Nothing is more interesting and stimulating as a brand new anything, a brand new car, house, shoes, or whatever. Yet, what’s even more rewarding is a fresh new start, or a fresh new mindset. With the dawn of 2012, we have this new term “Fishful thinking” which we explain as “turning wishes into tangible reality and dreams into living experiences.” Fortified with positivity, and armed with confidence and “possibility thinking” nothing can hold a human being from reaching out to whatever he’s after. Nothing at all, except for one self’s own thinking pattern, believe you can, and you’re halfway there…

Happy New year Domers

editor’s note

They say; "The pessimist is one who makes difficulties of his opportunities and

an optimist is one who makes opportunities of his difficulties." So it all depends

on the way you see and weigh things, since optimism and pessimism are nothing

but standpoints and ways of thinking, responsibility is placed upon each and every

individual to choose which side he’s on. There are those who know how to turn a

frown upside down, and see a challenge, an adventure in every hardship, yet again

there are those who repeatedly find themselves stuck in shades of pessimism and

loser-like attitude. The latter category of people is bound to remain captivated in

consuming negativity, while at their best, they can only have “wishful thinking”. While

on the other hand, optimists see negative attitude as a luxury they can’t afford to

have, they stand for what’s known as “fishful thinking” they turn wishes into attainable

results, they drag stars closer and drain the colors of the sky, not as in telekinesis

though, and they tend to do that in a not-so-supernatural manner! What’s telekinesis?

Flip to page (38) to know more about some disused functions of the human brain.

Walla to be honest I wasn't sure what it was till I read about it, we live and learn,

learning is definitely an ongoing process, there's always something new out there!

Of course you might say it’s easier said than done, and life is not all butterflies

and rainbows, there are moments of despair, confusion, and there are too many

crossroads and tight bends along the way, dah akid and for sure, life can be quite a

B**** sometimes! Again, if you see these as turning points, as the fuel to glory and

prosperity, or as the main propeller, then you’d end up boosting your potential read

more about that in page (46), hardships are placed along your path for a reason,

only if you see them as blessings in disguise, you’d know how to make good use of

them and move along, lead, then leave a trail for people to follow..

You gotta take life as a whole package, it grants you the good with the bad, misery

and happiness, pleasure and pain, and it’s a spicy sweet-sour dish. And that’s what

makes life worth living, that’s what makes you appreciate good times; I mean how

would you recognize tasty moments without that pinch of salt aslan? It’s the hard

times and the dark moments that construct glory, the will to see the light at the end

of the tunnel that gets you through, as they say; “what’s worth the prize is always

worth the fight”.

I wish u all less hardships, more glory and a wonderful start to 2012 full of

optimism, positive energy all around and above all, I wish u all LOVE.

tarek KhedrTarek Khedr is not just a racing enthusiast, nor a devoted Karting champion, not even a talented driver making his way up to glory! His name stands for more than just that; he’s more of a role model, a living proof that going against the grain and pursuing a dream pays off eventually when done for the right propeller! Ever since birth, the Egyptian champion realized that racing is not just a hobby or an activity to him, it’s more of a lifestyle, a mindset! Now, Tarek Khedr is considered one of the country’s supreme driving talents, and one of the most inspiring personalities you can ever meet.

It's a feeling that could be a bit hard to describe, you do know its special, and you know it's the best you can set your eyes on! Like a "Genuine Part".

I had that… I still feel it… I was feeling like a "Fine-tuned engine", I never minded to keep accelerating…pushing forward…going faster, just to reach you… my dream, because I believed in my potential!!

I was pushing my limits a bit further each time, I knew for a fact that crashing and cracking every bone in my body is inevitable; even the slight possibility that someone would cross the finish line before I do would never put my endeavors at a halt. I never imagined that I’d stop though; I was feeling as lucky as you witness a shooting star.

I heard some people chanting my name, telling me to go get it… you can, and you will, but those were few! My closest friend once told me: "You already have reached to a place where no one has ever been to! You redefined the extra mile!!"

While others- the bigger percentage actually- were trying so hard to convince me to stop, saying it’s not even worth the pain, it's fine even if you finish second.

Beneath my helmet, all I could hear was the legend Ayrton Senna saying: "Second is first of the losers." And my heart kept repeating: "Trust in your dreams as for them are hidden the gates of Eternity."

