State Bank of Pakistan - Banking Services Corporation (BSC), identified an objective to optimize their workforce required to perform all

business functions i.e. “Conducting Workload Analysis for BSC”. To accomplish this objective BSC retained Mazars Consulting Pakistan

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) is a power distribution company with 15,000 plus employees. Excelerate was one of the four

members of the consortium for providing Financial Advisory Services to the Privatization Commission of Government of Pakistan. It

conducted an analysis relating to the existing manpower issues at FESCO to formulate a manpower restructuring plan for review and

consideration by the Privation Commission.

Human Resource advisory services included HR Due Diligence, Employee & Labor Focused Restructuring Report, Plan for Employee

Relations and HR Strategies and Action Plan. The HR Due Diligence report included a review of Existing Manpower, Demographics, Cost

Projections, Workload Analysis, Manpower Rationalization Plan, Proposed Interim Organization structure for Head Office and Field Units,

Compensation Review and HR Issues and Proposed Strategy including Employee Satisfaction and Culture Survey.

Scope of Work:NIFT - National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (Pvt.). Ltd. was incorporated in September 1995 as joint venture between a consortiumof six banks which includes (HBL, MCB, UBL, NBP, ABL and FWBL) and entrepreneurs from the private sector. All commercial banks and all oftheir branches in major cities avail NIFT's services. As of January 2014, 38 commercial banks and their over 9,000 branches in 300 majorcities, and towns utilize NIFT's services through 28 Processing Centers. In 2014, NIFT have increased the paid up capital to 250 million rupeesand authorized capital to 500 million.

The purpose of this report is to share insights from the earlier exercises relating to the HR Strategy for cultural transformation of NIFTkeeping in view its current and future challenges.

This report is divided into identified interventions, human resource initiatives, discipline management, etc. that would be required to ensureeffective management of the challenges as well as ensure that there is smooth organizational transformation. Allied Bank is one of Pakistan’s leading banking and financial services institution which was operating in public sector and was privatized in

the Year 1991 with more than 5000 employees.

The “Leading Towards Business & Profitability Growth" module focused on creating an internal deeper understanding of the current

business and leadership challenges, creating an open minded approach and desire to address and improve the HR culture with the help of

modern tools of management.

The program was focused on field leadership of the Bank, people mostly with long experiences but limited exposure to modern leadership

concepts. Purpose was to create ownership and enhance their willingness to move from operational perspective to business oriented

approach.

The program was targeted towards senior and mid level field leadership of Allied Bank who are responsible to lead the organization

forward. The impact of the program was very positive across the organization.

Scope of Work:PTCL is the largest Telecom Company in Pakistan which was operating in Public Sector and was privatized in the Year 2005. PTCL Leadershipis managing the HR Cultural Transformation involving a database of approximately 25,000 people.

Excelerate was mandated to improve mid management leadership intervention in the field across Pakistan. Excelerate defined the role ofHR in Organization Development, Interventions & Tools for Change Management and optimizing Planning Strategies. Excelerate provided abroad spectrum of Management Consultancy Services to PTCL and trained them in Modern Techniques in order to facilitate PTCLOrganization Change through Cultural Transformation training sessions in a wide range of cities from Multan, Peshawar, Faisalabad , Karachi,Quetta, Sukkur, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.

The training targeted Field Leadership Level. The core themes were innovation, teamwork & collaboration, customer centricity and speed &execution of work.
