Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) is a power distribution company with 15,000 plus employees. Excelerate was one of the four
members of the consortium for providing Financial Advisory Services to the Privatization Commission of Government of Pakistan. It
conducted an analysis relating to the existing manpower issues at FESCO to formulate a manpower restructuring plan for review and
consideration by the Privation Commission.
Human Resource advisory services included HR Due Diligence, Employee & Labor Focused Restructuring Report, Plan for Employee
Relations and HR Strategies and Action Plan. The HR Due Diligence report included a review of Existing Manpower, Demographics, Cost

The program was focused on field leadership of the Bank, people mostly with long experiences but limited exposure to modern leadership

Excelerate defined the role ofHR in Organization Development, Interventions & Tools for Change Management and optimizing Planning Strategies. Excelerate provided abroad spectrum of Management Consultancy Services to PTCL and trained them in Modern Techniques in order to facilitate PTCLOrganization Change through Cultural Transformation training sessions in a wide range of cities from Multan, Peshawar, Faisalabad , Karachi,Quetta, Sukkur, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.
