ADAPTER BODY

This adapter backshell is designed to fit in between a connector and

a cable assembly for telecommunication, audio, video applications, etc.

BACKSHELL ADAPTER

This adapter backshell is like the previous slide, but it is

oval shaped for its own application purposes.


ELBOW AT 90 DEGREES

This design is for redirecting cables/wires

from one direction down to another for certain applications like

wall mounts


BACKSHELL

This backshell was created with a molding process. After designing the part, we

needed to create a core and cavity for the machine to then fill in hot melted

material and create the part above.

The part is on the left and the cavity and core for the mold operation is on the

right.


ACCESSORY

Accessories for backshells and connectors for anti lock systems,

self nesting systems, self locking systems, etc.

FICTURE

The fixture above is related to certain part testing for qualifications. There

are two bases perpendicular to each other in order to prepare a cable

assembly for multiple strength tests. It can be mechanically and

automatically operated. This simple design creates an ability to machine

four identical plates for faster assembly and machining.


INNOVATIVE ADAPTER CONNECTOR

This innovative adapter connector was designed to be mounted behind a wall

mount connector. That wall mount has two different outlets. This adapter

covers one outlet when the other one is being used, to prevent the useless

outlet from becoming dirty, dusty, etc.


INNOVATIVE ADAPTER

ASSEMBLY

This assembly contains the adapter described above, for a multiple purpose

application. The adapter has a connector cover on one side and connector

support on the other side.


VIBRATING PRESS

This vibrating press was just an original press before. Now there is a standard

vibrating system underneath the press which is housed in a simple box design

able to withstand vibration. As the part is clamped down to be pressed in, you

can imagine how the vibration would make things easier on specific

applications.


HORIZONTAL MEASURING

SYSTEM

The horizontal measuring system calculates the amount of force being

applied from the handle. While the measuring system calculates the

force, it is also used to actually press parts into assembly very

accurately. The system can easily be screwed on to your table top for

maximum effectiveness.
