DESCRIPTION

These are forced-draught burners, with gas/air mix at the combustion head; one and two-stage versions, as well as modulating versions, are available. The burners are completely automatic and equipped with controlsassuring maximum safety. They can be combined with any type of chamber whether in negative or positivepressure, within the foreseen working range. The gas part is oversized so it can work even when the mainsupply pressure is very low. All the components can be easily inspected without having to disconnect from themain gas supply. The burners are equipped with a cover which means they are particularly compact, soundproof and safeguarded.

START UP

Open the gas cock and set the desired temperature on the boiler adjustment thermostat. The equipment willstart the automatic check-out test and then the burner will ignite automatically. Should the start up not perform- lock-out button lit - push this button so that the equipment can repeat the automatic check-out test.

PROLONGED SWITCHING OFF

If the burner should remain inactive at length close the gas cock and turn off the power by acting on the mainswitch.

MAINTENANCE

Skilled staff has to perform yearly the following operations:

Check the valve inside tightness.

Filter cleaning.

Fan and head cleaning. Check the position of the ignition electrode tips as well as the control electrode. Calibrate the air and gas pressure switches. Check the combustion by means of CO2-CO-fumes temperature bearings. Check all the gaskets and seal tightness.
