Different from GC:• Free of the limitation of Volatility and thermal stability• A broad range of Objects: GC—20% of Organics HPLC—80% of Organics• Mobile phase : GC— inert gas, no interact with Component HPLC—liquid, have interact with Component, so the Polarity, PH value, Composition of mobile liquid is important for Separate• Temperature and pressure: GC—add the temperature HPLC—room temperature high pressure, for the Narrower peaks because of the high viscosity
