Period of transition 02.08.2014 01.08.2016Since August 2, 2014 documents of assessment (confirmation) of compliance with the mandatory requirements have been issued exclusively on subject of conformity to Technical Regulation of the Customs Union in the field of railway transport with labeling of products with a uniform label for circulation on the marketDocuments of assessment (confirmation) of compliance with the mandatory requirements that have been in effect earlier are valid until the expiration of the effective period, but not later than August 1, 2016;Until August 1, 2016 allowed are the production and release of products in accordance with the mandatory requirements that have been in effect earlier in the presence of documents of assessment (confirmation) of compliance and labeling of product with national label for circulation on the market5

Period of transition 02.08.2014 01.08.2016Until August 1, 2016 allowed are the production and release on the customs territory of the Customs Union of products that were not subject until the effective date of technical regulations to the mandatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance with the mandatory requirements that have been set earlier, without documents for mandatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance and without labeling with national label of conformity (label for circulation on the market). In this case, such products can not be put into circulation on the customs territory of the states members of the Customs Union in which such products were subject to the mandatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance with the mandatory requirements that have been set earlier6
