1. Green Dream agricultural LLC – “Site Engineer” at Zaya Nurai island Landscape Maintenance Project Abu Dhabi July, 2015 till December, 2015 dates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise the GREEN HOUSE.

Landscape maintenance services for the Project.

Prepare and Supervise plant fertilization and pest control programs.

Comply the work process to achieve International Standards.

Assure safety for all operation procedures. 

Maximize the usage of environment friendly materials for fertilization and pest control programs.

Monthly evaluation for the service providers through KPI's & SLA. 

Managing and Supervise the construction for landscape (Sofscape and Hardscape) works of newly delivered units. 

Technical support for other related departments for the landscape.  Raise site inspection requests at various stages of construction and track on the schedules and

site progress; 

Generate weekly and monthly reports, forecasts and budget schedules; 

2. Green Dream Agricultural LLC Abu Dhabi worked as a “Site Engineer” & “QC Controller “at TwoFour54 buildings project 2015 & 16.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluates the performance of direct reports and provides performance evaluation reports to the

Group 

Supervisor and Human Resource Department.

 Ability to supervise the team with professional skills for the better management of pest control team.

Copying information Maintains office schedule by picking up and delivering items using automobile.

3. Green Dream Agricultural LLC Abu Dhabi “Site Engineer” at (Mushrif Central Park) now called Umm Al Emarat Park Maintenance project Abu Dhabi 28th February, 2016 till date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

        Supervise the SHADE HOUSE.

Ensures that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment

Participates in and conducts all job site safety briefings with crew members Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor and client. Daily routine work supervision like grass cutting, hedge trimming, tree pruning,

machinery and irrigation systems maintenance etc. To make sure that all the seasonal plantation , fertilizer application and pest control is on proper

time

  Ability to exercise good skills in execution of projects based on judgment in supervision of staff.

  Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet client

requirements for construction and particularly for maintenance work

COMPUTER LITERACY/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Excellent PC skills in MS Office, MS WORD, POWER POINT & Excel.
