5. GS1全球會員名錄及全球電子公司資料庫 GS1 Global Membership Directory & Global Electronic Party Information Registry

‘GS1全球會員名錄’及‘全球電子公司資料庫’有如黃頁網上版，讓用戶單憑公司的名稱或全球貿易貨品編碼，就可輕易獲取在名

錄上的企業資料，為全球的買家及供應商開創無限商機。‘GS1全球會員名錄’除刊登會員公司名稱、地址、電話、傳真號碼及電

郵地址等公司資料外，亦接受其機構商標或產品圖片，圖片(4R)須交回本會或儲存為jpeg格式電郵至info@gs1hk.org。

貴公司所提交申請表格內的資料將會被用作評估有關之申請及登記在‘GS1全球會員名錄’及‘全球電子公司資料庫’的網頁，以便

作GS1其他分會之會員參考。如 貴公司未能提供準確資料，本會未必能夠處理有關申請或聯絡 貴公司。 貴公司所提供本會之額

申請全球貿易貨品編碼編碼須知

Note for GTIN Application

GS1 編碼標準(EANUCC 的新名稱)廣為全球 155 個國家及經濟體系超過二佰萬家企業採用，是目前在全球擭得最廣泛使用的貨品編

碼及條碼系統。入會手續辦妥後，會員可獲配一個前置碼為香港地區字頭‘489’獨一無二的 GS1 公司字首，(請注意此 GS1 字首並

不代表貨品產地來源)。會員應從指定的號碼列中為每款不同產品分配一個獨立的產品參考編號，把有關資料輸入‘BarcodePlus’內，

並透過登記處的自動編碼功能編配產品參考編號及計算終檢碼，然後委託印刷商代為印製合適的條碼。詳情請參閱‘貨品編碼及條

碼入門’。 倘 貴公司於美國/加拿大的客戶現階段未能採用 13 數位的 EAN/UCC-13 編碼， 貴公司可向本會申請 UCC 編

碼。

GS1 numbering system (new name of EANUCC numbering system) is adopted by over 2 million corporates across 155 countries/economies, is the most commonly recognized product identification and barcoding system used in global business. Each Full Member is entitled to one GS1 Company Prefix preceded with the Hong Kong Prefix ‘489’(please note that this GS1 Company Prefix does not represent the ‘country of origin’). Member should allocate a separate unique Item Reference Number to every variant of an item from the given range of numbers. Input all the item particulars into the ‘BarcodePlus’ as required and generate the Item Reference Number and Check Digit with the automatic number assignment function. Then, arrange bar code printing company to produce an appropriate bar code symbology. For details please refer to the ‘Implementation Guidelines of Numbering & Bar Coding for Trade Items’. If your US/Canada customers affirm that they cannot accommodate the 13-digit data structure of EAN/UCC-13 at the moment, your company can apply a UCC Company Prefix from GS1 Hong Kong.

香港貨品編碼協會全面會員條款及規則

1. G S 1公司字首

任何不論是否已編發之「GS1公司字首」均屬香港貨品編碼協會(以下簡稱”本會”)所擁有，會員必須繳交合適的會費、年費並同意遵守本會所定的規則及指引，才

可獲允許使用「GS1公司字首」。本會保留隨時修訂有關規則及指引的權利。會員在簽署此申請文件後，即表示已清楚了解到，如該公司私自把所申請的公司字首

授權或轉讓給第三者使用，或用於其他不合法的目的，或於終止會籍後，會員或其他人士繼續使用該「GS1公司字首」或「U.P.C. 公司字首」等，本會有權追究及

要求該公司賠償因違背本會所訂的規則而引起的一切損失。在任何情況下，如會員退出本會，該公司曾獲本會編配的所有「GS1公司字首」或「U.P.C. 公司字首」

會立刻被取消，會員承諾必須立即回收使用該公司字首的貨品，本會將保留再把該字首批給其他公司使用之權利。

2. 全球標準

香港貨品編碼協會(GS1 Hong Kong)是國際貨品編碼協會(GS1)的成員之一。本會是唯一在香港獲得GS1授權使用“489”地區字頭作批核全球貿易貨品編碼(GTIN)、

全球位置編碼(GLN)和貨運容器序號(SSCC)，以及在香港發行GS1技術規格說明及 EANCOM 電子數據聯通訊息標準的機構。 會員亦可透過本會向美國GS1申請

