SCOPE OF WORK* - Vessel/Customs Agency: reporting, clearing, inwards and outwards, and meeting

all other needs for vessel on each turn-around include notifications of movement and departure times/details (include key times of load out)

Handle Customs formalities as the local Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR), include preparing, collation and lodgement of documents compliant to CIQP requirements for vessels, cargo import/export (including sail-away documents/surveys at port of origin). If BG is applicable, to be provided by SUBCONTRACTOR. Finalisation and facilitate fully operational clearance, including payment of taxes, duties and excise on behalf of CONTRACTOR.

Stevedoring: Issue Appointment Letter to stevedoring company on behalf of CONTRACTOR, for provision of stevedoring services for each vessel to carry out offloading/loading of the pipes, equipment and materials at Kupang Port.

Liaise with other agencies in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Australia for the shipment/transhipment regarding clearance of vessels, barges, cargo and personnel ensuring the accuracy of all documentations and details are complete.

Perform services for general logistics in Kupang (transfers/ accommodation) if requested.

Perform services as Immigration Agency to carry out all immigration requirements of foreign nationals entering/exiting country, assist with obtaining visit/work visa, signing-on/off of marine vessel crew. SUBCONTRACTOR is responsible for the payment off all the costs of his equipment importation including all taxes, fees and duties;

Perform services as Shipping Agency as above, including, but not limited to, berth for incoming vessels, arranging pilots/tugs, assisting masters in necessary contacts, arrange for bunkers marine fuel and fresh water, convey instructions to/from owner/charterer, notifying of arrival/departure plan, provision of quarantine bins and handling of quarantine waste, etc.

* Other tasks as detailed in SOW and Contract.

SCHEDULE IN BRIEF – S1 LPT Scope

1st Bulk Carrier Arrival in Kupang for offloading is expected in 30 May 2014 2nd Arrival of the First Bulk Carrier in Kupang 15 June 2014 Subsequent Arrival of Bulk Carriers will be back to back leading to

24hrs/7days operations – totaling 5 BCs One Bulk Carrier is at least able to feed at least 2 barges of pipes Loading and lashing of barges expected to be in continuous with eight barges

being deployed for this S1 operations. LHM 600 Crane Load-out expected in Karimun in 22 May 2014 to arrive in

Kupang 11 June 2014.

Quarantine (Biosecurity) Management

Linepipe will be delivered clean, i.e. free of biosecurity risk material (BRM) to Kupang. Linepipe importation into Australian subject to requirements of

government approved Biosecurity Management Plan. Maintenance of clean linepipe status is critical to project success.

Requirements for stored linepipe include, Site procedure describing biosecurity controls and processes. Storage yard with suitable hardstand, well drained, secure, weed free. Stored linepipe to be covered during storage. Waste management, pest control (to be specified). Routine inspections with inspection report generated. Personnel training with awareness maintained. Any BRM detected on linepipe to be cleaned before re-loading.

Maintain clean status of stored linepipe in accordance with Australian quarantine requirements (and maintain records).

Bulk Carrier cranes will used for at least the first four barges for Semac1 linepipe transportation and may continue up to 12th barge trip. Offloading will be performed by Bulk Carrier Crane Operators, with
