会为鼓励会员子女努力向学，特设学业优良奖励金，凡会员入会一年，其子女在 2018 年度学年成绩符合下

列准则者，均可提出申请。

华小* /

国小组** :

(一) 一，二年级全年成绩总平均 80 分，以 (华，巫，数，道德教育) 四科中，且有三科优 (华文

为主科)。

(二) 三年级全年成绩总平均 75 分，以 (华，巫，数，道德教育) 四科中，且有三科优等。

(三) 四，五年级全年成绩总平均 70 分，以 (华，巫，英，数，科学，道德教育) 六科中，且有四

科优等。

(四) 六年级，则根椐政府考试(UPSR)，须拥有五科 A 及二科 B。

华中* /

国中组**:

(一) 预备班,中一，中二，须全科及格，全年成绩总平均至少 75 分。

(二) 中四，须全科及格，全年成绩总平均至少 70。

(三) 初中评估试考 (PT3) 须考获五科 A 及三科 B (国文，华文至少 B 等)。

(四) 大马教育文凭 (SPM) 须全科及格，并以六科积分不超过 15 分 (国文，华文为主科)。

(五) 大马高级教育文凭 (STPM) 须全科及格，至少考获 2 科 A, 2 科 C (积分至少 12 分)。

同学可以从四项语文科（中文，英文，巫文，淡米尔文）选出两项

独中组 :

(一) 初中一，初中二，须全科及格，全年成绩总平均至少 75 分。

(二) 初中统考，须全科及格，并考获 3 科 A 及 3 科 B 。

(三) 高中一，高中二，须全科及格，全年成绩总平均至少 70 分。

(四) 高中统考，须全科及格，并考获 2A 及 3 科 C。

大学/学院 :

(一) 在国内外大学毕业，并获得当局颁发学位或文凭者，才有资格申请。

(二) 学院大专生，以学院为主，并获得当局颁发文凭或证书，技术学院或语文学院不受考虑。

(三) 每名大学生只获得大学奖励金一次。

备注 :

(一) 所有申请者必须拥有操行至少 B 等 (公共文凭考试例外)。

(二) 所有申请者必须是持有马来西亚国籍的马来西亚公民。

(三) 成绩单及证书须印双面，经校方/有功人士盖印签名或正本文件经本会秘书审核方为有效。

(四) 申请人之学生必须是本会会员或会员员工子女。

(五) 本奖励金小组委员会有最后决定权，任何查询怒不受理。

(六) 申请文件须邮寄/电邮(info@sklsba.org.my)或亲自提交本会，传真文件恕不受理。

(七) 得奖者如不能出席颁奖典礼，须在 3 个月内向本会领取，逾期者奖励金则将回捐公会。

2019 SKLSBA ACADEMIC BOUNTY REQUIREMENT （2018’S RESULT）

Standard 1 & 2 Must at least obtain total average (grade point average) of 80% in Final Exam. Achieved Grade A for 3 out of 4 subjects in B.Cina, B. Melayu, Math & P.Moral

Standard 3 Must at least obtain total average (grade point average) of 75% in Final Exam. Achieved Grade A for 3 out of 4 subjects in B.Cina, B. Melayu, Math & P.Moral

Standard 4 & 5 Must at least obtain total average (grade point average) of 70% in Final Exam. Achieved Grade A for 4 out of 6 subjects in B.Cina, B. Melayu, English, Math, Science & P.Moral

Standard 6 UPSR achieved at least 5As & 2Bs

SMK**

Peralihan, Form 1 & 2 All subjects passed and must at least obtain total average (grade point average) of 75% in Final Exam.

Form 4 All subjects passed and must at least obtain total average (grade point average) of 70% in Final Exam.

PT3 At least 5As and 3Bs with at least Grade B for B.Melayu and B.Cina

SPM All subjects passed with aggregate points of not more than 15 marks for 6 subjects. Compulsory subjects of the 6 are B.Melayu & B.Cina

STPM All subjects passed with aggregate points of at least 12 marks, with at least 2As & 2Cs

* B. Cina is compulsory subject ** Student can pick any 2 out of 4 language subjects (B.Cina / English/ B. Melayu/ B. Tamil)

Chinese Independent School

Junior 1 & 2 All subjects passed and must at least obtain total average (grade point average) of 75% in Final Exam.

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) of Junior 3

All subjects passed with at least 3As & 3Bs

Senior 1 & 2 All subjects passed and must at least obtain total average (grade point average) of 70% in Final Exam.

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) of Senior 3

All subjects passed with at least 2As & 3Cs

College/ University (Overseas/ Local)

Undergraduate

- Graduate Certificate must be certified true copy

- Each applicant for this category is entitled to receive bounty one (1) time only

Not applicable to Industrial Skill Colleges (i.e. hairdressing/ mechanic/sewing course) or Language courses.

Remarks

1. Applicant from any of the above category must possess at least B in discipline.

2. Applicant’s nationality has to be Malaysian.

3.

All Academic Transcript and Certificates must be photocopied in both sides and certified true copies by school / authorities

4.

Applicant must be the member of SKLSBA, or the children of the staff of the member of SKLSBA.

5. Final discretion is reserved to SKLSBA Academic Bounty Committee

All documents must be submitted via post/ email (info@sklsba.org.my) or in person. Fax copies will not be attended

7.

Applicant whom absent from the Ceremony, has to collect his/her reward from SKLSBA office within 3 months, otherwise the reward will be forfeited.
