COFOUNDER & CEO AWALNET | 1998- 2002
As the Confounder and first CEO of AwalNet in 1998, he collaborated with the president and vice- president of Al-Faisaliah group in order to build a fully functional and operational work taskforce. Together they established a data centre, Broadband services, network management systems, customer account systems, and by 2002 it became the leading internet service provider in the KSA. It ranked first in e-commerce and earned approximately 50% the total corporate market share in KSA by the end of 2002. After a >100 million SAR acquisition, AwalNet is currently owned by STC Group.

CEO ATC-Salam | 2003 - 2007
As the CEO of ATC-Salam from 2003 he managed to improve the company sales from the million SAR range to a hefty 3.7 billion SAR by the end of 2007. He established and operated 100 showrooms all over the KSA as well as a distribution network composed of more than 18,000 vendors. By the end of 2007, it became one of the top marketing companies for mobile services of the STC. Currently it is a part of the STC group after a merger alongside 9 other companies.

Sara Telecom is part of Bahamdan Group. Eng. Mansour contributed by establishing 2 companies; Sara Good News which is in business with Mobily company and Sara Business Solutions which is in business with ELM company, in addition to his job at AST-Salam.

Contributed to the establishment and management of Tatweer1 company which is specialized in interactive television solutions and management. As a cofounding partner, Eng. Mansour contributed to its growth and development then sold his stake after 3 years of successful operation

Accomplishments: Management of operations of project (3-year project, valued at 90 million SAR), in addition to his contributions in the management of more than 250 employees to operate over 550 sites all over the KSA to set up a data sharing network. He also contributed to the general planning of the project and overseeing the appointment of foreign experts and engineers for consultations from France Telecom. He also helped to transfer the 250 employees from this project to Bukshan Project – Al Jeraisy Company.
FOUNDERFuture Pioneers for Telecom and IT Consultations | 2016
After receiving the official license from the Ministry of Commerce to practice consultations, Eng. Mansour went on to establish Future Pioneers company for telecom and IT consultations.

Worked to develop the business of Emerging Technologies (Saudi Arabian – Emirati company) to expand its business operations and increase revenues for the telecom sector with Etisalat UAE; the first company in speech recognition technologies.

This Company is specialized in "internet of things" (IoT) and completed major projects related to smart buildings and smart homes. Eng. Mansour helped to introduce new smart home packages (Lenkers) which ultimately led to an initiative for partnership between Lein and Taqnia (part of Saudi Public Investment Fund). Establishment of Bawabat Al Majd Company 2007 - 2008
Contributed to the business development of the company with telecom service providers. It is now the operator of all interactive content of Al Majd TV Chanel.

Providing the board of directors with consultations regarding business development in the various areas of operations of the group which includes; computer and portable devices manufacturing plant, mobile device distribution company, IT systems company, specialist call center and data center for IT services.
Establishment of Alliance Initiative for Software Enterprises 2016 - 2017
Eng. Mansour contributed to the establishment of an alliance initiative between software companies in the KSA in cooperation with Bader program, which belongs to KACST, in order to create a platform which brings together small and medium software enterprises.

Through his contributions with the Deputy of the Ministry of Labour, Eng. Mansour was able to contribute to an initiative to establish the first cooperative association which aims to assist over 1000 male/female telecom entrepreneurs.

Eng. Mansour contributed to the establishment of the first savings organization in cooperation in cooperation with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority as well as the cooperative societies council under "social Savings".
