ACCOMPLISHMENT At Flextronics
- Performed development for projects with node count greater than 10k nodes.- Worked a project using dome style test point on micro via (Bead Probe Tech)- Worked on BSCAN chain that uses scan path linker to control several different chains.- Performed development with loopback design for back drill nets to improve device coverage with
1149.6 capabilities.- Written a perl script to generate a voltage measurement test and bus resistance test.- Performed an ICT development at Cisco System San Jose US.
ACCOMPLISHMENT At National Instruments
- Successfully completed PM on all ICT fixtures that has not be done for 2 years.- Trained 2 technicians to perform Fixture PM, Tester PM and perform strain gauge. Keeping the PM list to
a minimal number.- Successfully Transferred 1st Phase of RF products to Penang.
- Daily WIP of ~1000 boards has been brought down to ~300 boards a day. Main issue discovered is lack of maintenance and improper use of probe style.
- Successfully deployed 12 NPI products and release to production.
