Dear Sir,Glad to offer following services based on excellent tourist MINI bus from day 1 do the end (with 2 busdrivers) and good 4* hotels and working allotment of 5 TWIN room. Please note that hotels have not beenbooked yet but space is available and detailed confirmation will be forwarded immediately after wereceive your confirmation (acceptance) and first deposit payment.

As for Dusseldorf we might have a problem providing a good value for money 4**** hotel with centrallocation due to a very large fair going on. As alternative, we have chosen accommodation in the city ofKln (Cologne) some 50 km from Dusseldorf. Rest as by plan. Indian dinner not possible on the ferriesfrom HEL-STO and OSL-CPH but there a VIP buffet is served. As for the other cities, we dont see aproblem with Indian Lunch Dinners but appreciate if you send us more details about your clients diet.

Last minute orders for various special vegetarian meals can prove to be very complicated.
