Executive and Leader Coaching $750 and 15 ICF CCEUs Offered through the Duquesne University School of Business Professional Coach Certification Program and taught by Andrea Sigetich of www.SageCoach.com. This elective course is for students that have completed an ACTP Accredited program, with a minimum of 125 hours of coach training. We will consider the special and unique circumstances faced by coaches who are working with executives in organizations, as well as clients who consider themselves leaders in any aspect of life. While the foundation of coaching remains the same, this course is designed to address the needs and unique perspectives of executives and leaders. In addition, participants will learn about contracting with organizations, developing and building relationships with organizations and sponsors, and establishing a professional presence. Major Topics This course follows the Duquesne Coaching Model, and will address the five major components of the model: Context, Discovery, Possibilities,Action and Expansion. We will address many topics including: working with sponsors; establishing clear boundaries & goals; contracting with clients; tying coaching to organizational strategy, as well as considerations of your coaching approach and business. Delivery Method & Course Meeting Days and Times This course is delivered entirely via Webinars from 5:00 6:30 p.m. EST. Access to webinars is via Zoom. You are responsible to ensure you have the necessary technology and bandwidth to participate.