「U.P.C. 公司字首」，此項申請需繳交額外費用。

3. 會員服務內容

本會全面會員可免費享用協會提供的 BarcodePlus 及 GS1 全球會員名錄。全面會員如欲同時享用「通商易」電子商業服務，須填妥有關的申請表格及需繳付申請

「通商易」會籍所需的一次性入會費及年費。會員需自行承擔使用該項服務的相關費用如電腦網絡、不同版本的終端用戶軟件等。會員與本會「通商易」服務供應

商出現的各項支出，本會概不負責。

4. 全面會員收費

4.1 會員正式入會為期一年。扣除入會費後，申請入會時所繳費用將會用作本會正式接受成為會員起計十二個月之年費。入會費為一次性繳付之費用，會員應於

會籍有效期屆滿前繳付下一年度之年費作為續會所需，本會亦會在會籍到期前一個月，預先寄出發票知會各會員所需繳交的費用。

4.2 如果會員在入會時未有正確申報員工人數，本會將保留一切權利要求會員支付因人數差別而少付了的會費差額。會員年費將按員工人數變更而作出調整。如

會員員工人數有 變，必須即時通知本會。在本會要求下，會員有責任向本會提供其員工當時人數，及證明至本會滿意該數目是正確的。

4.3 任何公司在正式提出申請成為本會會員後，已繳交的入會費和年費在任何情況下均不予退還。

4.4 本會保留收取港幣一仟元作為處理任何退票的手續費的權利。

4.5 所有會員如在會員籍到期後才繳交年費，必須繳付以下所列之逾期應交之續會年費：

4.6 如會員已盡用所獲編配之編碼，並完成在BarcodePlus內登記有關之貨品資料，可獲豁免手續費申請附加GS1公司編號。此豁免權以兩次為限，由第三組附加

GS1公司編號起，本會將收取每一組編號港幣伍仟元手續費。

4.7 本會保留調整各項會籍收費的權利而無須作出事前通知。

5. 申請手續

5.1 任何香港註冊公司及機構，在商業貿易上需要使用 GS1 全球貿易貨品編碼，均有資格申請成為本會會員。申請被接納後，會員須遵守本會所定之規則。

5.2 申請公司需填寫表格上的全部資料，並連同填上正確費用的支票一起寄回本會作入會審核，否則申請將不會被考慮。當提交會員申請時，申請的公司便被視

作向本會保證及表述其申請及其就該申請所提供的資料是真實、準確及完整的。

5.3 申請公司需提供員工人數證明（例如僱員勞工保險單或強積金供款表等）以界定入會會員類別。

5.4 任何被界定為獨立法定的公司，需要使用 GS1全球貿易貨品編碼，應獨立提出入會申請。

5.5 除特別註明外，每一會員均可獲配一個前置碼為香港地區字頭“489”的「GS1 公司字首」。任何情況下，會員均不可改變公司字首。本會在收到填妥的入會

表格、有關文件及支票付款後，將為會員編發「GS1公司字首」，並提供全球貿易貨品編碼使用手冊及有關資料等給會員作參考。

5.6 「GS1 公司字首」是根據本會所定規則編發，號碼的分配是由本會選擇決定的。唯本會備有特別幸運號碼供申請公司選擇用作「GS1公司字首」。有關申請幸

運號碼的詳情及收費請參閱附頁的收費表。

5.7 倘若會員只是品牌持有人的代理人/分銷商/總經銷商，會員必須證明已獲得品牌持有人同意並授權為其產品進行編碼。本會在此保留權利不時要求會員提供證

明文件 (如品牌持有人的授權書) 以證明其申請成為全面會員已符合本會規定。在任何情況下，本會均無需就由於全面會員違反此條文的規定所引致的索償/損

失承擔任何責任。

5.8 本會為會員所編發的以香港地區字頭“489”為首的「GS1公司字首」是用以為固定量貨品印製原印條碼，如需為不定量貨品編碼，可申請前置碼為“29”字

頭的「GS1公司字首」。有關詳情請參閱「如何為不定量貨品編碼」的小冊子。

