I/Nguyn liu: 1/ Difenylonlpropan (hay 4,4- dioxy aiphenyl propan hay tn thng mi l bisphenol-A, dian )

iu ch :

-Bisphenol-A iu ch bng cch cho phenol tc dng vi axeton trong mi tng axit mnh nhit 40-50oC. Axit thng dng l H2SO4, HCl. Thi gian phn ng khong 1520h. -Bisphenol-A c Tnc =155oC, cu trc tinh th mu trng c th lm bng da, khng tan trong nc.

2> Epiclohidrin : iu ch: -i t glyxeryl:u tin cho hai kh HCl tc dng vi glixerin nhit 110-115oC trong mi trng axit c c un nng

Cng thc tng qut

Ta thy nha epoxy trng thi khng ng rn l nhng mch polyete di, trong nhm hydroxyl t do nm cch nhau mt khong cch tng i xa. Hai u mch l nhm epoxy. IV/ Sn xut nha epoxy 1/ Sn xut nha epoxy phn t thp:(M=370-600 vC) Sn xut to ra c hai loi : ED-5: ti a 500 vC; ED-6: ti a 600 vC hoc tng t T l mol: Dian 1 Epi 2 NaOH 2 (dung dch 15% ) u tin nhit thng cho epiclohidrin vo TB phn ng, ri cho dian vo khuy u vi s vng 300 vng/pht, to huyn ph ng nht. - Chng tch nc (trc khi chng phi cho toluen vo v khuy u nha tan trong toluen ). Sy nhit cao 75-85oC v p sut chn khng ( 600650mmHg ). Hn hp ng ph toluen v H2O bc ln c lm lnh s phn lp, nc c tch ra v toluen quay tr li thit b. Khi nc c tch gn ht th mui trong nha bt u kt tinh. Ta tin hnh lc nha di li lc kch thc l nh.- Sau tin hnh chng ct toluene p sut chn khng v nhit ( nhit si ca toluen 112oC ) p sut Tnh cht:

2> ng dng: -Sn, vecni, keo dn -Lm vt liu compozit ( vi si vi thu tinh , si cacbon ) -Trn vi nhiu polymer khc lm vt liu p (vi PVC, phenolformaldehyt)
