What�if�I�am�not�ready�to�visit�the�Center��can�I�place�my�membership�on�an�extended�hold?

Yes��you�can�place�your�membership�on�hold�for�����per�month��Members�on�hold�do�not� receive�member�benefits�like�priority�registration��guest�passes�or�Premier�Member�Perks� until�the�membership�is�re-activated��Please�email�completed�hold�form�to�[email protected]

If�I�cancel�my�membership�and�want�to�join�as�member�again��will�I�be�charged�the������administrative�fee?��

The������administrative�fee�is�charged�for�any�membership�that�lapses�for�more�than����days��Placing�your�membership�on�hold�is�a�great�option�to�avoid�paying�the������administrative�fee�again�

I�paid�for�my�membership�in�full�and�missed�a�few�months�of�use�due�to�the�closure���Will�I�receive�an�extension�on�my�membership?

June���-July��Who�can�make�an�appointment�reservation�to�use�the�Center?

Existing�members�ages����and�up�have�access�to�the�fitness�floor��pools�and�new�walking�track�

Existing�members�ages����and�under�can�utilize�the�pools�with�a�parent�or�guardian��We�recommend�checking�the�pool�schedules�prior�to�booking�your�appointment��

How�do�I�make�an�appointment�reservation?Members�may�click�here�to�schedule�appointments�or�by�calling��������������•

How�long�are�the�appointments�and�what�does�an�appointment�include�access�to?Appointments�are�one�hour�in�length�and�will�provide�access�to�the�fitness�floor��pools��and�new�walking�track��Beginning�on�July����appointments�are�only�required�for�Kids�Korner�

How�much�does�each�appointment�reservation�cost?Membership�fees�for�the�month�of�June�were�not�charged��We�anticipate�this�short�term� structure�will�help�us�navigate�the�immediate�demand�with�our�large�membership�and� provide�a�controlled�opening�of�the�large�Center��We�are�taking�a�cautious��phased�approach� to�assure�member�and�employee�safety��Community�Center�reservation�pricing�is�below�

Members�are�welcome�to�upgrade�from�Basic�membership�to�Premier�membership���Please�follow�this�process�if�you�are�interested�in�upgrading�your�membership�

Email�the�completed�form�to�communitycenter@masonoh�org

Continue�to�book�your�appointments�at�the�Basic�member�rate��Once�your�form�has�been�processed��a�receipt�will�be�emailed�to�the�address�on�file�indicating�your�Premier�membership�upgrade�has�been�completed�

When�your�membership�upgrade�is�processed��you�will�be�refunded�and�mailed�a�check�for�the�difference��Basic�members�who�choose�to�upgrade�to�Premier�are�encouraged�to�book�appointments�at�the�Basic�rate�during�Basic�member�open�reservation�in�order�to�get�appointment�times�they�desire�

I�have�a�Medicare�based�membership���How�much�is�the�appointment�fee�for�a�Medicare�based�membership?

Members�with�Medicare�based�memberships�like�SilverSneakers��Renew�Active��and�Silver�&�Fit�can�visit�the�facility�at�no�additional�charge�for�appointments�at������p�m��and������p�m��Members�with�Medicare�based�memberships�also�have�the�ability�to�schedule�appointments�at�other�times�but�will�be�charged�the����Premier�member�rate�or�the�����Basic�member�rate�based�on�their�membership�type���
