Project Description:

Provide on-boarding activity to newly or existing accounts in several regions such as EMEA, NA, and AUS etc. On-boarding activities include Data Cleansing, Data Analysis and Loading, Validation and Testing during the Service Transition phase. Provide Early Life Support (ELS) and Business-as-Usual Run & Maintain tickets handling to support live customer in Service Operations phase Provide technical supports and event monitoring services to the Remedy servers and Interfaces Apply ITIL process to all services to improve productivity, manage risk and increase quality of service.

Role / Responsibilities Testing:

. Assists the Test leader to identify and clarify testing and data requirements

. Derive test cases from Remedy design documents in various versions.

Submit defects and make defect reports.

. Perform testing activities for Remedy application on Training, Pre and

production environment. Responsible for test script development, test

execution, defect tracking & report, issue investigation

. Cooperate with cross team: Development/Deployment team, project

manager, BA, higher manager…

. Be a mentor for new comers that join GESM project under Remedy testing

activities.

. Work closely with onsite and client via email, chat and join conference

meeting

. Follow iTIL process

Supporting:

. Receive Remedy tickets from onsite and end users. Resolve them follow

iTIL business processed.

. Analyze requested data from client and load it to Remedy Production, Pre-

production and Training via Remedy Import Tool.

2. Manage Remedy Servers: application servers, web servers, atrium servers and reporting servers to ensure they will run smoothly and stable, included mail engine and RKM
