Ltd (hereinafter 'GOIBIBO') is only providing theservices as agent of various tour operators (hereinafter 'Operators').GOIBIBO's obligations are limited to issuance of ticket, providinginformation as made available to it and processing refunds. GOIBIBO isnot responsible forthe provision of services by the respective operator.

No responsibilityGOIBIBO assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions or omissionsofthe operators including non-adherence of the scheduled timings, behaviorofthe operator's staff, conditions inside the buses, loss of life or property,delay, breakdown or inconvenience suffered by the user orpassenger.

Limitation ofliabilityWithout prejudice to whatever is stated hereunder or hereinabove, Themaximum liability on part of GOIBIBO arising under any circumstances, in

respect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund oftotal amount received from the user for availing the services less anycancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no casethe liability shall include any consequential loss, damage or additionalexpense whatsoever beyond the amount charged by GOIBIBO for its

services.In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices containedherein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelinescontained within any particular GOIBIBO website, then these terms shallcontrol.In no event shall GOIBIBO and/or its suppliers be liable for anydirect, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any

damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use,data orprofits, arising out of or in any way connected with the travel or use

Boarding DocumentsPassengers are required to furnish a copy of the ticket along with anidentity proof at the time of boarding the bus.

Non transferableAll t ickets issued shall be non-transferable.

Boarding timePassengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 minofscheduled departure time.

JurisdictionAll disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdic tion only.

MODIFICA TION OF THESE TERMS

GOIBIBO reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices

under which the GOIBIBO websites are offered, including but not limited tothe charges. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms andconditions.

COMMUNICA TION ON GOIBIBO SERVICESThe customer is aware that Goibibo provides various services like hotelbookings, holidays, Deals and would like to learn about them, to enhance his/ her travel experience.

The customer hereby specifically authorizes Goibibo to contact the userwith offers on various services offered by it through direct mailers, e-mailers, telephone calls, short messaging services (SMS) or any other

medium, from time to time. In case that the customer chooses not to becontacted, he / shall write to Goibibo for specific exclusion at
