شرکت ایران خودرو سازه در سال 1367 تحت عنوان » شرکت خانه سازی نیرو محرکه « تاسیس گردید و از سال 1378 تحت عنوان » شرکت ایران خودرو سازه « در پروژه های توسعه گروه صنعتی ایران خودرو به فعالیت خود ادامه داد و با انجام طرح های متعدد صنعتی، اداری، تجاری و تاسیسات بالندگی را با شهری در داخل و خارج از کشور به روش EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) و PC مراحل رشد و سرعت طی نمود و هم زمان موفق به اخذ گواهینامه صالحیت پیمانکاری پایه یک در رشته ساختمان و تاسیسات و تجهیزات و رتبه یک انبوه سازی

گردید. از سال 1392 سهام شرکت ایران خودرو سازه به بخش خصوصی واگذار و نام شرکت به توسعه و عمران باتیس تغییر یافت.Q.C.D (Quality,Cost, Delivery) و بهره گیری از آخرین علوم و فنون روز و همکاری علیرغم تراکم کاری و هم زمانی پروژه ها، رعایت اصول با مجرب ترین مشاورین و پیمانکاران، موجب گردید که پروژه های این شرکت با بهترین کیفیت ممکن و در حداقل زمان به مرحله بهره برداری برسد به گونه ای که پروژه های یاد شده تقدیر نامه های متعددی را در کارنامه ایران خودرو سازه از خود به یادگار گذاشته اند که شرح پروژه ها و تصویر

Batis company was established in 1988 under the name of " Niroo Moharrekeh Housing Company " and in 1999 it continued to manage several projects of industrial, commercial and urban facilities in Iran and other countries on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) basis and under the name of " Iran Khodro Sazeh " and had remarkable achievements toward growth and development and managed to obtain the Grade A Certificate of Contractor Qualification in construction, installations and equipment as well as in Mass building construction fields. مشخصات: این پروژه با زیر بنای حدود 400،000 متر مربع در 7 بلوک با تعداد طبقات 9 تا 35 طبقه اجرا می گردد. میزان مصالح مورد استفاده در این پروژه شامل 300،000 مترمکعب بتن - 57،000 تن آرماتور - 1،300،000 متر مربع قالب بندی

می باشد.بتن از استفاده لزوم به پروژه می توان این بارز از ویژگی های با مقاومت بسیار باال انتقال بتن از طریق پمپاژ توسط خطوط لوله ) مسیر انتقال افقی و عمودی ( به طول بیش از 600 متر

برقی و مکانیکی و محوطه سازیمشخصات: این پروژه مشتمل بر 1100 متر مربع بخش صنعتی و 1600 متر مربع تأسیسات و محوطه سازی شامل مخازن جمع آوری آب چاه و آب خام، پمپ خانه، استخر آب استخر آب های صنعتی و آتش نشانی و ذخیره آشامیدنی، آب می باشد. با انجام این پروژه، پساب صنعتی کارخانه که باعث آلودگی شدید محیط زیست می گردید تبدیل به آب قابل مصرف می شود. میزان مصالح اصلی مورد استفاده در این پروژه شامل 2100 متر مکعب بتن – 300 تن میلگرد به انضمام کلیه مصالح و لوازم مربوط به تاسیسات برقی و

مکانیکی می باشد.

Iran Khodro Industrial Wastewater TreatmentProject Location: Tehran – Especial Road of Karaj –Iran Khodro main factory siteSubject of the project: Desing and construction of buildings, electrical and mechanical installations and landscaping Description: This project consists of 1100 square meters of industrial section and 1600 square meters of industrial installations and landscaping including wells and raw water collecting reservoirs, pump house, drinking water pool, industrial waters pool and fire fighting and water storage facilities. Through executing this project, the industrial wastewater of the plant that was causing severe environmental pollution into will be converted into consumable water. The main materials used in this project consists of 2,100 cubic meters of concrete - 300 tons of rebar, plus all materials and equipment for the electrical and mechanical installations.

موضوع: انجام عملیات طراحی و اجرای ابنیه، تاسیسات برقی و مکانیکی و محوطه سازیایران خودرو به طول تقریبی 40 کیلومتر شامل 500 حلقه مشخصات: شبکه جمع آوری فاضالب سایت 300 هکتاری منهول و نیز 5600 متر مربع تصفیه خانه با قابلیت حذف ازت و فسفر احداث گردیده است. میزان مصالح اصلی مورد استفاده در این پروژه شامل 50 کیلومتر لوله کاروگیت و اتصاالت - 4000 متر مکعب بتن - 500 تن میلگرد به انضمام کلیه مصالح

و لوازم مربوط به تاسیسات برقی و مکانیکی می باشد.

The structure of the bridge is of steel girders and the concrete slab.which is composed of two ramps on both sides. The bridge width is of 15 meters and the total length of approximately 800 meters. The main materials used in this project consists of 410 tons of steel structures, 310 tons of rebar - 3800 cubic meters of concrete - 1200 square meters of bridge side covers, plus all materials and equipment for the electrical and mechanical installations.