5.9 若會員在入會時已預計將會為超過一千個產品進行編碼，可在申請時提供資料證明，本會將考慮為其編配一千個以上的產品參考編號。唯本會保留拒絕接受

要求額外編碼申請的權利。

5.10 本會有權要求申請公司提供額外文件以作審批之用，唯本會保留拒絕接受申請的權利。

6. 取消會籍

6.1 會員如不續會，須給予 香港貨品編碼協會至少一個月之書面通知並交回經已填妥及簽署的終止會籍通知書，否則會員將被視為自動續會，需另交整年會

費。

6.2 會員在會籍到期後，應立即停止使用在之前由香港貨品編碼協會編配予 會員的「GS1公司字首」及任何相關之條碼，會員並承諾會將在市場上未出售或已出

售但仍繼續使用相關「GS1公司字首」之商品收回。如未能乎合相關規定，會員需要繼續續會。

6.3 香港貨品編碼協會擁有把已取消的GS1貨品編碼重新編配予其他公司使用之權利，並有權追究及要求任何已被取消會籍的會員賠償因違反本會所訂的規則所引

致的損失，包括私自把所申請的「GS1公司字首」或「U.P.C. 公司字首」授權或轉讓給第三者使用，或在會籍取消後會員或任何第三者繼續使用公司字首，或

把公司字首作任何不法用途而導致 香港貨品編碼協會的一切損失(包括但不限於所有訴訟及其他因此而引致的相關費用)。

6.4 會員在終止其香港貨品編碼協會會籍後，將同時被自動取消免費享用「通商易」服務的權利，包括軟件、電腦網絡、貨運容器序號及全球位置編碼等等。如

會員欲終止其全面會員的會籍但保留享用「通商易」或供應鏈管理資源中心之服務，可個別參加成為有關服務之會員，但需另外繳付有關費用。

6.5 會員在終止其香港貨品編碼協會會籍後，將同時被自動取消享用BarcodePlus服務的權利。如會員欲終止其全面會員的會籍但保留享用BarcodePlus服務，可個

別參加成為有關服務之會員，但需另外繳付有關費甪。

6.6 終止會籍並不免除閣下任何因違反或不遵從會籍協議適用的條款及細則之責任。

6.7 如有違反香港貨品編碼協會全面會員條款及規則者, 該會員必須同意及授權香港貨品編碼協會可向第三者(不只限於零售商) 進行合理調查以便確定有關違反是

否屬實。

6.8 若會員在退會後重新申請加入本會，將被界定為新會員，並需再次繳付入會費及年費。

6.9 香港貨品編碼協會有權通知所有使用香港貨品編碼協會系統的主要零售商閣下終止會籍的事宜。

6.10 香港貨品編碼協會已聯同全球111個GS1組織，以及香港及海外的主要銷售商與買家執行打擊「未經授權使用條碼」的行動。另外，中國政府已發佈「商品條

碼管理辦法」，任何未經授權使用條碼的行為均可列作為違法及罰款處理。

6.11 為打擊「未經授權使用條碼」,本會將於會籍終止後由專人在市面核查產品回收情況。如仍繼續使用已被終止的條碼或未將商品回收更換，違例者可被罰款高

達港幣五萬元。

6.12 會員必須交回終止會籍通知書予香港貨品編碼協會作終止會籍申請。會員終止會籍的申請，須經由香港貨品編碼協會審批及得到同意，並獲香港貨品編碼協

會律師行的書面批準方能生效。在沒有由香港貨品編碼協會法律代表發出書面批準的情況下，終止會籍通知書將被當作沒有送達處理。

7. 其他條款

7.1 會員只可把GS1識別碼、產品電子代碼、獲准使用的GS1數據附載體及其他GS1/香港貨品編碼協會的知識產權 (以下統稱 「GS1資料」) (如有的話) 使用於「獲

准用途」上。「獲准用途」 指有關於會員在其日常業務運作上於其供應鏈上任何識別、追蹤及追溯其產品的用途。

7.2 會員必須將其公司字首下的各個全球貿易貨品編碼及全球位置編碼登記在 Barcode Plus內，只有在 BarcodePlus內登記妥當的全球貿易編碼和全球位置編碼，方