Sometimes I see and hear things that would let me give up, but I keep on thinking, I will keep on pushing the pedals to go forward, pushing my engine to its maximum even if I see my dashboard showing "Check Engine". By then the oil would have completed its mileage. But my reliable engine would even decide to keep it in its heart till the end, because that's the one it already started with, even if that means that all the valuable parts, the main engine parts, would stick together and that could be the end.

By : Fady Ishak

Off the beaten track!!

I'd continue going even faster, because I know that's what we live for... Our dreams!

Thinking; “It ain't over till it's over!"

While reading this, every one of us would see me talking about something different. Some would think about the love of their life, other would think about their career path or even a dream car they wanted to get. When to stop, when you need to lift off...it's for you to decide, based upon your principles, beliefs and the goal you're trying to achieve.

When you feel you're giving up. Just remember why you held on for so long at the first place!

You just got to remember, it's not always sunshine and rainbows! Sometimes you need to bust yourself off to get what you want. You could even lose yourself in the process, yet you will know at the end what you're worth! Sometimes I even tell myself; "you've got what it takes to go there" but, what if doing what it takes could consume everything I’ve got?! I believe that people who spend so many years never giving up on their dreams, they get it eventually.

You will know it when you find yourself spending so many nights, drawing the edges of your dream, and in the darkest nights, imagine yourself in a tunnel where it has a near end! Where you will see the light again.

At the end when you pass the end line of your winning race, you'll be feeling the happiness and glory. You'll be feeling complete!

By then you can stand up for yourself and say: I have believes.. Strong ones and they will never change.

The pursuit of my happiness =)

A collage is a technique of composing works of art by pasting

numerous materials that may or may not usually be associated

with each other onto one surface. Making a collage is fun, easy, and creative! You are going to make a collage to represent who you are. What kind of things do you like? What are your hobbies, favorite

colors, and favorite singers? You can put anything that you love

into your collage! Be creative! It's about things that interest you!

1. collect materials for your collage, and find inspiration in them:• Traditional collage materials include scraps of paper and other flat materials: newspaper and magazine clippings, shopping bags, photographs (or photocopies of photographs), wallpaper, and foil.

• Objects such as string, beads, feathers, and fabric.

• Collage may encompass images, text, solid colors, or a mixture of these. You may want a recognizable image or word or phrase, or simply a suggestion, feel, color, or texture.

• Use what you have. Start from available materials and work out from there.

• Create what you don't have. Since collage is an assemblage or blend of elements, it lends itself well to mixed media. You could paint, draw, stamp, or stencil in between the elements you find, or cover over them.

• Don’t rule out unusual materials, like sandpaper, blurry photographs, etc.

2. The base is usually flat paper or poster board because these are easiest to work with: The background does not have to be white, and it does not have to be plain. The background could be a page from a magazine or book, a large photograph, or a page of text. Paint or draw on it, or cover over it with anything that glue will stick to.

3. prepare the base by cutting the base to the desired size and shape:• Add any decorations or embellishments you want to the background.

4. use scissors:• To cut out pieces for your collage, try cutting your scraps into unusual shapes, cutting out words or letters from a variety of sources to make phrases on your collage.

• Cut out a whole picture, an identifiable part, or just enough to evoke texture, color or feeling.

• Cut different shapes for both words and images.

5. Try tearing materials too: The rough, random edges give parts of your collage a different character than cutouts.

6. arrange the items on your background:Play with the different elements and don't be afraid to make this part a messy process. Serendipity may hand you something interesting that you hadn't thought of.

7. apply glue to each item:You don’t have to cover the whole surface if you don’t want to, and not every piece has to be glued flat on the collage. You can fold or crumple pieces of paper, for example, to get interesting textures.

8. let the finished collage dry completely:Depending on the glue(s) you used, you may need to let the collage dry for a few hours or more than a day. If you used a glue stick you don't have to let it dry at all, you can put them in a sheet protector and binder to keep them from getting damaged if u used a paper about the size of notebook paper.

And if you don’t want to go through the above mentioned hassle, you can find multiple softwares on the internet that can do the job for you, in an easy to follow fashion.

Be organizedBeing organized is a vital skill for working moms. A near-catastrophe becomes an easy fix, when being organized. If you plan ahead and streamline your routines, there's less fussing, forgetting things, and stressing as you move through your busy day.

Set BoundarieSWorking moms play many roles, and want to be their best in all of them; indeed, the roles of mother, worker and partner require nothing less than their best. This sometimes leads to a feeling of not being able to say no-ever! For a working mom to be her best, however, she doesn't have to say yes to everyone's requests. In fact, saying "no" to responsibilities that aren't vital to her leads to success.

