We provide job placement service to the overseas companies
who wish to hire Korea’s talented young people free of charge.
3. Detailed process of overseas firm’s job placement participation
WorldJob+ sign-up as a company
Sign-up as an employer member at WorldJob+ website (www.worldjob.or.kr)
* Overseas firms need to go through company verification and submit proof documents for existence such as business license or business permit
Post jobs requirement Make and post jobs which include the details of the workers they want
Verification and advertisement of

After checking on the details of required workers, HRDKorea will authorize job postings and it will be released publicly
Recruitment of the workers
HRDKorea provides the candidates who are registered in WorldJob+ with the employment information. It also encourages them to apply for the job→ Candidates apply directly
Job placementHRDKorea reviews the qualifications of targeting the candidate who applied for the recruitment. Job placement takes place through WorldJob+ system → Employing firms review the resume of candidate on real time

Assists youths in obtaining the local hands-on experience and know-how. The project also help them to recognize global economic change through working at overseas corporations and/or branch offices

1. Qualification• Age of participation: Under 34 years old
• Period of internship program: 2 to 11 months

Overseas internship aims to nurture talented people globally by providing overseas industrial hands-on experience and links up the overseas employment to the youths who wish to go overseas.

4. How to participate as an internship companies• Methods of application and selection- Recruit and select the companies by the internship operating institution
• Criteria of participation- Corporate body that is registered according to the related laws and regulations of the corresponding country- Corporation that provides internship participants with support that is equivalent to the government’s
supporting fund (this only includes the staying expenses)
- Corporation that assigned more than 1 employee for the counseling, mentoring, evaluation of diligence and job performance of the interns
- Corporation that did not have collective petition or societal criticism regarding overseas employment or internships
• Documents to be submitted- Employment agreement with the operating institution or MOU regarding the internship- Evidential materials such as intern utilization plan or business registration

K-Move school
We cultivate Korean youths needed by the companies through customized training program so that companies can reduce the re-training cost and hire talented people. Korean youths who are well-prepared with capability, passion and dream will be the foundation of the companies leading to the development in the future.
1. Prior training support Government support the job and language training required by the company
• Content of training: Job, language and culture training required by the company
• Period of training: 3~12 months depending on the difficulty of the job or the required language proficiency
• Institution: Colleges and professional educational institutions in korea and overseas
• Governmental support: Maximum 8 million Korean Won of training cost per person (Separate from the supporting funds by educational institutions)
2. Selection of the participants Select suitable human resources through prior interviews before the training
• Korean citizens who are able to work overseas and below 34 years old (The age limit can be modified if a company requires)
• A person who meet the qualification and educational requirements of the employing company

2. How to use the service• Sign-up process
• Search for candidates- Main page > Search for information on the candidates suitable on the “view candidates” menu- You can look at the UCC, pictures and essays of the candidates on the candidate advertisement menu
• Request for job placement- After sign-up as a company, your job postings will be publicized on WorldJob+ homepage after HRDKorea’s
approval- The staff of HRDKorea will select the suitable candidate for you- WorldJob+ will assist with a video interview and face-to-face interview of the selected candidate
• Global video interview- You can still feel the Korean youths’ passion through video interview using various devices (PC, mobiles)
in your home country- Corporation page > Corporation service > Employment management
You can apply for the video interview by selecting the date of interview and the number of interviewees when you click on “video interview”
- You can have 1:1 or 1:many interviews with the job seeker after connecting to the video interview room during the period
* However, you need to equip web camera & headset and measure Internet Speed before using the video interview function
• Announcement of acceptance- If you give the interview result to the staff of HRDKorea, we will deliver the message through text