獲本會承認為正式的 GS1識別編碼。

7.3 會員必須遵從本會不時發出的與GS1資料有關的使用手册/指引及其他指示。

7.4 會員只可把獲編發的 GS1公司字首或其他已發出給會員和/或會員已登記的GS1資料應用於他們的產品或其已獲品牌持有人洽當授權申請 GS1公司字首的產品

上。會員不得准許或促使其他任何人士把該些 GS1 公司字首或GS1資料 (如有的話) 用於其他產品上。

8. 免除責任

在法律容許的程度下，本會在任何情況下均不會對會員由於本會的任何疏忽、違約或違反任何與會藉有關的法律所造成的任何程度的損失 (包括但不限於任何間接

或相應而生的損失或利潤或收入的損失) 而需承擔任何責任。

9. 更改

香港貨品編碼協會保留更改各種會籍及服務相關的條款及規則的權利。會員可於本會網頁 www.gs1hk.org 上參閱最新版本的條款及規則。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GS1 HONG KONG FULL MEMBERSHIP

1. GS1 COMPANY PREFIX

Whilst GS1 Company Prefix has been assigned to a member or not, it remains the property of the GS1 Hong Kong. The member may continue to use the GS1 Company Prefix so

long as it remains a member of the GS1 Hong Kong, pays the required membership fee each year and follow the related Terms & Conditions. GS1 Hong Kong reserves the right

to vary the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Upon signature of the membership application form, each member shall indemnify the GS1 Hong Kong in respect of all claims,

liabilities and demands of whatsoever kind and howsoever arising (including without limitation all legal costs and other expenses incurred in connection therewith) which may be

made or established against the GS1 Hong Kong in connection with the use of the member’s GS1 Company Prefix or U.P.C. Company Prefix by the member or any third party or

for any illegal purpose or upon termination of membership. Should a company cease to remain a member for any reason, her GS1 Company Prefix or U.P.C. Company Prefix will

be cancelled immediately and may be re-allocated to other members and the member hereby undertakes to recall all the products with related Company Prefix immediately.

2. GLOBAL STANDARDS

GS1 Hong Kong is a member of GS1 and is authorized to assign Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) and Global Location Numbers (GLN) as well as Serial Shipping Container

Codes (SSCC) under the Hong Kong Prefix “489”. GS1 Hong Kong is also the only authorized body in Hong Kong to publish the GS1 General Specifications as well as the

EANCOM EDI messages standards. Members could apply for UPC Company prefix assigned by GS1 US through GS1 Hong Kong. An additional fee is required for this service.

3. FULL MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENTS

The BarcodePlus and GS1 Global Membership Directory are available to the GS1 Hong Kong full members free of charge. Full members who would like to use the GS1 Hong

Kong’s ezTRADE service are required to pay a one-off entrance fee and annual fee for that service. Full members are required to pay the relevant fees for the various services

within ezTRADE, for example the network fee, the fees for the different versions of end-user software etc, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ezTRADE service.

The GS1 Hong Kong is not liable for any expenses incurred by the full member with the service provider of the ezTRADE Service (if any). Full members who would like to use

ezTRADE Electronic Commerce Service are required to complete and return separate application forms to GS1 Hong Kong.

4. MEMBERSHIP FEES

4.1 The formal subscription for membership is for a period of twelve months on acceptance of membership by the GS1 Hong Kong. There is an entrance fee, which is a one-

time joining fee for new members. Thereafter, members are required to pay the annual fee only. Renewal of subscription for membership of the GS1 Hong Kong should be

made before the expiry of the membership period. The GS1 Hong Kong will notify members one month in advance of the expiry of the membership.

4.2 In the event of a member fails to declare the correct number of employees at the time of application, GS1 Hong Kong reserves the right to claim the shortfall, being the fee

difference between the membership categories. Number of employees will be reviewed annually and the annual fee will be subject to change according to the actual number

of employees. The member shall have the obligation to inform GS1 Hong Kong and prove to its satisfaction the correct number of its employees from time to time upon

request from GS1 Hong Kong.

4.3 Entrance fees and annual fees will not be refunded for any reason.

4.4 GS1 Hong Kong reserves the right to have a handling charge of HK$1,000 for any bounce cheque.

4.5 Should the membership renewal payment not be received on time, renewal fees at the higher rate set out below shall apply:

4.6 GS1 Hong Kong will waive the handling fee for the first two additional GS1 Company Prefixes for each full member if the numbers assigned have been fully used up and

registered in the BarcodePlus. For full members who have two additional GS1 Company Prefixes, additional GS1 Company Prefixes will be allocated upon request and

payment of a handling fee of HK$5,000 for each additional GS1 Company Prefix.