Stay connectedWhile setting boundaries is vital, it's equally important for working moms to stay connected with their children, as they may be the first to point out. Children who feel neglected tend to act out more, and working moms who feel they aren't giving enough to their kids tend to feel stressed and guilty, so maintaining a strong connection is both emotionally beneficial and just plain pragmatic. And, fortunately, reducing stress doesn't need to mean giving less to kids. Spending focused time together doing an enjoyable activity can be a "multi-tasking."

take care of yourSelfAs you already know, if you aren't at your best physically and emotionally, you won't be performing at your best at work or with your kids. To maintain the kind of stamina and focus busy mums are required to give their best to your children and to work, it's important for working moms to care for themselves the way they care for their children: by getting plenty of sleep, healthy food, and at least some "down time." It's also important to enjoy positive feedback (hugs from kids and kudos from work) to avoid burnout. Proper self-care will

enable working moms to be more efficient in their lives, so it really pays off in several ways.

Manage StreSSWhen harried and stressed, working moms often find themselves less able to connect with their children or focus at work, which may lead to acting-out by the kids, time-consuming mistakes at work, and other things that increase stress for working moms and their families. Therefore, taking a proactive stance on stress management is quite important. Having several quick stress relievers on hand, such as breathing exercises and reframing techniques can relieve significant stress for working moms and their families.

In addition to these stress management practices for working moms, it’s important to keep children's stress in mind. Even young children can benefit from stress relief practices like deep breathing, quiet time with mom, and massage. Because mothers and young children are so attuned to each other, reducing stress in one helps both mother and child.

Working moms are notoriously busy, and often find that the unpredictability of parenting, especially parenting small children, leads to additional stress. reaching a balance between a mother’s multiple roles is her worst nightmare, and it’s the hectic lifestyle we lead that’s to blame here. the following tips can help working moms maintain some sanity, here’s a list of some stress busters:

This month we’re raising a topic that can be of interest to a huge audience out there, while it may seem too supernatural to be true, it is and we’re tackling a noteworthy dimension of the brain potential where you can move, break, or bend objects by your own thought and concentrated mind power. It’s known as “Telekinesis.”

Telekinesis – A TheoryThough thought to be a talent only few possess, telekinesis is a psychic ability we all have, but do not use. It is well known that we do not use our entire brain but a tiny fraction of it. We use different parts of our brain for the various activities, such as dancing, writing, sports, doing math, or enjoying art, among many others. Similarly, we use a part of our total psychic potential; in fact, a very small fraction of it, when we ‘sense’ something is going to happen - a premonition of sorts.

This is an example of the psychic powers we possess. We just ‘know’ the person we have just met to be of a good or a bad character, and at times can even predict the outcome of the events about to happen. These are the natural psychic abilities we possess, and can learn to develop them, and the ability of telekinesis, through proper training.

Just because the movement of physical objects through telekinesis cannot be scientifically

It’s a widely known fact that we use a tiny percentage of our unlimited brainpower; a human brain can do supernatural things and achieve phenomenally breathtaking endeavors only when trained the right way. We all know about the “Nirvana” thing or in other words “the ultimate human being” which can be defined as the state in which a human brain potential is pumped up to the max, and when reached a human being can move objects, and do phenomenal things instinctively rather than physically!

(n): The movement of objects by scientifically inexplicable means, as by the exercise of an occult power.

explained at present, does not mean it does not exist. Many people performing parlor games by rolling cigarettes, or pencils, across the table by ‘will power,’ does not mean that genuine telekinesis or psychokinesis is not possible. We do not know enough of it to pass that judgment.

Telekinesis – What It Can DoLet us see what is possible through telekinesis:

• You can move objects • You can bend objects, such as spoons, forks, etc.• You can make balls of energy and throw them • With telekinesis in an advanced stage, you can shut or open windows, lock doors, turn lights on or off, hurl objects at people, and perform similar things.

To be able to perform such feats, you need to develop and cultivate your skills of telekinesis. It is not going to be easy but you need to persevere. Most of us go through a lot of stress in our personal and work lives, and this is one impediment in the development of telekinesis. In contradiction, a stressful situation, at times, increases your ability to do something out of ordinary.

You must start to learn to develop telekinesis by first ‘believing.’ You are not going to succeed in your first attempt, or even in your tenth attempt, maybe, but the results will eventually show. Believe, and do not give up at the first sign of failure!

