Speak Japanese at a real Japanese Restaurant! Experience the sites, smells and
tastes of authentic Japanese food. Reflect on the grammar and vocabulary we studied such
as ~たことがある、たべたい、おいしそう、オムレッツ、カレー、うどん、そば、おでん、etc.
and try something new besides すし & teriyaki.
Your task is to dine in a Japanese restaurant either lunch or dinner and speak and
communicate only in Japanese. As you sit at the table, you must refuse an English menu and
request a Japanese one. Ask questions in Japanese. (Hint: you may want to say” ___
________って、何ですか。“
Type a 1 page formal English Review (12 font double spaced) about your Japanese
restaurant experience and then HAND WRITE your informal 1 page Japanese Report addressed
to your Japanese teacher on the back
Evidence: 4 photos required: 1.photo of you outside the name of restaurant. 2.
Photo of you eating the meal. 3 & 4 Photos of meal and drinks before & after. Print out
photos on 1 page & attach it to report.