4.7 GS1 Hong Kong may adjust any membership fee without prior notice.

5. HOW TO APPLY

5.1 Any Hong Kong corporation or institute which requires the Global Trade Item Numbers and bar codes for trade and business is eligible to apply for GS1 Hong Kong full

membership. Members have to follow the GS1 Hong Kong Terms & Conditions once after the application is accepted.

5.2 The entire application form for the type of membership required should be duly completed and returned to the GS1 Hong Kong together with a cheque for appropriate

membership fee payment before an application will be considered. The applicant, by tendering its application, has warranted and represented to GS1 Hong Kong that its

membership application is true, accurate and complete, in every particulars.

5.3 Companies are required to submit proofs (e.g., employee insurance certificate or MPF statement) of the number of employees to qualify for specific full membership

category.

5.4 Each corporation or institute, which is an individual legal entity and requires the GS1 identification numbers and bar codes, should apply for separate membership.

5.5 Each full member is entitled to one GS1 Company Prefix preceded with the Hong Kong Prefix “489” unless otherwise specified. The Company Prefix once assigned will not

be changed for any reasons. The Company Prefix, together with the Global User Manual and a Membership Information Pack, will be forwarded to the applicant on receipt

of its completed application form, relevant documents and payment.

5.6 The GS1 Company Prefixes are issued according to the rules of the GS1 Hong Kong. The Company Prefixes are not transferable and resalable. They will be allocated at the

discretion of the GS1 Hong Kong. The GS1 Hong Kong also offers members an option of applying for a special LUCKY NUMBER at a different fee. Please refer to the

attached lucky number sheet for details.

5.7 If a member is merely an agent/distributor/wholesaler of a brand owner of the relevant products, the member must prove that the brand owner has consented and duly

authorized the member to allocate Global Trade Item Numbers to the relevant products. GS1 Hong Kong reserves the right to request for such supporting documents (e.g.

authorization letters from brand owner) from time to time to prove that the member’s application for full membership has complied with all the requirements stipulated by

GS1 Hong Kong. In no event shall GS1 Hong Kong be liable for any claims/damages whatsoever arising from the members’ breach of this provision.

5.8 In addition to the GS1 Company Prefixes with the Hong Kong Prefix “489” which are assigned to members for source-marking fixed weight products, GS1 Hong Kong also

offers Company Prefixes with Prefix “29” for source-marking “variable measure” products. Company Prefixes for source-marking variable weight products are issued

subject to the “Notes on the issue of variable weight GS1 Company Prefixes”.

5.9 If full members anticipate using over 1,000 Item Reference Numbers, they should submit documents proving the need with their application and the GS1 Hong Kong will

consider issuing more than 1,000 Item Reference Numbers to them. The GS1 Hong Kong reserves the right to reject any application for extra numbers at its discretion.

5.10 Upon request, companies are required to submit additional documents to qualify for full membership application. The GS1 Hong Kong reserves the right to reject any

application at its discretion.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 Any member who decides not to renew his/her membership must give no less than one month’ prior written notice to GS1 Hong Kong by submitting a duly

completed and signed membership termination notification form prescribed by GS1 Hong Kong. Failing which, the membership will be renewed automatically

and full annual membership fee shall become payable.

6.2 Any member should stop using “GS1 Company Prefix” and any related bar codes issued by GS1 Hong Kong when the membership is expired,. The member hereby

undertakes to recall all sold or unsold products bearing “GS1 Company Prefix” in the market. Otherwise, the member should renew its membership.

6.3 GS1 Hong Kong has the right to reassign cancelled GS1 bar code number(s) to another organization. Each terminating member shall indemnify the GS1 Hong Kong in

respect of all claims, liabilities and demands of whatsoever kind and howsoever arising (including without limitation all legal costs and other expenses incurred in connection

therewith) which may be made or established against the GS1 Hong Kong in connection with the use of the member’s GS1 Company Prefix or U.P.C. Company Prefix by

the member or any third party or for any illegal purpose or upon termination of Membership.

