Integration

For Load Dimensions from Oracle Applications:

1- Go to Navigate>Administer>ERP integrator.

2- Go to Source System the press Initialize.

3- To know the status of the process you can go to Process

Details.

4- Run Metadata Request from Metadata and press Execute.

5- Press OK on confirmation message.

6- To know the status of the process you can go to Process

Details.

- Now The New Dimension loaded to the Hyperion

7- Go to Administer>Dimension Library.

Adjust Hierarchy and Aliases

1- You’ll find the new Dimensions:

- Sites under : HS

- Cost Centers : under HCC

- Accounts : Stat under HPSTAT stat accounts start with S_

EGP under HYPEGP

- Packages under : PHP Packages start with P

- Flavors under : FHF Flavors F

2- You can create or insert members (Sites, Accounts,…) as a

parent or a child.

3- In the insert case you can search for the Member that you want

- After that you chose the account that you want and move it

to the right side.

4- If you want to show the description of the account

- Go to View>Show Property Grid to show the pop up screen

- Press on the mark of the three points on Alias tab

- You can write the description in the tab of COKE_ALIAS

Deployment:

After you made all your changes in the dimensions you will

find the status of application Out of sync with deployment, you

must make Deploy to change the status to In sync with

deployment.

Navigate>Administer>Application Library

To make Deploy:

- Right Click on the application (TCCBCE)>Deploy>All

- After this mark on Refresh Outline then Press Deploy
