Procurement Sourcing Manager

Reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for the strategic development, oversight and improvement of sourcing functions for company with 12,000 employees in over 150 locations. Oversee supplier development, supplier risk management and market analysis for $110 million in goods and services. Provide strategic direction for Aircraft Services International Group and Signature Flight Support in order to reduce operating expenses via aggressive sourcing, effective planning and focus on best-in-class processes, policies and procedures. Daily oversight of all aspects of both strategic and tactical Procurement including but not limited to eProcurement, P-Card, sourcing, contract development/negotiation, equipment and fleet leasing, transportation, and supplier relationship management. Oversee the daily operation of Coupa procure-to-pay software for the entire company. Directed strategic sourcing initiatives with senior leaders as assigned.