6.4 Should a membership terminate for any reason, its entitlement to use the ezTRADE Service for free will be automatically terminated, including the ezTRADE enabling

software, network, Serial Shipping Container Codes, Global Location Number(s), SCM Resource Centre services. Should a Member wish to terminate its GS1 Hong Kong

full membership but retain its EZTRADE Service/SCM Resource Centre Membership, then the member is required to pay the annual fee for the respective type of

membership.

6.5 Should a membership terminate for any reason, its entitlement to use the BarcodePlus service will be automatically terminated. Should a Member wish to terminate its GS1

Hong Kong full membership but retain its BarcodePlus services, then the member is required to pay the annual fee for the respective services.

6.6 Termination of your membership(s) does not relieve you from any liability arising from any breach of the terms of the applicable terms and conditions of membership.

6.7 Upon termination or breach of this membership for any reason (including but not limited to, the nonpayment of fees payable by you), you expressly authorise and allow GS

Hong Kong to make reasonable enquiries with third parties (including but not limited to retailers) to ascertain whether you have acted in breach of the membership terms and

conditions of the association.

6.8 Should a full member wish to rejoin the GS1 Hong Kong after termination of membership, it will be regarded as a new member and may be required to pay both the entrance

and the annual fees.

6.9 GS1 Hong Kong has the right to notify all major Hong Kong retailers using the GS1 system of your termination.

6.10 GS1 Hong Kong has joined forces with 111 offices around the globe as well as major sellers and buyers from Hong Kong and overseas countries to combat “Unauthorised

Uses of Barcodes”. In addition, the Chinese Central Government has announced the Measures for the Administration of Commodity Bar Code. Any parties who fail to

observe the legitimacy of bar code usage may be subject to prosecution and levy of a fine.

6.11 Audit checks will be carried out by GS1 Hong Kong on product recall status after the termination of the membership in a bid to combat “unauthorized usage of barcode”. A

member shall liable to a fine of up to HK$50,000 if he/she continues using his/her GS1 Company Prefix and related bar codes after the expiration of the membership or fails

to recall all the unsold products with related company prefix in the market.

6.12 The completed membership termination notification form must be sent to GS1 Hong Kong for processing. Termination must be approved by GS1 Hong Kong and will only

be effective upon recipt of confirmation by post issued by GS1 Hong Kong to member. Notice of member termination is deemed void without prior written approval from the

legal representative body of GS1 Hong Kong.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1 Members may use only the GS1 Identification Keys, Electronic Product Codes, Authorized GS1 Data Carriers and other GS1/GS1 Hong Kong Intellectual Property

(collectively “GS1 materials”) (if any) for “the Authorised Use”. “Authorised Use” means such use for the ordinary business operations of the members in connection with

the identification, tracking and tracing of their products at any point in the supply chain.

7.2 Full members are required to register every Global Trade Item Number and Global Location Number under their Company Prefix in the BarcodePlus. Only registered Global

Trade Item Numbers and Global Location Numbers are classified as official GS1 Identification Numbers.

7.3 Members must comply with the standards set out in GS1 Hong Kong’s manuals/guidelines and such other directions in relation to use of the GS1 materials as GS1 Hong

Kong may from time to time issue.

7.4 Members may only apply the GS1 Company Prefixes assigned to them or any other GS1 Materials (if any) issued to and/or registered by the members with GS1 Hong Kong

to their own products or such products of which they are duly authorized by the relevant brand owner to apply for the GS1 Company Prefixess. Members must not permit or

procure any other person to apply such GS1 Company Prefixes or GS1 Materials (if any) to other products.

8. EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, GS1 Hong Kong shall under no circumstances be liable to the members to whatever extent for any loss or damage (including but not limited to any

indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or revenue) which the members may suffer arising out of or in connection with any negligence, breach of contract or

contravention of any law in relation to the membership on the part of GS1 Hong Kong.

9. VARIATION

The GS1 Hong Kong may vary these terms and conditions and any other documents regarding categories and terms of membership, the use of Company Prefixes or the GS1 Hong

Kong services or at any time in its absolute discretion. Members should refer to the latest Terms & Conditions on GS1 Hong Kong website at www.gs1hk.org.

Remarks (1) : GS1 Hong Kong reserves the rights to assess all applications and make alterations on the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

Remarks (2) : In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.

Remarks (3) : The information supplied may be included in the official GS1 Hong Kong publications and other GS1 Hong Kong communications.