The important thing is; the deadly B’s have evident symptoms, so early discovery prevents the snow ball effect of negativity and

the cost of losing concentration, and consequently drifting apart

from what you set off to achieve in the first place.

O k a y , now it seems like you’re reading some article from the medical journal I know (Boring with a capital B), but bigad now all am trying to say is;

there are these little small tiny things that would inject a bit of joy into life, a walk on by the beach, alone or with someone special holding hands, a heart to heart chat with a friend, jogging in the morning, cruising at night on a chilly weekend with friends and heading nowhere and just listening to your favorite music, driving by the Cornish while its raining, cuddling up on ur couch drinking a steaming cup of hot chocolate watching a black and white classic, what have you..

It’s always the little things that matter and give the big impact, I mean when it’s all stressful and hectic in the office I just throw on my headphones and jam to “relax, take it easy” by Mika. And believe me it helps ϑ then; when you get back to your busy, boring chores you would’ve charged your batteries. It’s like you emptied your shopping cart and now you’re ready for people to throw in more stuff at you, it’s a bit more like when you need to lift off to go faster in motor racing, I know it defies logic, but there’s a fine line between pushing yourself to the limit, and being effective. And oh yea, “never confuse activity with productivity.” ;) catch my drift?

It takes more than a couple cups of coffee or an energy drink for a human being to function at full potential. The thing is; we’re pushed by willpower, vision, and enthusiasm. These are the sort of propellers that push the human actions and behavior in a certain direction and shape who we really are and what we’re going after. Of course there are moments when we run out of “fuel” and stumble along the road towards a dream. That’s when we give up to boredom and burnout; which are regarded as the “deadly B’s”. They’re the sort of epidemic disease that demolishes creativity and happiness, which are the perfect ingredients to success.

Don’t sweat it!

D’s business guide

The

Page 41: Jan 2012

We’ve done our part so far and now it’s your turn to dig a bit deeper into the inner you and find a way to your own definition of success! And remember: “Don’t be pushed by your problems. Be led by your dreams.”

1. have a plan. This is easier said than done, but if you want to realize your career goals, you really need to lay out a step-by-step plan of action. Whatever sort of business you’re actually interested in, you need to start a “research and development” phase to see what’s out there and find your niche. There are many paths towards your goals, but you may have to work to find them.

2. Be flexiBle. Even a good plan may not get you where you want to go. Or once you get there, you might decide it’s not what you wanted after all. Don’t panic; apparently, the happiest people change their career path at least five times in their adult life. Let’s face it, even a fun and fulfilling occupation can get repetitive. And more likely than not, you have a wide variety of talents and interests that will continue to expand throughout your adult life. Don’t be afraid to explore them. You never know which one could become your next option for employment.

3. lisTen To The experTs. You don’t know everything and neither does anyone else, yet there are certainly people who have more knowledge and experience than you. Finding the right mentor for your career path can make a big difference in how well you perform and how fast you progress.

4. don’T fall prey To The money Trap. It’s easy to get stuck in a job that pays the bills. You get comfortable in your cubicle and suddenly it seems like too much work to go back to university for your master’s degree. And why struggle to launch your art

career when web design affords you a nice apartment and spending hefty cash? All of us have been there, but it won’t be long before you become supremely dissatisfied with your day job if it isn’t where your heart is. By all means, earn a stable living, but don’t let your loftier goals fall by the wayside.

5. don’T leT The man geT you down. There are plenty of people out there who will tell you your goals are worthless or unattainable. Adults are always finding ways to say no. So look to your inner child, who knows that anything is possible, for inspiration.

6. find Balance. Work isn’t everything! Sure, you have to pay your dues when you’re the new kid on the block, but don’t make it a habit. All work and no play is a recipe for burnout, so make sure you draw a line when it comes to overtime and extra work. Ultimately, you work to ensure financial stability. But if you don’t leave yourself any time to enjoy the fruits of your labor, what’s the point?

In college, you had your whole life planned out. You’d earn your degree in psychology, go on to a master’s program, and in no time, you’d be running your own private practice—earning a tidy living while helping others to become healthy, functioning individuals. Or maybe you thought a degree in filmmaking would springboard you to fame as the next big documentarian, tackling the cause of the little man to overwhelming acclaim. Whatever your big dreams in college, you’ve no doubt realized that the world presents some limitations when it comes to reaching them. So how do you deal with life in the real world while continuing to work toward your dreams?

