lobudoda; kuwuphawu lobuthaka endodeni.

Ngempela abesifazane bawumgogodla wesizwe sethu, ikakhulu labo abasebenza

ngokuzikhandla emasimini, ogogo nalabo abangomama abangabodwa okuthi yize bebhekene

nezinselelo baqhubeke beyenza yonke imisebenzi yabo njengabondli bemindeni yabo nanjengabesifazane abasebenzayo.

leli thuba bakhumbuze abesifazane ngezinto ezinkulu esiye sazenza eminyakeni edlule.

Njengezwe, sesenze lukhulu ekukhuphuleni abantu besimame babe seqhulwini, ngokubavulela

amathuba, nangokuqinisekisa ukuthi bayamelelwa kuyo yonke imikhakha kahulumeni kanye

nasemphakathini. Kodwa uhambo lwethu alukafiki esiphelweni, kusekuningi okufanele

kwenzelwe abesifazane ikakhulu ekutholeni izinkonzo zezempilo.

Siwumnyango sizimisele ukugxila kakhulu kubantu besifazane nasezinganeni, ekusindiseni

abesifazane abaningi lapho bebeletha, ekwenzeni kube lula ngabesifazane, ikakhulu ababuthaka, abagugile nabakhubazekile

ukuba bathole ukunakekelwa kwezempilo ezindaweni lapho izinto zokuhamba ziseyinkinga khona, ukunikeza izinkonzo

zezempilo ezigxile kakhulu kumama nasenganeni. Singathanda ukukhuthaza abesifazane bakwaZulu Natal ukuba bayithathe

le nselelo futhi babe nolwazi namandla ezinqumweni abazithathayo, ikakhulu ezindabeni zokukhulelwa kanye nezocansi.

Kuyilungelo lenu ukungavumi ukuya ocansini uma lingasetshenziswa ijazi likamkhwenyana, kanti futhi nani ninelungelo

lokukhetha ezindabeni zokuhlelwa komndeni.

Uma owesifazane enempilo uba nomfutho kanye namandla okuba ngumama, umondli futhi afeze izindima eziningi emphakathini wakhe nasemndenini. Kaningi abesifazane abazinaki izidingo zempilo yabo ngoba bematasatasa kakhulu benakekela izidingo zabanye.

AMALUNGELO ABESIFAZANE EZEMPILO NGOKUSHO KWENCWADI YOMTHETHO YABESIFAZANE:

• Kumelwe kunikezwe izinkonzo zokunakekelwa kwempilo ezilinganayo, ezingambi eqolo, okulula ukuzithola nezifanele ezihlangabezana nezidingo zabesifazane, nezibaphatha ngenhlonipho. Abesimame kumelwe benziwe bawazi amalungelo abo maqondana nezinkonzo zezempilo.
