    CNC gia cng m t chi ti t c a Pro/E. Nhi m v c a n l: - Xu t pht t m hnh thi t k v cc d li u cng ngh , tnh ton qu

    o c a dao, xu t ra file d i d ng ASCII (CL Data file). Ngn ng dng trong File ny c d ng ngn ng APT, ch a th dng i u khi n my CNC.

    1.1. CC KHI NI M1.1.1. Cc khi ni m v qu trnh gia cng Machining Process (Qu trnh gia cng): Qu trnh gia cng l qu trnh

    tr c ti p bi n i phi (Workpice) thnh chi ti t my (Part). Trong ti li u ny, qu trnh gia cng l qu trnh c t g t.

    Operation (Nguyn cng): M t ph n c b n c a qu trnh gia cng. Nguyn cng c th c hi n trn m t thi t b (Workcell), m t phi v i m t h to xc nh.

    NC Sequence (B c): M t ph n c a nguyn cng, th c hi n c t g t trn m t b m t hay m t t h p cc b m t v i m t dao v m t b thng s cng ngh xc nh.

    Tool Path ( ng chuy n dao): l ng hnh h c m t qu o c a dao trn m hnh gia cng. Nh ng chuy n dao, c th ki m tra b ng hnh h c qu trnh c t. cng l c s hnh thnh CL Data File.

    1.1.2. Cc thnh ph n c a m hnh gia cng Design Model (M hnh thi t

    k ): l chi ti t thi t k , s n ph m nh n c sau gia cng, c dng lm c s hnh thnh cc nguyn cng. Cc Feature, m t, c nh c a m hnh thi t k c ch n sinh ra ng ch y dao. Gi a Design Model v phi c m i lin k t. Cc thay i t chi ti t c th c p nh t vo cc

    nguyn cng. Part, Assembly,Sheermetal part c th c dng lm Design Model.

    Hnh 1:M hnh thi t k

    Hnh 1 minh ho m hnh thn van, c dng lm Design Model. Trn thn van c cc l khoan 1 v cc b m t c n phay 2.

    Workpice (Phi): l phi ban u, s c gia cng. Vi c nh ngha phi l khng b t bu c, nh ng t o cc thu n l i cho cc b c sau, nh m ph ng gia cng ho c kh o st ph n v t li u b c t.

    Hnh 3 minh ho m hnh gia cng thn van. M hnh g m c chi ti t (mu en) v phi (mu xanh). N u khng quan tm n l ng d gia cng th b n khng c n nh ngha phi. Khi m hnh gia cng ch g m c chi ti t.

    N u mu n, b n c th l p thm vo m hnh gia cng cc ph ki n khc, nh c c u k p hay bn quay. Tuy nhin, chng s khng nh h ng g n qu trnh gia cng.

    Sau khi thi t l p m hnh gia cng, cc file sau s c t o ra:

    - Ti n trnh gia cng (.mfg)- C m l p gia cng (.asm) - Design Model (.prt)

    - Phi (.prt).

    1. M t s khi ni m 1.1. Qu trnh gia cng (Machining Process)

    Qu trnh th c hi n cc thao tc cng ngh c n thi t bi n phi ban u thnh chi ti t. Qu trnh gia cng g m qu trnh cng ngh, trong c s tr c

    1.2. Nguyn cng (Operation)

    1.3. B c gia cng (NC Sequence)M t ph n c a nguyn cng, c c tr ng b i m t hay m t nhm b

    m t gia cng (cc feature), m t dao v m t ch cng ngh xc nh. M t b c g n li n v i m t ng ch y dao.

    1.4. ng ch y dao (Tool Path) L ng bi u di n qu o di chuy n c a dao trong qu trnh gia cng.

    Trong Pro/E, ng ch y dao c bi u di n b ng m t ng mu v mi tn ch h ng di chuy n c a dao.

    Qu trnh gia cng ch qua m t nguyn cng. V v y chng ta ch ph i th c hi n b c ny m t l n.

    Trong Menu Manager ch n Mfg Setup m h p tho i Operation Setup ch n my, xc nh g c to c a phi v m t ph ng thot dao:

    1. Operation Name: t tn nguyn cng. G PHAY1.2. NC Machine: Xc nh lo i my gia cng. Lo i my c n dng l my

    phay 3 tr c. Ch n Mill3 Axis v nh p cc tham s v my, b i u khi n, dao c trong h p tho i Machine Tool Setup. Tab Comments s d ng nh p l i m t nguyn cng, v d "Bai thuc hanh so 1" trong h p tho i v a hi n ra. Sau ch n OK.

    3. Mach Zero: nh ngha h to phi (th ng g i l i m Zero phi). Ph i ch nh g c to v ph ng cc tr c X, Y, Z. Hi n t i ch a c h to no trong m hnh gia cng nn c n ph i t o m t h to m i.

    Hnh 9:H p tho i Operation Setup

    Ch n nt sau ch n Createch n phi ( g n h to ). M h p tho i COORDINATE SYSTEM.
