Senior Civil SupervisorWalker Brothers Earthworks Pty LtdPumicestone Road/Bruce Highway Project $2M September 2014 – September 2015The Pumicestone Road interchange includes a new 6.5m high 2-lane overpass over the highway with pedestrian and cyclist facilities, upgraded entry and exit ramps to provide safer access to and from the highway, upgraded ramp and local road intersections to improve sight distance and provide safer turning movements, relocation of Old Toorbul Point Road and Rutters Road to the east along state forest boundary

Duties• Supervise, motivate and mentor a team of 25 Personnel and associated plant including but not limited

to dozers, excavators, roller, compactors and graders• Maintain excellent record keeping of variations to the contract enabling all parties to manage

Senior Civil SuperintendentNJ Contracting Pty Ltd Roma, Queensland, AustraliaNDRRA Flood Restoration Project March 2013 – July 2014Due to damage suffered during the 2012 natural disaster event, Maranoa Regional Council required restoration works to be undertaken to rehabilitate and reconstruct essential Council infrastructure within the Roma area.

Duties• Daily running of various crews (45 Personnel and 40 Plant & Equipment) to meet set targets and co-

ordinate works with subcontractors by planning for all resources required including plant, labour, materials and subcontractors.

• Ensure daily works were completed in line with programme quality, safety, traffic control & budget requirements