Page 42: Jan 2012

Facebook is not just a social media tool that has an epidemic spread since it has been introduced

to the public, nor just one of the most successful companies of the time being, run by one of the eminent faces on Forbes list of the richest and most influential entrepreneurs, it’s more of a social mirror to its users. We post pictures, status updates, and whatever. The manner at which we represent ourselves on Facebook has become more of reflection to the social life we have. Then, there’s the “relationship status” which begs for one big debate;

Unless you want it that way ya 3am al 7agg

D’s relationship guide

Putting sarcasm aside, the upshot of this article is to highlight the fact that whatever you do, choose, think, or whatever way you behave in, shapes the result you arrive at. This is a fact not to be trifled with, and it applies to each and every little decision you make, not just a trivial thing as your relationship status on Facebook. Bottom line is; think, act, and behave in a way that goes along with the voice in your head, it’s your handbook.

writer came up with that in the first place? Moreover, you don’t need to possess a PhD in psychology or anthropology to know what it’s all about, and there’s no need to check HowStuffWorks.com for relationship-related info. Don’t sweat it, it takes extensive soul searching, not merely a couple of hours of web surfing ;)

Back to the subject, according to those who still have some sanity left in their brains; Facebook is a media tool that helps us connect and stay in touch with people with our friends and those who lead a similar lifestyle, where’s the complication in that? As mentioned earlier people place too much influence on the image and the peer group judgment than they care about their own sanity and happiness; those are the kind of people who are suffering from what seems to be sort of a “singlephobia” or something. If you happen to be one of those, well, we hate to break it down to you; but this is such a pathetic mindset! Get over yourself!

Some moron once declared that a relationship is not legitimate unless it’s announced Facebook, now what sort of cheap flimflam is that? Again, the reason you’re in a committed relationship is because that voice inside propelled you towards acting accordingly, it’s not “old school” vs. “cool” it’s a matter of doing what’s right, what really matters, there’s a big deal of responsibility involved here.Surprisingly, there is a big list of options to choose from;

single, in a relationship, engaged, in an open relationship (which is a nonsense that means utterly nothing), married, and the ubiquitously evident “it’s complicated” which stands for nothing logical or anywhere near realistic, maybe it means “I can flirt as much as I can and get away with it”. Anyway, the point here being; it’s all overrated sometimes, people care about the relationship status more than the relationship itself in many cases. Ironically, you’ll find articles on the internet on “How to be popular on Facebook” I mean who on earth would read that? And which pathetic-minded

They say “Never confuse activity with productivity” with the demanding lifestyle we lead nowadays, you might end up with too much on your plate and too little time to get it all done. If you’re familiar with that paradigm, if you have too many abandoned projects and a spider web on your “To do” list, this article is for you…

D’s tips for him

Motivation is a tricky matter; you can be super enthusiastic one day and a slump the next! We thought we’d address the elephant in the room and give you an easy to follow tips to get you hyped up for getting more stuff done, if you apply the following steps, you’ll accomplish more and have more free time as well.

1. Daily Goals. To be more productive start using a “to do” list. It's a little tool that will be a big help. Just grab a pad and pen. Every day write down your daily list of things to do. As you accomplish them, cross them off the list. Simple, yet it pays off big time!

2. Worst First. Do the things you don't want to do first. When you create a list do you ever notice there is usually one task that you keep putting off? It's on your to do list for days and then weeks. It's usually a challenging task that requires effort and often involves doing something out of your comfort zone. Do this one first and get it out of the way. The rest of you day will

be so much lighter.

3. Drop It! Drop the unnecessary things that are cluttering up your “to-do” list. Be sure to check your list frequently and prune when necessary. Things have a way of staying on your list for a long time without getting done. If that's the case, consider if it belongs on your list in the first place.

4. Milestones. Chop a big task into mini targets. When you have big task to do, try cutting it down into manageable size chunks. Start with one chunk and continue without stopping till you reach the first target. Mission complete! When you're ready, review your project and make any necessary changes to your approach. Then continue with a new chunk and start moving toward the next target.

5. Manage Time. Pick a time frame, something reasonable and commit to working non-stop for that amount of time. This isn't about reaching a certain target or goal, but working continuously for a set amount of time. For example write every day for 30 minutes.

6. Down Time. Use down time to daydream/visualize about your goal. Spend some time seeing your goals as accomplished. Feel what it's like when your work is done and you're enjoying the spoils.

7. Before Bed. At the end of your workday identify the first task you’ll work on the next day, and set out

any needed materials in advance. The next day begin working on that task immediately.

