The centre piece of the experience is a Mizzi Studios designed bespoke steely diamond toppings island, which is lled with deliciously fresh fruit top-pings. The facetted island “iceberg” takes the literal meaning of the word frozen to a new level, forming an ice-like crystal centre piece which interacts with the feature lighting by reecting colour across all its textured stainless steel planes.
