CLINICAL SCIENCE SESSIONS FOTO EKSTREMITAS
ANATOMI EKSTREMITAS
EKSTREMITAS ATASEkstremitas Atas terdiri dari
beberapa tulang, yaitu: o Os Manus
o Os Radius dan Os Ulna
(Antebrachi)
o Os Humerus
o Os Calvicula
o Os Scapula
Persendian yang menghubungkan tulang-tulang
tersebut, diantaranya:
• Wrist Joint (Articulatio Radiocarpalia) merupakan
persendian antara Os. Radius dan Ossa Carpalia di
manus
• Elbow Joint (Articulatio Cubiti) merupakan
persendian antara Ossa Antebrachi dan Os. Humerus
• Shoulder Joint (Articulatio Glenohumerale)
merupakan persendian antara cavitas Glenoidalis
pada Os Scapula dan Caput Humeri
EKSTREMITAS BAWAH
Ekstremitas Bawah terdiri
dari beberapa tulang, yaitu:
o Os Femur
o Os Pattela
o Os Tibia dan Os Fibula
(Cruris)
o Os Pedis
• Persendian yang menghubungkan tulang-tulang
tersebut, diantaranya:
• Hip Joint (Articulatio Coxae) dibentuk oleh caput
femoris dan acetabulum
• Knee Joint (Atriculatio Genue) merupakan
persendian yang menghubungkan femur, tibia, dan
patella
• Ankle Joint (Articulatio Talocruralis) sendi antara
tulang tungkai bawah dengan talus ( tulang
pergelangan kaki)
TEKNIK PEMERIKSAAN
• Pemeriksaan ini dibuat dengan posisi AP dan
Lateral sedemikian rupa sehingga tampak kedua
sendi pada satu film.
• Pada klinis dislokasi, osteoatritis, dibuat foto
perbandingan kanan dan kiri.