8. Re-Energize. Use a relaxation technique or meditation MP3s to relax and refresh

your mind and body. You will experience better productivity

when you're relaxed and energized.

9. Paper. Keep paper and pen around. When you're working on a project lots of ideas make their way into your mind. Some are keepers and some are just

distractions. Don't spend time on them now, just write them down

and get to them later. The good ones will still sound good later and the

distractions won't.

D’s tech

Really? The whole thing? You probably didn’t, but you should because there are things you posted long ago that you might not want people to see. I sincerely worry that all over the world, this is happening right now: “Oh look, a new Facebook profile design. Grrr, I dislike change, but it looks cool. There’s a 7 day preview period? But all my friends are showing off their pretty covers. I’ll just publish my Timeline now, and go back and delete embarrassing posts later.” But they won’t.

This is a big problem for individuals and Facebook. For the majority of users, things will be fine, and they’ll love timeline. Facebook did a great job designing it.

Maybe too great, such that people publish it too fast. Over the last 6 years, the definition of a Facebook friend has expanded to include people outside one’s peers.

Timeline doesn’t change your privacy settings, but it does make it easier for others to find things you

posted before you ever friended them. I’ve heard Facebook is planning more ways to educate

users about the importance of curating your Timeline. There are already

a few alerts in the tour, intro, and blog post, but

they’re not very

strongly worded. That needs to change, and Facebook may need to provide tools to make reviewing the masses of content easier. Once users have already opted in to publishing their Timeline, it will be harder to get them to go back and review. the time bombs start ticking. Two weeks, a month, a year later, they get a call from their boss about a sexist or racist joke they posted in 2008. They get a call from their mom asking if they still in a relationship like they said in that post 3 years ago. Some say you shouldn’t post anything to Facebook you wouldn’t want public. They’re right, but not everyone is so diligent. Beyond the examples above, everyone gets worked up sometimes and writes things that might not seem so appropriate once they’ve cooled down. Facebook needs to get serious about pushing users to vist their Activity Log and review their Timelines. Raising awareness without scaring users will be tough, but Facebook must figure it out. Despite the image above, this isn’t fear mongering or snarky criticism, I’m really trying to help. Facebook, you’ve worked too hard on Timeline to let it become a talking point against you. Tell the users loud and clear how important Timeline review is. Users, tell your friends. Readers, tell everyone :)

1-overloadTo build muscle, you need to use more resistance than your muscles are used to. This is important because the more you do, the more your body is capable of doing, so you should increase your workload to avoid plateaus. In plain language, this means you should be lifting enough weight that you can ONLY complete the desired number of reps. You should be able to finish your last rep with difficulty but also with good form. 2- progression To avoid plateaus (or adaptation), you need to increase your intensity regularly. You can do this by increasing the amount of weight lifted, changing your sets/reps, changing the exercises and changing the type of resistance. You can make these changes on a weekly or monthly basis. 3- specificityThis principle means you should train for your goal. That means, if you want to increase your strength, your program should be designed around that goal (e.g., train with heavier weights closer to your 1 RM (1 rep max)). To lose weight, choose a variety of rep ranges to target different muscle fibers. 4- Rest and RecoveryRest days are just as important as workout days. It is during these rest periods that your muscles grow and change, so make sure you're not working the same muscle groups 2 days in a row. Before you get started on setting up your routine, keep a few key points in mind: 1- Always warm up before you start lifting weightsThis helps get your muscles warm and prevent injury. You can warm up with light cardio or by doing a light set of each exercise before going to heavier weights. 2- lift and lower your weights slowlyDon't use momentum to lift the weight. If you have to swing to get the weight up, chances are you're using too much weight. 3- breathe Don't hold your breath and make sure you're using full range of motion throughout the movement. 4- stand up straightPay attention to your posture and engage your abs in every movement you're doing to keep your balance and protect your spine.

If you're setting up your own program, you'll need to know some basic strength training principles. These principles will teach you how to make sure you're using enough weight, determine your sets and reps and insure you're always progressing in your workouts.

.What we liked:• The movie combined 3 comedy superstars, Ben stiller, Eddie Murphy and Mathew Broderick and they all played their roles very good.

• Eddie Murphy was great in his performance as a black thief in his way of talking and attitude. he looked like the perfect known example of a thief.

What we did not like:• The movie will no dazzle you as you think you might be from seeing the trailer.

