Explain what attributes and/or qualifications you will bring as a member of the A&M ConsolidatedHigh School Chapter of the National Honor Society. Be specific and cite examples of past experiences in the areas ofleadership, service, and character.

Leadership, Service, CharacterThroughout all of my years in high school, I have showed a long-term and significant commitment in the areas of

leadership, service and character. My leadership was shown while working in groups, especially in projects. As I am

assigned a group project with other classmates, I would be the one who takes initiative. I organize the different steps weare going to take to get the work done, and I usually assign people to do different jobs. As the person who usually leadsgroup projects, I gain a sense of responsibility for my partners and for the project.

Leadership also helps improve my character, such as responsibility. I have also learned from leadership theimportance of time-management. Before, I would always be wasting my time off on useless things. Now, I began to createa schedule for myself everyday in order to complete all of my work.

As a member of many clubs in AMCHS, I attend many service projects around the community. These servicesrange from timing for swimming, recycling and helping out festivals. By helping, I will achieve satisfaction, knowing that Ihave contributed towards the community.

My ability to help organize, to have responsibility/time management, and to love doing service projects will bring me

as a member of the A&M Consolidated High School Chapter of the National Honor Society.
