Our GoalThe goal of this project is to increase access to transit through improvements to coordination, efficiency, and education. Target populations include disabled, elderly, and low-income individuals as well as the general public. Use mobility coordination to provide more transportation choices, enhance and support existing providers, and reduce costs for providers and riders!

What is Mobility Management?Mobility Management is a strategic approach to service coordination and customer service that is becoming a worldwide trend in the public transportation sector. No two programs are alike. Each program is designed with its unique community needs in mind. Common elements include the following:

Success stories

Meet Mary Ann of Cole county. Our FIRST ever logged call back in early November, Mary Ann received her first surgery at less than a month old and has received 32 since!!! After so many calls, it was my pleasure to finally meet her today to document her unique needs. She hopes her story will encourage decision makers, service agencies, health providers, and transportation providers to work even harder to meet the many challenges she and others like her face every day. Thanks for sharing your story, Mary Ann!!