• There was a problem with combining big comedy actors in the movie, as at the end of the movie you feel that they had small roles except for Ben stiller.

our final verdict:Tower Heist is a light comedy- action movie, not comedy as you expect to find but at the end it’s a light movie and what’s good about it shows you how seeking revenge can make you a genius when seeking it.

the plot:Josh kovacs is a A-class Building manager in New York city called the Tower, and suddenly he discovers that the tower owner stole the retirement money of all the staff to use it in stock market and lost it all. He got fired after trying to negotiate with the Tower owner to give them their money back. Josh tries to seek revenge from the owner where he agreed with some of his friends from the staff with him and his neighborhood friend slide who is a thief to help him rob the Tower owner and get their retirement money back. At the end of the movie they succeeded to get their money back but in way they didn’t plan from the beginning through light comedy situations.

In “Aleph,” his latest book, Coelho describes the journey he undertook from March to July 2006 via the Trans-Siberian Railway. “Aleph” was first released in Portuguese last year, with the English translation released this year.

Coelho has said in interviews that “Aleph” is one of his most personal novels to date. The story finds Paulo, which is how Coelho refers to himself in writing, struggling with a serious crisis of faith. When Paulo complains to his master, the cryptically named J., about his dissatisfaction with life and the stagnation of his spiritual growth, J. advises him to get back on track by seizing the present moment, a mystic space called the Aleph. Aleph is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet.

Guided by subtle signs, Paulo sets off on a journey through Africa, Europe and Asia. “To live is to experience things, not sit around pondering the meaning of life,” the author writes. Paulo decides to travel the world to experience new things and new theories, while reconnecting with old people and places.

Coelho beautifully describes the experiences he had traveling by train with his publishers and a girl named Hilal, which is not her real name, who insists on joining them. In the story, Paulo discovers that Hilal is the girl he loved 500 years ago in a different life. The two become involved in deep conversations about their earlier relationship, and the author describes Hilal as “the woman he betrayed in an act of cowardice so far-reaching that it prevents him from finding real happiness in this life.”

D’s ride

A blastfrom thepast Back in the ’30s BMW unveiled the 328; the most successful and best-looking sports car at that time. The car’s success was due to its impressive design parameters: systematic lightweight construction, aerodynamic lines, optimum engine types, and outstanding suspension technology. Now, as a celebration of the car’s 75th anniversary, BMW will unveil the 328 Hommage. This model modernizes the principles and the character of the vehicle from back then and offers a possible interpretation of how the designers of that time, Fritz Fiedler and Rudolf Schleicher, might have built the BMW 328 if they had the use of our current technology.

"With the BMW 328 Hommage, we wish to pay homage to the passion and inventiveness of the fathers of the BMW 328", explains Karl Bäumer, CEO of BMW Group Classic. "They created an icon, which is considered a milestone in the history of the automobile."

The BMW 328 Hommage is extremely lightweight and that’s because major parts of the exterior and interior are made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The exterior design language uses the same treatment that was applied for the “vision ConnectedDrive Concept.”

The 328 Hommage gets an extremely wide and flat front end with generous surfaces and a powerful appearance. A carbon fiber bonnet and low-reaching sidewalls will ensure an excellent stability for the 328 on the road. As a result, the

vehicle appears to be even flatter and more dynamic as a whole.

And, of course, in order to distinguish it as a BMW model, the 328 Hommage will feature a vertically mounted kidney grille dynamically incorporated into the flat silhouette. The vehicle displays the extremely round and appealing design of the original BMW 328 kidney grille when viewed from the side. At the rear, the 328 Hommage is defined by large vents and openings and circular tailpipes. The concept sits on two-piece light alloy wheels.

The interior of the 328 Hommage gets fine leather, matte and high-gloss black polished aluminum, and numerous details derived from motor racing, offering a hint of the BMW 328’s most successful motor sports career.

A slightly asymmetrically designed windscreen marks the area in which the driver and co-driver sit. High-gloss aluminum safety buckles are combined with leather and different carbon fiber elements. The interior of the 328 Hommage is defined by two large surface areas – so-called layers. One of them extends towards the driver, revealing the entire driver’s workplace comprising steering wheel, control elements and scoop, thereby separating the driver and co-driver areas from each other. The second layer begins next to the scoop, making a sweep towards the co-driver, and then floating freely in front of him.

