The first three mile speed hike will be held Saturday, May 26th at two o'clock starting from the bar­racks. Only girls who have been in the quarter and mile speed hikes may enter this event. There will be another three mile speed hike the fol­lowing Saturday.

Anyone who missed the mile hike and wishes to be in the three mile should see Miss Asbury by Wednes­day, l\lay 23rd. If there are enough gir ls another mile will be held before Saturday.

Track Meet The first track meet will be held

Tuesday afte1Tioon at four 01clock .

The second track meet will be on the following Tuesday at the same time. Participants may enter only two run­ning events in one day.

I t is not necessary to have eight practices to enter the meet but it is necessary to have eight practices for a sweater score.

Tennis The tennis meet starts this week

and all preliminary games must be played off by the end of this week. The tennis schedu le is posted on the bulletin boards.

Each matched game must be refer­red by an approved referee as listed on the tenni schedule by a referee approved by Mary Irene William~, tennis manager.

Swimming Meet The first swimming meet will be

held Thursday, May 24th at 7:30. The second meet will be held May 31st. Participants may enetr either or both rneets but may enter only two racing events in one meet. All girls ex­pecting to enter the first meet should sign up in the office before Thurs­day noon.
