Caterpillar Pultrusion Machine Specification 1-1 Theory The working process of the machine consists of heating up and molding the FRP raw materials in the die, then pulling out the molded material continuously to obtain the required FRP profiles under operation of clamped caterpillar puller.

The machine is made up of the following parts: clamped caterpillar puller, electric mold heater, electric control box, clamp control and drive motor. The Machine is designed according to the small section profile such as small pipes, tubes and pole etc.

Pultrusion timer: Siemens brand (intermittent pultrusion & automatic die purge).5. All electrical components can be customized refer to the voltage and frequency

1-4 The mold components: 1. The die is divided into 6 heating areas.2. Adjustable temperature, ranging from 0~392 ± 10F (0~200 ± 10C) and

stay constantly after set up.3. Electric power for die heating: 18 to 24Kw4. Electrical mold heating module utilizes solid-state, contactless relay5. Heater controller use OMRON brand electron component.6. The mold heating panel is made of aluminum alloy.7. Die platform dimensions: 43.3" x 31.5" (1100 x 800 mm). (Can be customized)