BMW hasn’t revealed any details on the concept’s technical specifications. All they have said so far is that the 328 Hommage will use a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine. More details will be revealed soon, but since the concept is just a design exercise, it really has no chance of seeing production.

aug. 23 - Sept. 22 your uncanny ability to serve and heal others is not new to you on a soul level. you were probably a monk or nun in medieval europe, setting aside your personal concerns for a higher purpose. While initiating young people in an amazon rain forest tribe, you became a great teacher. your challenge now is to shift from industrious doing to relaxed being and enjoy life!

Sept. 23 - oct. 22 your refined sensibilities and love of beauty were developed long before this lifetime, libra. you were likely among the great artists and poets of ancient india or classical greece. But your sense of justice was also sharpened by being a "have" in a "have-not" world. now, your mandate is to help balance the scales.

noV. 22 - dec. 21 in your quest for freedom, you've been exploring the world for millennia. you may have crossed the country in a covered wagon or the ocean as a Spanish explorer. you didn't hesitate to invade and defeat the cultures you met to forge your new life. you were often separated from your family and culture.now your task is to put down roots and blossom.

Mar. 21 - apr. 20 in your heart, aries, you're a warrior ... and always have been. Memories of glory on the battlefield still live on in your soul, which explains why you're so quick to take offense or fight for what you believe in. you may have been a tribal warrior in ancient palestine, or fought as a ninja in asian lands. now your challenge is to utilize your fiery, impetuous nature to bring about peace instead of war.

May 22 - June 21 you've always been a restless soul, gemini, even in past lives. you sought action and adventure in europe in the middle ages, and may have even been among the nobility of france or england. Jousting tournaments or trade caravans to india or china were part of your world.your thirst for knowledge and novelty

apr. 20 – May 20 a deep love of nature is imprinted in your soul, taurus, from lives spent raising plants and animals in pastoral settings like thailand or the South Seas. this explains your green thumb! and, you honed your love for beauty and art crafting objects such as woven tapestries and shoes, likely in oriental culture.

June 22 - July 22 your past lives have often revolved around family dramas. Sometimes you play the role of dutiful mother, and other times you are the rebellious or dependent child. though you learned to be an excellent nurturer while raising many children or care-taking others, you may have failed to develop your individuality. now you must seek to understand and nourish yourself.

July 23 - aug. 22 royalty runs in your blood, leo. those childhood daydreams of the courts of kings and queens in europe may have their roots in distant memories. ever wonder why you're so comfortable being in the center of things? you've spent many lifetimes as an accomplished performer, from roman gladiator to celebrated italian opera singer. your ego is well developed, now you're learning to harness it to work for the good of the whole.

oct. 23 - noV. 21 your soul has often journeyed through dark and dangerous realms, in its search for deeper meaning. you may have been a slave or concubine in ancient persia, learning how to retain your dignity even while subject to another. you may have been among the culturally advanced chinese, where you learned to perform what was required, but also to suppress your feelings. Being upfront is your challenge in this life.

Jan. 21 - feB. 19your role as a dreamer and visionary dates back to prior lifetimes, aquarius. your sign is associated with the prehistoric "space age" civilization of atlantis, which sank beneath the waves due to misuse of technology. no wonder you're so attuned to computers, mathematics and symbolic systems like astrology. in ancient Baghdad, you may have been the king's magician. you're called to use your brilliance to serve mankind.

feB. 20 - Mar. 20you're an "old soul," pisces -- this may well be the last of many lifetimes for you. Because you've long subjugated your ego to a higher cause -- perhaps as a healer or spiritual initiate -- the light of love and compassion shine strongly in you. you're well acquainted with sacrifice, perhaps literally as an aztec offering to the land. you may also have subconscious memories as a follower of Jesus. you're accustomed to setting aside your personal concerns for the good of all ... just make sure your needs are also met.

dec. 22 - Jan. 20 you've always been wiser than your years, because you've spent lifetimes honing your skills and executive capabilities. you were probably among the natives of north america, where you developed a knack for living close to nature and being a leader among men. you're a natural builder and may have helped to construct pyramids in egypt or peru. now you must learn to fuse the material and spiritual, to create heaven here on earth.

EvENT OfThE mONTh:

no one can deny how the 25 revolution has

affected dramatically Egypt and the Egyptians. It

contributed in major changes in our political lives throughout

2011. We experienced 1st and true free elections were all

Egyptians contributed and voted. It is considered the 1st time Egyptians actually were empowered to make

change. Moreover Egyptians became more aware of political life in Egypt and are able to

understand all political perspectives that appeared after the

revolution.
