Representation in CA: Apx. 35%, Below poverty line: 44%, Literacy:48.8, HDI: 0.494, civil service-18% & culturally rich but remaineddeprived and poor.
Madhesi: Population: 31.2%, No of Madhesi: 36, Representation inCA: Apx. 24%, Below poverty line: 25%, Literacy: 48. HDI: 0.448, civilservice-9%, culturally rich but remained distanced, deprived and poor.
Dalit: Population: 13%, No of Dalit: 5+17=22, Representation in CA:Apx. 8.3%, Below poverty line: 46%, Literacy: 33.8. HDI: 0.424, civilservice-1%, culturally rich but remained deprived, marginalizedexploited, away and poor.
Disable: Population: apx10%, rich capabilities, professionallycompetent but remained deprived, awaited, marginalized and poor.
